I am visually impaired and was nervous at first when I was told they had changed the layout some time ago. However, their site is so easy to use with just three clicks I can pay my bill and be on my way! It is absolutely wonderful!

The old app is just working fine. But now you want us to update it and we don't have an option just go back to the old page. Many many times anything is to be updated it isn't even necessary. If I can't get back to my regular FPL page I will just uninstall and I won't reinstall it remember the old adage ...if it ain't broke don't fix it...

TWO STARS. Hard to get to useful information and poorly formatted. Movement between days and months is difficult. Full days hard to capture. Bill estimate on opening page is confusing. Could once easily capture tons of data.

5/21: Energy Usage is showing a blank box for like 2 weeks now. Can't view monthly, daily, hourly usage. The dashboard scroll left and right still hasn't been fixed and it's been like 2 yrs. App is good, but when trying to view my Energy Usage through the Energy Dashboard, I am unable to scroll left and right through the daily and hourly data smoothly. Takes me 6 tap scrolls to move over one day. I like to check out my usage compared to my solar panels and it takes forever to look at. Please fix

App is not sending me notifications when my bill is due. I received a $5 late fee because I didn't get a payment alert, so missed the payment by one day. I checked my app notifications and they are set to "allow". The entire purpose of me downloading app was to have the comfort of knowing when my bill was due and being able to pay it easily with my phone. If they don't fix this glitch, I'm uninstalling the app and going back to online.

Not user friendly. For some reason, it wasn't sending me emails and I had no idea how much my bills was. My power was shut off and I payed the bill online on their website. So far, my status on the app is "no payment history". Hopefully my lights will be back on soon. Was on the phone with customer service for an hour. Couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting my bills emailed to me. I had to re-register under a different email to actually get ANY email from them. Gulf power was better.

Outstanding Work! The App is fantastic at not working with you, but against you. I absolutely smile ear to ear when I try to input the Current account, Address and the Sumbit button... submits to giving me an Error. This app offers wonderful features, like horrible load times. Error codes, and the always fantastic "call support" Error. 1/5 Have to use again🙂

So far good it's good. It breaks down daily usage in which that is what I'm looking for. If I see today's usage is higher than yesterday's then I know right away what to cut out or back on. It's easy to get to instead of going to the website. If I do need to see my monthly or previous months usage then I go to the website. It is convenient but you can't use the fingerprint sign-in without a pop-up saying cancel. It turns fingerprint sign-in off. Please fix that or explain how to fix it.

I haven't had any issues in the years I've been using this app👍 It loads fast, the layout is clean & there aren't any ads or unnecessary bloat info. My only complaint is STILL having to use Western Union Speedpay to pay our bills w/a card AND having to pay a $3.25 fee on top of it! It's VERY FRUSTRATING 👎 FPL really needs to add a way to pay w/debit/cc directly in the app and/or the website!

The app is buggy, I have to open and close it several times for it to actually load. Once I get it to open, some of the features don't work and get hung on "loading". It's not just the app, I guess it's fpl itself since some of the information I want to view is never or barely ever available, like my energy usage... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and not just here on the app but directly on their website, whether I go in on the phone or my pc

I can't rate this app above 1 star because all of a sudden it stopped working. It ONLY loads the splash page - nothing further! What happened? Used to be fine. Now it's just annoying especially when I need to check & pay my bill. I uninstalled/reinstalled & that did NOTHING! *UPDATE: Figured out the reason why I can't get past the splash page. App ONLY works if I logon WITHOUT Wi-Fi on. I MUST login using Data Only. Once logged in, I can turn my Wi-Fi back on. NEVER had this issue before ..

Edit: still useless. Every time you log into it even on a different phone, new phone, it just takes you to the website. Notifications for power outages is about non-existence unless you've already submitted one. And it only comes through text Years ago this app used to be great. You could count on it to give you notifications when the power went out. Now most the time it's useless. Always directing us to the main website

Does the needed basics to follow ojectives consumption, outages and notifications! Was partially useful during the hurricane where it provided updates on what caused the outage and when it was resolved (you have to do manually though). Lacks ability to automatically notify of outages and restoration of outages! It has to be done manually by checking often. Gives you the option to request a call but would have rather preferred a text or an app notification

Beautiful and Intuitive. I have lived for many years in California, where are my only option was SMUD. My name move to Florida I signed up for FPL, and the whole experience of signing up went very smooth... I did not expect the app to be this great. I get a very easy and intuitive bill projection based on my average daily usage,I get to see my bill breakdown,usage by day, month and even hour. The correlation between temperature and energy usage is the cherry on the top. Congrats, amazing app!

NEEDS FURTHER DEVELOPMENT. App needs access to more energy data - like on the website... Want to be able to compare usage week to week - in daily mode... not just current week (want to be able to go back in daily mode, a "week page" at a time. Also, be able to look at daily hourly usage - again, like on website. Nice new feature might be a setable alarm - when daily use is above or below a certain range, that could really assist in spotting inoperative A/C units, etc.

Horrible. It's insane you can't make automatic payments on your credit card. Can't even use a credit card to pay on the app without using a Speedpay. The app only allows you to pay directly with your checking account. We all know fpl enjoys applying every fee humanly possible, at least make it easier for us to pay bill and said transaction fees. It's literally the only bill I have issues paying due to the interface. Fpl makes ecua seem like a godsend.

One of the better apps. Lots of good info but not as robust as website, of course. Could use an option for static display of password when typing. Cell phones have very small keyboards. Plus, the incorrect password is not cleared. Annoying to backspace entire field and start over. Other than that, app is very stable and easy to use. Good job FPL.

The app is easy to navigate and extremely fast. It does not, however, display the daily breakdown of previous months but the last couple of days (no info can be seen before that) and only the average monthly usage of the last 3 months is shown. It also takes longer to update the latest usage info (yesterday's usage already comes up in the website but not in the app, for instance).

App keeps changing to full screen and portrait view without my consent. I don't want the app to show full screen, but it pushes to it and overwrites my phone's permissions and settings as to portrat choice. As for the rest of tools, it's a perfect one. If developers stop pushing my phone's setting to change without my consent, I'd definitely rate it 5 stars.

Very handy app to manage use. I use it daily, and it does show me daily consumption. I prefer to direct manage the larger loads manually, not by automation. That translates to daily monitoring, not set and forget. This app is not an instant fix, it's more of a guide. It takes time to interpret the results to change your usage. The more you understand the loads and timing patterns, the better you can manage the use.
