i gave 3 stars because i really like this app and the finished product looks good. However, these last couple months it's so difficult to use. photos take forever to load. and if you tap to edit a page you have to wait forever again for them to load!! extremely frustrating and time consuming! took me 2 weeks to complete a 20 page photobook.

Very cost effective for fixed income. Nice little book too. Was very excited to have a little book of my animals BUT! Two pics cut off head. Wouldn't take much for you to check a small book for your mistakes. THE FRONT COVER was a perfect close up shot of my dog & is completely ruined. How can you package & send it, seeing that all you printed was her nose and one eye. This is the front cover for God sake! Very disappointing.

Easy to use but app doesn't work properly. it has lost an album I was working on and after contacting customer support I was told they can't retrieve it and to restart another. working on second album 80 pages in and it gets deleted again. I had a registered account and was saving album every time I stopped working on it. they can't do anything about it. no point to using this. it is wasted time.

Great app. I use it for my sons pictures. You get 1 free 5x7 soft cover book with 20 pages and every page after that is 36 cents, not bad at all compared to every place else. The pictures look amazing in the books as well. and you only pay a small shipping fee which is cheaper than going to walmart or walgreens. the bigger sizes are not free and neither are the hard covers but its $2 extra for hard cover which isnt bad at all. You can even write messages on the back covers.

Just received my first Photo Book and I am so thrilled. It only cost me $7.99 for shipping, just like advertised. I was a bit skeptical about the quality and design even though I've been completely satisfied with the FreePrint side of their company. I was not disappointed. The picture quality, the binding and the overall look and feel of the finished product was top rate. Highly Recommend.

Why didn't I use this sooner?!? I absolutely love what I created for my sister's anniversary... Took me over an hour because I wanted it to look perfect, but I am thrilled with the final product! It looks exactly how I made it on the app, and the quality is awesome. I love that you can change the fonts for extra personalization. Shipping was quick, and I could track it on the app. I cannot wait to create more of these as gifts or as easy scrapbooks.

Excellent app for keeping memories. No need to develop photos then buy an album. It's all done here and with the addition of captions it's even better. I've done a 3 part series for my son's wedding and purchased 3 sets at an amazing price. 1 set for me, a set for my son and daughter in law and another set for my Dad and step Mom who were unable to attend. It was very well liked by all who saw it. A high quality product for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this app. Thanks.

This is probably the most honest, true app on Google Play, it is free except shipping, and the quality is most definitely worth the shipping price, I'm betting all in all we pay 5 bucks for a photo book...no one can beat that! Thank you free prints for all my memories made on beautiful little books instead of thrown in a box.. you probably have so many customers from it being so cheap that you have made it very very well, quantity is where it's at with a great, fast, nice item!

Unable to complete book! Pictures & page layouts frequently disappear, making it necessary to start another book and reload pictures. I did this 3 times and even after completing the update there was no resolution. I spent (wasted) most of my day trying to complete a single book and didn't even get it halfway completed. Not wasting any more of my time with this app.

This app is really cool. You can access all of your phone images, social account images, Google photos, and more. Have all the photos you could possibly want, in easy to navigate app, to create quality photo albums. Get 1 free per month, just pay shipping cost for album that you create and design just the way you want in, to capture your favorite memories.

Just got my first free photobook. Full transparency: I added 4 additional pages and paid for expedited shipping to get it in time for an event that was happening in 10 days from the day I ordered it. So I paid a little over $12 for it. It arrived today (in PLENTY of time for the event) and it is GORGEOUS! It's a hardback and the photos are so vibrant and clear! I couldn't be any happier!

I got the Free Prints app first, and loved it. Then I seen this app and decided to give it a try. My first order was upgraded to a hardcover for free, shipping was fast, everything was easy to do, prices are more than fair and haven't been beaten by any other services I've seen and the finished book was wonderful and exactly what I wanted!!!!! I've recommended this app to all my friends and family!! It's 100% worth it, I love it!!!!

I have many photobooks ive been makingffor years. I have been able to make quick and simple ones and I've made more intricate books with icons and text. Sometimes I love personalizing each page and sometimes I just need to get these goofy pics printed out into a convenient book! I've given them as gifts (usually I'll order an extra copy for that) and I've filled one up with artwork from our 20 year old- she's exceptional! Of course it's not all entirely free but the price is unbeatable!

I couldn't be more happier than working with this company. I ordered my 1st photo album book, of our family. There was a small imperfection on the front & back cover. They didn't hesitate to responded to my email within the same day. Stating they'll ship out another one at no cost to me. Their customer service, quality of products & prices are outstanding!I highly recommendem them to all! I will definitely be passing the word on to other people about this app & will order many, many more soon.

I've used this app for years with no issues until now. Pictures disappear, and I can't finish the book. I've tried 3 times. Chat is NO help. I was told to update. I did. No fix. I was told to close and restart my phone, that I'd have to start the book all over again. No fix. I was told no discount could be given, but if I needed anything else to let them know. It sometimes takes some time to complete a book, and if I get a call or text, it could screw it all up again. Insane!!!!

I love this app! I have tried making photo books from competitors and can never even finish the book. FreePrints is super easy to use! The quality of the books is awesome and my family and I love looking through them frequently. I try to get a book a month. Love them! EDIT: They turned me into a liar. The damn app doesn't even work now. I have to upload from Facebook and the resolution is so low, you can't use the photos! Ugh! Whatever.

I like FreePrints. Sometimes it is difficult to make a Book. Going back and forth trying to arrange my pages. But overall I like it. I don't think that you should charge a shipping fee for each individual purchase. Like free prints, then another Shipping my free book. Or all the other items that are free this month. All those shipping charges are not worth the cost of a so-called free gift. All the quality of my purchases of the pictures and so-called free gifts are very good. Thank you.
