Perfect app. Charting is easy. Limits and stops are encouraged every transaction and are easy to put in. The news is very accessible. The app is just layed out nicely.

Easy to use app. Simple interface. Trade executions are quick. Funding and withdrawals are easy and quick as well. No issues and going on 4 years now.

Easy and convenient to use. The only issue I have is if you go to a different app without closing this one and then come back to it, the price on the chart jumps up or down and doesn't show the prior price action.

App is pretty fast and smooth while opening and closing positions. Navigating to various options are very easy. There are enough necessary indicators available for charts. The only caveat is it allows maximum 4 indicators at a time. Anyway I need only 2 indicators.

There're better apps to invest FOREX, and the customer service is atrocious. I funded my account with my current bank, and when I tried to withdraw back to that same account, they wouldn't let me. They said they just simply couldn't withdraw back to that particular bank and couldn't disclose the reason, but were, of course, happy to take money from it. I wouldn't suggest this platform unless you've a fan of never having access to your own money without jumping through 1000 hoops.

The charts are provided by TradingView which are fantastic. You can view raw charts or open up the advanced chart which enables all of your typical tools and indicators. My main gripe is that entering a trade is different depending on if the advanced chart is open, and I personally prefer the non advanced one as I can directly set my SL/TP without changing screens.

Decent app. It can be a bit difficult to navigate, but I can usually find what I'm looking for. There are a few glitchy moments, but I already have issues with watchlists in the desktop application. They are likely related. I've used worse investment apps, so I would say this is somewhere in the middle.

Super sluggish. Seriously, very slow, and locks up, doesn't retain settings, super basic charting. Won't stay logged in, etc. This is on an S22 Ultra with 12gb ram. The problem is not my phone. Honestly, it really sucks. Absolute garbage, it needs to be thrown out and start all over again. Needs fixed immediately!

When you set stops and limits it actually changes the price set to close. I've seen it hit close to where it should close then not confirm on where I should've closed at only to see they changed the price limit I've set upwards to 50 cents difference. Small enough they think it's unnoticeable but enough to force you to stay in for it to bounce back. I set limits where I set them for a reason. Plus they have terrible spread costs. Other platforms charge half the price they charge.

Constant crashes and update problems. Noticed chart would not display for my USD/CHF and USD/EUR intermittently. Surprised to find out there was an update when it never displayed in my app list. Installed app thinking it would update and realized it installed a second version on my phone. Had to Uninstall everything and install app to get it to work. Guess what USD/CHF still not displaying chart after 15 minutes.

Great broker, but unreliable app. Again best broker! Instant deposits and fast withdrawls. Only 1 day to withdraw via debit card. But the app is not worth using to trade. Only as a pip calculator. Cool interface. Functional problems. Keeps entering me in trades with no stop loss. Also, you can't see overall pl. You cant review trades. You can't tell whether you won or loss! These are basic functions that can't be malfunctioning! Non negotiable.

App is buggy, full of lag, logs me out even if I set it to not log out more than every 24 hours. It locks up and starts to bug out switching from portfolio to watchlist a few times. App doesn't respond to taps when trying to close positions. Sometimes the positions just simply disappear from the chart making me think I was liquidated but I was not. I am used to very smooth and fast trading apps. New to Forex. The whole interface needs an overhaul from the app to web trader.

While main app screens are easy to read and use when they're working properly, updates on positions and profit/loss are very slow to display. The app worked better two or three years ago, so I would have rated it higher than the Mt4 app back then. The good variety of indicators and pairs are a plus. Clearly displayed data on pips would be useful.

Absolutely a terrible app. The trade does not update correctly in terms of how much you are up or down. Constantly getting errors that there is no internet connection and having to switch between mobile and wifi to get price refreshes. This app is very dangerous and unstable and it is going to cause someone to lose a lot of money. I was expecting way more from the app but its absolutely ruined my trading.

Very bad version plus it has no auto reconnect and it keeps crashes when it's in the back every time you recall it. I did download this app when the old one started to crash as well every time I replace a trade or an order. Very sad, very upsetting and not convinced at all. If it's not fixed soon I will switch to another broker because I do most of my trades from my phone.

How many times do I have to press "close position" before it's done? Right now the average is 6 times. Worthless app because trades I'm trying to close in profit refuse to close and when they finally do, it ends in loss. Stop loss is triggered well before the price is reached, ending a trade for no reason. Take profit does not work at all. It either does it super early, or just doesn't do anything, also resulting in losses unless you watch every tick. Garbage

Compared to the previous iteration, this app absolutely SUCKS! It is bland and frustratingly slow! I waited for 3 mins and 11 seconds to open the 15 second chart for the EurUsd before just giving up (really?!!)! I am confident that this is going to cost me money, in the form of issues with trades! 😠 The design team needs to be fired or go back to the drawing board! This is so upsetting!!

App is not bad, as a newish trader it does mostly what i need to do. If a few things were changed I'd bump it to 5 stars. Changing the interval value doesn't always update the chart. (This seems to be happening more frequently!) I wish I could customize price alerts a bit more with louder/stronger notifications.(that might be a device/market limitation) Every once in awhile (biweekly?) ill get an in app message/ad/promotion. Kind of a bummer but its manageable.

This mobile app for android crashes if left minimized for about 10 minutes. So I have to constantly log in to check my position status. It crashes so often that my phone gives me a recommendation to uninstall it due to frequent crashes. No other app crashes on my phone, just this one. If they can fix this problem this app will be 4-5 stars. Update: No one has addressed this issue. Many times I need to close my position and the app is unreliable. I'll have to move my funds to another broker.

App is easy enough to use, when it's not force closing constantly. Have to log in about every 10 min, even though I have it set to keep log in for the day. (After Friday update, can't log in again, keeps saying "something went wrong, try again later." App has not allowed me to log in for 12 hours now. Have re-installed. Also can't log into website for my account either.
