Recently went back to using this app and I love it for quick photo edits. I like how there are tons of free cute filters to choose from and the app makes it super easy to edit photos. My phone's camera always makes the pictures super dull, so this app is great for simple and quick edits. The app takes a while to load, but that could also be because my phone is a bit old. But overall I'm loving this app!

Personally for me this app is simply perfect. I love the simplicity of it. Some filters bring up different tones of green or blue in nature pictures (yes, i do use it for landscapes as well and i have to say i got some really beautiful pictures with it), some intensify smoke/clouds, some bring a pop of color, etc. The only thing i noticed is that if a picture is saved in "original" mode, it looks slightly different than it does shot by the phone's camera itself (most noticeable in sharpening).

the app worked well, I've been using it for two years now, but the more updates, the worse it gets. at this point, I can't even choose from my own custom filters without the app crashing, so it's practically useless for me now. the auroscroll function when choosing filters is annoying rather than helpful and the new layout makes things much more confusing. I'm currently trying uninstall the updates and go back to the previous versions or uninstall the app altogether if that doesn't work out.

One of the best picture editors for free. It's really professional and easy to use, I love the graphics, really smooth. No glitches or bugs whatsoever, and it's free! I've never had an add on this. If you're looking for something with more tools and a little more proffesional, I recommend using snapseed, but this one is better in my opinion because it lets you make and SAVE your own filter, which I've never seen before on any app before.

The app does not allow me to save the pictures to my SD card. I have much more space on the SD card than the phone's internal memory. The app only has two locations you can save pictures to.

Use it if you enjoy missing shots. Starts up slow, then there are the ads. Shutter lag is like one second average, and sometime it even freezes after pressing shutte. It can not save to SD card. The filter itself is allright. If one wants to pay 7 dollars a month for pro, at that point please just pay for Photoshop instead.

It's a great app, not the best of best, but it does it work. It gotten more stable, which I appreciate. The only thing I have yet to figure it out is how do I share a recipe filter created by me so everyone using the app can see and use as well if they feel like it???

Good app! Many filters u can use and u can use other people's presets. Unfortunately, when i tried to import other's presets by using QR code, it kept saying, "Failed to add recipe try again" pls fix this, i need to use it immediately. Thank you!

I love this app. But recently, my fave custom filters suddenly disappeared while I edit some images and I don't know how to find them again. Help. :(

Amazing, and I love the concept of recipes, but often this app specifically, makes my phone crash. It'll lag at first, and then my system will stop responding and I have to spam the home button or on/off button and wait for it to stop lagging. Could be my storage, but again this is the only app that does it. Idk. Still love it though. Edit: not a storage problem, so that sucks

i've tried various camera apps but foodie is by far my favorite! there's several different filters to use as well as edit options (lighting, contrast, sharpen, etc.) and it's all for free; there's no annoying adds or in-app purchases. the only reason i'm giving this a 4-star rating is because there's a weird lag after each picture you take (it's not much of an issue)- fix that and this would be 5 stars!

It used to be awesome.... it deserved to be 5 start app. Now, not anymore. The ads became VERY annoying. Now, every time you try to take any picture, you have to wait few seconds to watch ads to skip the ads to take any pictures... I'm just using it occasionally, just to take pictures every now and then. Also, I'm lazy to look for any other apps. Maybe there is something better with less disruptive ads out thete.... I'm just too lazy.
