Bad app update. I should be able to use the vpn app obly. This app forces you to download in order to work with VPN. Which is the dedicated app.

massive drain on battery, dont know which update did this, but now even my phone sit idle battery cannot last more than 8 hours, even with vpn disconnected Also it does not auto start when phone restarted

Dosent support SAML which is required for all our users, totally useless on mobile. Only work-around are redirections via the portal, or buying expensive Fortitokens, and setup multiple exceptions for on the road users who needs VPN access.

Overall pretty horrible. I rejected all possible permissions, but the app asks me 6 things every single time I open it. The user experience is very poor.

Unable to connect on android 11 (Micromax In 2b). Very poor. It's taking minutes of time. Earlier it was in 2 to 3 seconds. Please help as usage is an obligation!

Why do I need to enter my name and a picture in order to use the app? There used to be a VPN client that I could use since I only use the VPN feature and now I'm forced to use this all-in-one application.. After putting in place holder information and a BS picture I'm able to use the VPN module without issue but I wish the dedicated app was still available.

Revoked by Android. I am using Samsung S10+ with latest update at 9 August 2020. It normally worked ok with previous OS of S10+. Now it is not working at all, only shows "Revoked by Android" message all the time.

Doesn't work on lg velvet. It connects, but then when you switch to another app it instantly disconnects and the app and its services close. Any idea why? I think it might have to do with this app trying to hide its app window from recent apps view? Please fix

On every usage, uninstall and install app, and configure all the tunnel setting. Red forticliet was good, this is worst.
