It is a good app some readings ar abit off so I disconnect and reconnect and it corrects itself most of the time. What I don't like is that it only keeps 90 days with of data. No way to see month over month or week over week or ever year over year to see progress and pr trends. It just gives you averages. I would like to see progress over time. I feel that would be encouraging.

Uses up your battery quickly. The glucose trend arrow has never ever changed direction, and it should have, according to the Abbott documentation. In the list view of the log entries, the timestamp will arbitrarily change, I have to open the actual entry to see the correct time. The glucose range on the graph isn't configurable, and what's worse, the values on the graph go from 50 to 350,which squishes my line by so much that it's almost useless. The graph is not interactive.

After a week, I found the app helpful overall, but it needs work. It has a spot to change the alarm tone, but it's disabled. The alarm is the most irritating at the maximum volume. With no warning severity difference. App will NOT stop the alarm until it's opened. App won't let the quiet time option shut off, even though it puts itself on the exception list. It shows the reading as a continuous line chart and other data views. You can add notes to the chart. Has days left for sensor operation.

My overall experience has been very good. I have used both the Libre 2 and 3. I love the Libre 3, but I wish some of the benefits the Libre 2 had could be incorporated in the 3. This is particularly true with the notes for events. The 2 had predictive text and autocorrect. That made it easier to type in your notes when getting ready to eat. Even though you don't have to scan the phone over the sensor to get a reading, I wish we could still use that feature. Overall, it's a great app.

The app is functional and effective for continuous glucose monitoring. However the alarm sound cannot be changed neither can the volume. The specific sound it uses generates an angry feeling response. It is by far the worst sound I could imagine and irritating to the extreme. It would be preferred that some other sound could be selected. Can't be that difficult, come on Abbott make it happen.

There are too many issues that need to be addressed. You can not scroll back to see past glucose, you can only see the day of. No data is stored whatsoever, and that's important to be able to show my Doctor. In the middle of the night it constantly loses connection and the alarm goes off 4-6 times a night. It's extremely loud, which I appreciate in an emergency, but NOT while I'm trying to sleep. Being woke up so many times just because the app loses connection is absolutely exhausting.

Generally like the app and the functionality. But tonight, it absolutely wouldn't read my new sensor, after trying for about 30 minutes, restarted phone, which was fully charged fyi, I finally did what I had tried once before which was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Unfortunately when I opened the app again and logged in all the data was gone. Last time I had to do this, the data was there. Seems like Abbott has some things to fix. Was a bit surprised last update was September 2023.

I just switched from the 2 to the 3, and I really like not having to scan the sensor for a reading. I love that the size of the sensor is smaller. It's a more discreet experience. The alarm settings need work. There's no option to adjust them except to turn 3:4 of them off. You have to open the app before the blaring stops. There's no distinction of urgency... not so discreet on that part. It would be nice to adjust the tones and volume, maybe add vibrate. A widget would be a great option.

This app is great and seems to have a lot of options that will give you information about your numbers and how you are doing. One thing is missing that I wish they would implement in this app is the ability to look through your timeline to see what your numbers were at a specific time with a slidebar. This feature is available in the companion app called libre link up.

Honestly just came on because I was listening to music and the alarm keeps going off which leads to my ears feeling like their bleeding because it turns up the volume for everything when it goes off. So not only was it a jump scare but also probably ear damage from it. I also typically have my volume with headphones around 2 but when the alarm goes off, I swear it's almost at max volume.

Very basic app with a bland user interface. The app does not allow for detailed data like the ability to touch your graph and get time/reading information. Or download the data in csv so that one can do their own analysis. It does not interface with common health monitoring apps like Samsung health, or my firness pal. Way behind in being really useful.

Good app that, along with sensors, greatly reduces the need for finger sticks. It does have some issues. Would have been nice if the ability to silence alarms for a defined period was carried over from the Libre 2. Also, for some unknown reason, this app randomly turns on Do Not Disturb. This is annoying and prevents me from getting other needed notifications until I discover it.

It would be nice if there was a category in notes section for blood glucose entry. That way it's easily referenced. If I feel the meter is incorrect and I have to do a finger stick, it would be nice to have a specific place to enter it or link the app with specific meters or other apps. Also, is there a way to have the Libre 3 calibrate to the finger stick as well. It would also be nice if a widget was able to be placed on home screen. This is possible with DEXCOM

The device is amazing! The app could use some additional features: - abillity to set a 2 hour timer so you can compare your numbers 2 hours after eating. - rank your 2 hour comparison number so you know if the meal was excellent, good, ok, or bad. - ability to zoom in on the home screen graph. - ability to give warnings if your blood sugar increased or decreased a certain amount over a certain amount of time. User should be able to set these BS amounts and time frames.

The alarms are terrible. Volume is too loud and not adjustable. So many times I disable the alarms because I don't want the loud alarms going off. A simple vibration or much lower volume notification would be nice. I'm either in meetings, around others that don't need to know, or wearing Bluetooth headphones they hurt my ear drums. Also, it would be nice to snooze alarms for 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Having it alarm every minute or 2 minutes gets annoying when I'm waiting for glucose to turn around.

For such a large company, not a very robust app. Why can I not go back to read a note on the graph? Why can I not view a certain time and Glucose level? Update. Ok, figured out how to read notes. I thought you could click on the icon or something. It will make a Log entry if you make a note of level and time. Still not intuitive to me. 9 months since any updates?

The basic functionality works, but overall this is a poorly implemented and designed piece of software. I have contacted Abbot several times with my issues, and they seem to not care at all. The low alarm cannot be controlled, and goes off well after I already treated...so loudly it is embarrassing and wakes others up at night. Loses connection often, forcing a need to restart the phone. Drains phone battery extremely fast. Despite the problems there have been no updates.

I agree with most of the reviews. Overall, my experience with the Libre 3 has been pretty good, but there are some things from past versions, such as the predictive text, that are missing. I found it to be extremely convenient. But the big thing is definitely the alarm. There should be a way to at least adjust the volume. There are times when I might still want to be alerted if my sugar goes out of range, but I don't want it blaring loudly, e.g. in a work meeting or at the movies.

Although it works well enough, it lacks a couple features that would make it much less annoying. First, being able to scroll through the day or to a time while looking at the chart is not possible. Another plague of this app is functionality delay. Clicking on something–like making a note–has tremendous lag. This also applies to checking blood sugars, it takes a moment to load. Honestly, though, Libre is the best. It's nade a huge difference in my life. I only wish they would (ahem) fix it.

This technology is incredible. That's really all I can say. I did notice there is some nuance to getting the Bluetooth working because you have to grant the app full battery permissions, notifications, etc. But it's completely worth the extra 2 minutes to figure that out. The sensor is slim. The application is painless. The app is great. An enhancement request would be to see a numeric value for a given time and day, or do a CSV export. Again, amazing technology. Beats finger pokes!
