Needs a web interface. It's great the way you can just send photos remotely to the frame. However, it would be much more advantageous to have some sort of web interface where you could actually manage what is already on the frame. With thousands of photos on the frame. It becomes impossible to do it one at a time through that frame interface.

Wonderful app! I love that I can send photos to family compatible photo frames. It's a great way to share with family that's far away or with grandparents. The only things I don't like are the 10 photo upload limit and that when I reach 10 photos and go to upload them it takes me back to the tip of my photo album. It's extra frustrating when I used my mom's iPhone to upload images to her frame for her it didn't do this. But over all a great app.

Unrealized Potential - so useful for photos to be sent to the frame, which is a godsend for our foreign deployed son. But this app needs to have frame management by the frame owner such as copying photos to your phone/device, moving to storage, etc. Currently, the SD card storage is the only option which is severely antiquated. Also, individual photos should have options for display instead of applying only to all photos.

The "add frame" button on the main screen straight up doesn't work, have to go into the settings to add a frame. Photo cropping is terrible -- you better hope that your good pictures have the important stuff (people's faces, etc) right in the center, otherwise you'll have a hard time getting a well-cropped photo. Just a bad platform overall

I want to like the frame, I do like the idea. But I've had two of these frames, one that I got myself and one I received as a gift. Neither one of the screens work properly, when you try to turn them on they just loop through the starting screens. Every now and then they turn on briefly, but they shut off again for no apparent reason, even when you don't have them set up to sleep.

This app is great and works seamlessly with added friends. I like that you can caption photos and mark a 'priority' zone when sending so that faces don't get chopped off. My only wish is that you could mark multiple spots (family pictures for instance). Overall though super easy to use even for those who aren't as tech savvy (older family members) and has a good amount of features without muddying up the whole interface. Very happy with both the frames I purchased and the app.

Absolutely love everything about this frame so I bought one for my beastie and we send each other pictures. The enternal memory is impressive. The only improvement I would add is the ability to crop photos directly in the frame. If the photo is sent to you, you can't edit how it's cropped. Other than that, it is great! My friends can download the app and send photos to my frame. We love it!

Not at all conducive to sharing photos since the only path is via my phone. Most of my photos are on my PC. Can't find a way to delete photos from the Frameo. Adding viewers is clumsy & not easy. Need PC interface to allow administration of the photo collection. Need more native controls to adjust photos.

Although the concept is neat. This is way over intrusive to the point it's Spyware. Nothing needs to take 4 mins to "analyze media" each and every time I use this app. NS! Every time I want to send an image... 4 mins to analyze my 8000+ photos. Nothing like this exists... I'm calling Spyware and I'm out. Grandma gets no more pics because this app is garbage.

the idea behind Frameo is great: being able to share photos with a digital frame without a card or USB pen AND being able to let other people share their pictures directly with the same frame is great. But I'm having a bad experience with the app: - most of my photos on Google photos are not available to be shared - it mixes photos I took with Instagram edited pictures and other types of images, while in Google photos folders are much better organized - I can share only 10 photos at a time

I love the app, and am having fun adding photos for the family, but I wish there were an easier way to add them - only ten at a time is tedious when you have a lot. It would also be great if it automatically detected duplicates and deleted one, or gave a heads-up. Finally, having an app for my Windows computer would be SO much better, since most of my old photos are not on my phone, and since the frames I gave to my kids as gifts are in different houses, I can't upload via thumb drive or SD card

I'm not sure the photos are going through. The share feature only allows ten pics which doesnt capitalize on the novelty. The crop restriction makes it seem like the "most important part" will only be shown - what does this do? The sharing of the code has taken less savvy tech users to take MONTHS to figure out - this needs to be a permanlink they can send to trusted users, not a temp QR code. We're apart, we can't always sync up easily.

The user experience for this app is abysmal. I have 1300 photos to upload and the app let's me do 10 at a time. That's it. Software developers should be able to batch the job and upload all 1300, 10 at a time. Instead, Frameo spent their money on marketing and wasting their user's time. Even worse, the app is misprogrammed and every time you select 1 photo, the gallery scrolls up and down, making it difficult to quickly select photos. Overall awful experience with this currently 4.7 star app.

The process of adding pictures is a little clunky, in my opinion. My biggest "issue" is that even though the app is connected to my Google photos, it doesn't show me what picture I last sent to the frame. The Aura app does that and it is so helpful in my opinion, to keep from sending duplicates.

Love, love, love this frame! So easy to use, to set up, to get others connected. You can adjust the slide show and how long you want each picture showing. It has a sleep timer so it's not going all night. It's so fun to hear the chime go off when a new photo is sent and then see the new photo. If pictures are sent when you aren't home, there is a message that stays on saying new photos were sent that you can click on and see what they are (then message goes away). Highly recommend!

This app needs a way for us to decide if photos are in portrait or landscape orientation before we send them. Having to go click on every single photo once it's on the frame to fit it it annoying especially since it's in a place I can't easily get to. Would also be nice for us to connect to the app to delete from it instead of everything being done on the frame

So far this has worked great (1 month). I chose the frame based on the apps higher rating. Have uploaded many photos and a few videos. Giving the frame to my aunt in the nursing home. I have uploaded photos from multiple locations (not just on the same network as the frame) and they have uploaded perfectly. A great App for sharing pictures with family. Highly recommend.

It's always the software... The software isn't great. You can't really do anything to the photos before sending them to the frame - can't resize them, can't rotate them, etc. You also can't add galleries - you're limited to uploading ten pictures at a time. On top of that - you HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SAME STEPS EVERY SINGLE TIME - need to be able to set an option to skip adding text - setting the best view shouldn't even be a thing, just scale the picture down to fit the frame.

This is easy to use because you can select directly from several folders, but it zooms in a lot. This means you have to edit each photo to include a border, if you want the entire photo uploaded, not just the middle part. Edit 5/17/24: thanks, Frameo, for the feedback on how to use "fit to frame" option on the device. I don't own the frame, so I cannot access settings in the slideshow. This is a review in terms of uploading the photos in the app.

This is an awesome way to keep precious memories of family and friends. I highly recommend Frameo instead of bulky photo albums or even slides, (I remember many family slide gatherings, ugh). The advent of this and other tech based products makes storage better. You can also add a Micro SD card for extra storage. (the stand tilts too far back. I propped it up with some home knick knacks. It's not a negative just a suggestion)
