This app doesn't do anything except for track daily sales. I'll keep my eye on it but anything has to be better then there native platform. Come on Foodpanda, you gouge us for 51%... Spend it on some app development.

No very detailed when it comes to merchant payout. Also you are very slow in processing merchant payout. Not user friendly and too many deductions on merchant's payout.you.make promotions but you deduct that from your merchants.

App really sucks. Customer service is no use. They will response in a generic email. They don't care about their partners. They get large amount of money from us but don't send the full details. It's a full scam..they get so much commission but don't give us proper explanation.

Being a merchant in this app. Is quite a headache. It won't automatically open your store even if you follow their check-in time procedure. Everyday we have to report on their help center before your store will be accessible on the foodpanda app. And frankly, it's very annoying!

Still can't access our invoice and order summary for some days are working .it's been over a month yet they still none do anything to fix it's.And Foodpanda is taking huge amount of commission from they partner mechants you don't know if you don't check your invoice and order summary properly and they still don't fix they apps🤔

Compared to Grab, the app is a million miles behind in terms of features. Basic and important merchant functionalities like setting store hours / special hours is not available. Why changing the menu requires in-store menu photo to be uploaded only to be checked by AI that's not even intelligent and fails to approve 50% of the time.

Complete scam. Signed up multiple times over a month ago. Says "under review - may take up to 2 business days" then... Nothing. No way to contact, no way to get help, no way to sign up. Through their normal help it's just script bots that say, "just wait for response. We will use your feedback to make our service better." I opened help tickets, they are automatically closed without response. What's the point??

About 25 days will pass. The payment was made on March 4 2024. But still do not live our our restaurant on food panda app. how complicated 3 weeks They say they are doing it today. But there was no response from Food Panda. I think I just wasted my money.

The device always got problem. The customer service have to live chat. When I chat half way got call coming order busy. U need to chat again.And the rider always comes before I get the order. Than the rider rushing me. Please create a phone apps and improve Ur system.
