Absolutely streets ahead in terms of customer service and better pricing than just eat which is just liberty taking now . Example on average we save on average £7 -£9 on every order which is just brilliant. Foodhub ... its a absolute revelation ! food hub our go to app and r.i.p. Just eat good riddance hello food hub 😋

Seems to be improving, better if the delivery timing was better. Need some tracking so you can see where the driver is as per other apps.

It's the same as the other food ordering apps ! On the plus side there are special offers to be had but I'm having problems altering an already stored address.

When trying to sign in it doesn't allow me to use my password as it doesn't recognise it. I sign in with the magic link and it recognises my address. After clicking the link it doesn't take me back to the application and diverts me to the foodhub website instead. I would rather use application than the website once signed in

Guessed the correct score for the final in the app, but then before I had chance to see if or what I had won it was removed and I'm left wondering if it was just a scam to get me to order more??? Very annoying as other than this I find this app to be better than Just eat, uber eats and deliveroo.

Completely pointless. I order via the app with a collection time of 6pm. I arrive at 6pm to collect my order only to be told that it's Friday and they're busy and then wait until after 6:30 before I finally get my order. Support are pleasant enough but toothless and useless at sorting out anything for you. I would have been better off just turning up and placing my order, or better still phoning directly. Completely pointless and very frustrating!

Food can you please stop sending multiple cooking times reports. If I remove 1. I don't expect another straight away. My phone is used aswell for health reasons. It keeps interfering with urgent calls. If keeps happening I will delete my account.

Used it once or twice for a few quid off JustEat but seems to have gone down the pan. There are 20 local restaurants in one category near me, they were all closed to foodhub orders. I went on JustEat and they were all open. Not worth the hassle for a small chance of a saving. **edit** FoodHub is now more expensive than justeat for my favourite restaurant. Literally no reason to use this app.

Brilliant app. I have found it really easy to use. Very reasonable prices. (compared to most other apps.).I am telling everyone I know about you. Yet..... very few have heard of you. Definitely need more advertising. And keep doing what you're doing. In the mean time. I got your back 😜👌. I'm shouting your praises 👏. Good luck 👍

Push notifications for offers it then tells you you can't use, hoping I'll just order anyway? (Still doing this 2 years after my initial whinge review). Also last few times the takeaways seem to mark as delivered about 20 minutes before it shows up so assume they're backend system is as bad as the customer facing side, I'll stick to the other platforms.

It's a bit vague sometimes, not enough information on the dishes. Like you order a chicken an sweetcorn pizza. You think fine, n̈ot spicey but when it arrives it's a piri piri piece of chicken, that burns the mouth of you. Times are also well out of sync with their timings for delivery. All stuff that I think would make the site much better. On one occasion instead of 45mins, I waited 90mins ,and actually forgot I ordered any food

Placed an order at 2100,. Phoned the shop at 2215 to find out where my order was even though it had been out for delivery for 15 minutes. Was told it's on it's way. Phoned back at 2245 and was told the same. Told them to cancel the order as if it's been out for delivery for 45minutes then it's going to be cold. Asked for a full refund. Not using this shop again. Very disappointed

"UPDATE: App has been amended: i can now sort of input my address manually; app then adjusts it to an incorrect address (?!) But, thankfully, the restaurant knows me & where i am, and (strangely), tracking map identifies correct location for driver .. " Address finder needs updating. It won't recognise my postcode + it won't let me input my address manually (ie override). So I cannot order because the automatic location it allocated to me hasn't existed for over fifteen years 🤷🏻♀️

Easy to use. Loved the 1st time order discount. The only thing I found was that the delivery charge was a bit excessive. But the discount covered half the delivery fee.

I recently tried Food Hub and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike other apps, Food Hub doesn’t play gimmicks with unnecessary charges. Their pricing is transparent and straightforward. Although their selection of restaurants is currently limited, the app deserves support to grow.

When you try to leave a note to the restaurant you ordered from, the text goes under the popped keyboard and you cant see what are you writting and the old note you writted to other restaurants doesnt get deleted if you want to write a new one. This just happened to me: i wrote something to restaurant 1 and after i launched the order i saw that the note included also notes from restaurant 2 and 3 wich i wrote some time ago.

Suddenly stopped accepting credit/debit cards. Hangs on "Processing payment". After about an hour on the support chat all they could come up with was to insist that I was entering the credit card details incorrectly - same cards had been saved in the account for years with no problems. Problem persists when Iog in on a browser on my laptop. Given up and deleted my account.

This app is easy to use and I like the fact that it allows users to pay by G Pay as well as add a credit/debit card. However, I would prefer it if I could tip after the delivery so I can wait and see if it is good. Also, I did not get a notification on my delivery being on its way nor tracking information the first time I ordered on this app.

I'm not very keen on the set timer idea to predict when your delivery is going to arrive from the moment of payment. I would much rather have a time givem by the restaurant like just eat. It's a pain for the customers as we are not really given a correct time, and I'm sure it's annoying for the restaurants who are at risk of getting a bad review due to something outside of their control. Everything else about the app is fine, but this feature really is not well thought out.

Very good straightforward app, easy to use and navigate with good customer support if needed (offers far better support and it's a lot easier to access than Uber Eats, in my experience). I also appreciate that there isn't loads of little add-on fees at checkout so it feels as though the app is primarily directed at supporting restaurants/delivery people and offering a good customer experience, rather than just bolstering their own profits for the sake of it. My go-to for food,10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
