My life is to short for this app. Vicious circle trying to get into account. No paste feature. You leave to get number come back and app wants to do it all over again. Terrible! Pass

Extremely simple to find what I'm trying to do. Allows for you to apply additional money directly to principle without having to call to ensure it is in fact going to principle only.

Setting up the account was easy and fast. The website is easy to navigate and has mostly everything one would need to review or make changes to information on the account.

Terrible mortgage company overall for many reasons, and now I can not view my mortgage info at all. The app crashed and says to use the website. The website has also crashed. Came in here to see if others are having this issue, and it says I do not even have the app installed when I do.

Awful. Stop pushing me to download this app. All of the broken, garbage UX of the website with no unique or useful features. Wish I could switch services to a company that isn't hot garbage.

I've never had any issues logging into the app and taking care of any business I need to attend to. It's always super easy and straightforward.

I would like to be able to put all my payments in at the dates we have on the calendar but I am not certain how to go about it, as they are dates before the due date. However, this app doesn't support that from what I have seen. That really sucks that you can't put in 2 or 3 months at a time to be scheduled for payment.

The online direction for setting up auto pay for new customers is confusing. You need to actually make your first payment prior to setting up reoccurig automatic payments. I believe an attempt was made to give this information, but it failed miserably in translation.

Great app. Also, some of the departments have very knowledgeable staff. Some of the other staff (customer service) are not so Great, they will call multiple times for multiple days and repeatedly ask the same questions. They need to put better notes on the computer.

nothing to complain about except for one thing in particular otherwise I love the app The one thing I would say that needs improvement is they should allow people to make partial payments so that folks can pay half their mortgage on one check and have other half of the mortgage when they get their other check for those who are paid bi-weekly or twice a month. it just makes you love use you for the consumer to budget so if they can make that an option on the app then I'd give it five stars

Trash app that never loads. When you try to set up auto pay when you can actually log in, there are some ridiculous requirements that won't allow you to just set up a regular scheduled payment. Quite possibly the worst mobile I've ever used

Been here a few years and it's smooth as silk. A few nagging "ads"/announcements when you log in but scroll down and payments made easy. Change payment date, add additional principal and it is automatically summed up so you know when you hit confirmation what total will be withdrawn from your account and when. Easy peasey.

I love being able to pay the chains of debt away through this App. I can feel the freedom of not having a mortgage is right around the corner. It would be nice if they added the mortgage calculator into the app to determine how much interest would be saved if I paid extra. I know they have one on the website, but how much more fun would it be on the phone?

The app and website both make me enter a certification code that gets emailed to me every time I log in. Why? Additionally, when I enter the code in the app, I get sent to a screen to verify my phone number (which I already did on the desktop website) and then tells me the data cannot be loaded. Terrible, terrible design on both accounts.

My initial mortgage was sold a number of times, which I didn't love. Finally, it landed with Freedom Mortgage. I've been so happy with the service they provide, one, and two, that they didn't resell my mortgage again, that I refinanced with them. Process was simple (as mortgages go) and I received great service throughout, just as I always have. Meanwhile, the App does everything I need it it to do pretty straightforwardly. What's not to like?

Their auto-pay feature is one of the weirdest designs I've ever experienced. You can't just go in and set it up to draft your payment monthly like normal, instead you have to choose a date within 15 days in the future, and then the text on the app displays as if you're going to get charged on that day, and you can't tell if autopay was even set up. You should just be able to log in, select something like "pay monthly on due date", and be done with it. The rest of the app is fine.

Please add ability to see our amortization schedule both on the app and online. And make it via the app to be able to print it and save it pdf. Otherwise great bank haven't had any issues with them and they've been very easy to work with. I just think it's a huge oversight not being able to see your amortization schedule either via the app or online. Never had to as a bank for an amortization schedule until now, huge disappointment!!!

I had two different lenders prior to this company that bought it. The other ones had apps with tools that were helpful, like you could calculate how fast you would pay off a loan if you paid x more a month. And a bunch of other helpful things. This is a very basic app, it don't even alert you when your mortgage is about to go up because of insurance or property tax, you just log in one day to notice it went up $100 with no real breakdown on why. The statement isn't helpful either in this matter

The app seems more buggy now than before the fix, taking multiple attempts to log in, like resetting the login page when I navigated to my messages to get the 6 digit code (so had to use the preview instead of leaving the app). It also was very, very slow to process anything. The login process took about a full minute of watching the little wheel spin. Opening my statement didn't work at all at first, prompting me to call a puffins number. It did finally open but took me to the login page first.

it's functional, just wish something like a mortgage company would offer it's customers more benefits or discounts on thing instead of just taking payments. the app itself is okay. The interface is simple and easy to use. Every once and a while you have to log on which can be annoying if you dont remember your info but it's a once and a while thing. Good app though..
