I bought an Anafi. Then I bought a new phone. Now I can't use my drone anymore? WTH? Anafi won't allow us access to the old app, and the newapp doesn't work with the old drone. Disgusting company.

Just bought a used anafi parrot drone and guess what this app will not pick the drone up so i cant even use the drone. Such a waste of money and future business with Anafi.

Useless. Parrot ar 2.0 doesn't work and looks like the app for it doesn't exist anymore. $189 drone for nothing. Thanks Parrot you got me

no more support for the disco, no more servers to get my flight data, no more freeflight pro (at least officially, you have to cheat to get it). Great drone, bad app, terrible company

I can tell the app has changed in 5 years. I actually like it's autonomy and no integrations with efforts to STILL figure out express approvals. Travelers Insurance bank rolled Kittyhawkes transformation just so their adjusters could comply with FAA flight clearance, viva ls revelation. Please keep it that way. But, adding FLIR to a drone called the Bebop, that joke was never funny. Parrot V1, V2 etc... something easy, in the US we like appreciate names we can remember. Thks

Battery indicator does not indicate real battery, instead the battery drops over time. In the logs, batt capacity is low but voltage still high. When restart the drone, the capacity is back to normal again

Parrot, please explain how we can use our drones. It's ridiculous that your apps don't support new drones and you just remove the previous apps.

Doesn't work with my Drone, original App is not available anymore. I can just advise to not buy anything from them.

Complete horse shhh. App will not connect to drone. Parrot anafi. Oh and I love how the ratings that are above 1 star, are fake AI reviews

Shi. App, sh.. company. Not only are the firmware updates for ALL minidrones - blaze, maclane, mars, travis and my swat - nowhere on the page, [you] cant even contact these idiots to even ask where to look! The drone, app and company are LESS THAN USELESS!! I wish I could give negative stars.

Had my drone for less than two years, changed phones, they deleted the old app (FreeFlight 3, I think). New app doesn't support my drone. Don't waste your time with Parrot b/c it's only a matter of time (probably less than 3 years) before they shelf your product. Having you use an app is just a way for them to try to get you to upgrade models every few years. (Also, 'connect with google' failed repeatedley without a given reason. Never worked. Garbage app developers)

I tried to use this app for my bebop 2, since I can't find it anymore but doesn't work, where I can download free flight pro for my bebop?

What is worth of quality drone if you can't use it upon updates. Bebop 3 doesn't work on this app v6.

I'm so disappointed. What happened to old app. If only I could take back all the nice things I said about parrot. Went from great to a rip off.

Bought my drone in 2019 and life was great. Put it away in early 2020. Now in May 2024 I need to use it for field study, but can't. I have a NEW Sunsung high end phone. The smart controller is v3. It "sees" my drone and moves gamble up & down BUT will NOT take off. Another pain point is this f-ing software cannot "detect" the controller, even though it's plugged in to my phone! Last resort is airplane mode and only connecting to drone wifi (that works) BUT f-ing software does nothing at all.

Drone connects to controller and flies. Phone connects to drone's Wi-Fi. Drone even connects to my old FreeFlight Pro I used for my Bebop 2 (but won't fly it). But FF6 can NOT find my drone (not even plugged in with a cable!). Tried another phone, no different. Reinstalled the app twice, no help. Read that the UK version worked, but can't find it anymore. No help from Parrot. Have to return this beautiful drone; app just doesn't work anymore. Criminal.
