I love this App however the shipping charges are outrageous. I'm updating my review based on the response I received from PlanetArt. I don't just take advantage of the "FREE" part. I also purchase other things and I still have to say the shipping charges are outrageous!!! Especially when I can purchase the same items from FREEGIFTS App and the shipping charges are much less expensive. Plus, to top it all off, I purchased the free item for March and was charged for it!! Changing mind about loving

I went in the middle with the reviews because though the monthly free gift is great and they turn out great the shipping for some of the items is RIDICULOUS! The one month they offered a canvas photo as a free gift but the shipping was $16. I was like.. WHAT? THAT'S A RIP OFF... PASS! The items are worth it, but Watch the shipping price because they will rip you off!

App is pretty user friendly but today when I tried to open it to check the status of an order (my first order) I'm getting a "Network Error" that says "there seems to be a connection difficulty". So I tried to open the original free prints app to check that order and it's working fine, no issues at all. I don't think it's an issue in my end.

I have used the free prints app before and when I seen there were other apps linked to this for gifts I was excited. Last month I tried to get the free blanket and once I selected all the pictures I wanted there was an error message that continued to pop up no matter how many times I closed the app and retried, I was not able to process my order. This month there are magnets available for free and I am receiving the same message. This is very disappointing.

This was a really great app but the last several updates have caused numerous crashes nearly impossible to create photo calendar. Most recent update slightly better at least I was able to complete calendar put it in my cart without losing it altogether. The 2nd most recent update caused me to loose everything more than once. Also products are priced too high to purchase.

This app is only good for the once a month so-called "free gift", only it's not free at all. You basically pay for the "free gift" when you pay the really high shipping fee they charge you to receive it in the mail. The gifts are pretty cool though and the quality of the stuff you receive is decent. The rest of the items this app has to offer is really pricey in my opinion so I just get the once a month "free gift" that's not really free. I've never had trouble receiving my orders though.

Free prints works great. Free gifts, not so much. I had all kinds of problems last month with the blanket. Never did get it straightened out so never ordered. Thought maybe it was me. This month tried to order the mug. Pictures went on fine but wouldn't let me put it in the cart. Decided to just come back later and check. It's not in the cart and unlike the blanket which kept the pictures, it didn't save the pictures to the cup. Will try for a few more days, then will delete the app if not succe

So a few days ago I recieved an offer for my "free Gift" it was the magnets. They were free I think I paid $1 more for two & shipping. I would Not recommend their magnets. The quality of the pictures aren't that great. If you want Nice size Magnets use the FreePrint app. They are larger and very much more vibrant! I'm giving a 1 star for now. Hopefully if I do purchase in the future it will hold up with what I get using the FreePrints App.

Edit* I just realized what I was doing wrong! Updating my rating! I had to scroll over to the templates. Love the idea of the app. I just lost my one dog so I want to put all of my dogs on the blanket and upgrade the size of it. It's a bummer you can't customize the blanket in the app. I used another photo app but I can't get the dimensions right so it cuts my picture off. I was really hoping to be able to create this blanket. I even have a custom photo that I want added to the array of pictures.

I was just tickled, at how much you helped me get to the right and correct pictures that fit in each space, so the pictures and blanket turn out perfectly. I'm really hoping that it worked and my purchases turn out beautifully!!!! I used a different company a while ba I don't have the words to say ck. It was amazing how horrible the pictures were!!!! My goodness, I was just floored!!!! they just took a frame and ACTUALLY sent them!!!!

Just like others, I had issues trying to redeem my free gift. I was a bit luckier where I was eventually able to check out with my gift. However, the quality was disappointing. I received the free blanket, but two of my pictures were cut off and the color print was missing in some spots. I can overlook the missing print, but to cut off two pictures when the preview of the blanket did not represent this is just upsetting. I tried contacting service, but I have yet to receive a response.

Absolutely love this app. I am able to make cute little photo books each month for my baby. There are many styles/designs/colors. Not one of my books is the same. They will be awesome memories to look back on when she is older. Also had a great experience with customer service. One of my books was missing pages and I emailed about it. They sent a new one right away.

I love all of the products. I gave a 4 star because I had to order each thing separately. There was a coupon for additional items "no shipping cost". So I picked out more items, and each time I went to checkout, it would only put 1 or 2 items on at a time. so I have 3 separate orders, each with shipping cost. Also, you need a shopping cart button for each screen so you can get to it easier. I had to go back each time. please fix this problem. Thank you, M Miller

This idea of fe prints, photo tiles etc., is one of the best marketing tools I've experienced. The reason for 4 stars... I just had to pay shipping twice. I ordered my 85 prints and then got the offer for a free ornament. I think the original shipping cost should have covered both. However, I still think it's worth it because, where can you get 85 free prints? So, I guess I'll quit my bellyachin'! 😁

No matter what you order or how big or small it is there is a flat shipping fee of $14.99. That's pretty high compared to what I pay for shipping for other items. Looks like the item isn't really free and that they're recouping their cost via the shipping cost. I figure there had to be a catch. I can get a blanket cheaper on Shutterfly or other apps and not pay so much. FYI.... I cancelled my order and uninstalled the app. No matter what I ordered it was coming up with a $14.99 shipping.

Update: FreePrints customer service was outstanding! My problem was due to my photos not being the resolution needed for the size that was being printed. I gave 4 stars because the app could have said that the small size prints wouldn't show the detail like was on my screen. I think it is a bad layout for certain items. the first item I ordered, I used one of their layouts, but when I received it I was disappointed. I could not make out some the faces, but on my screen they looked great.

Terrible customer service. The product quality and prices are fine. But I've had to talk to customer service 5 times this month about 2 different orders. There's no number to call so it's all done through chat. In one instance I was in a chat for 2 hours to clear up an issue I had with a promo. One item never arrived. They issued a replacement, but didn't send an email or tracking number so I don't know if I'll receive the item in time for Christmas. Very disappointed with the service.

Never provided tracking numbers. Gifts arrive whenever or NOT at all. Customer service is a waste of time because they don't actually care where your order. THANKS "ALEJANDRO" hope you have more than one job!!! I use free prints, photo books, tiles and gifts. They're Customer Service has become the absolute worst over the years! It's time to move on to a company that actually cares about its customers and the products being ordered!

Every time I use this app anymore. It screws up. I get an email stating my free gift for the month. So I spend all this time editing photos to make this gift. When I go to place the order and put my email in it switches it to a completely different free gift. I've contacted customer service a couple times over this. I'm just over it! It takes too much time to sit here and edit these photos to make a product for their system to screw up at the end. This will be the last order I place.

The interface is not very good. It can't find my "Favorites" album, so I had to make a new album just for this. Also, when selecting a photo, it "crops" or selects a square, regardless of the shape the final photo will be. Stupid and adds a step as you go back and forth between the preview screen to move the photo. Just make it the shape it's going to come out so you can see what will be cropped out!
