This is NOT the glucose tracking app. It is a SURVEY app only for use with pediatric (children) patients using a freestyle Libre device. You need a study invitation code from your child's doctor in order to login. The actual monitoring app is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID PHONES older than about 2 years. So You might not see it on the Play Store at all. Such as my Moto G7 Stylus model.

Doesn't even deserve a star..they upgraded their app so only works on certain phones...mine was working great ..over 2 months until I found out today about the newapp..a total waste

This app doesn't work. Won't let u make an account. Won't read numbers or anything. Now I have to get another device bc haven't been able to get my numbers in 2 days. I hate having Diabetes. Pisses me off this damn app sucks donkeys..

Loaded this app thinking it was the official app while in my doctor's office. Even he thought it was the official app. My phone is incompatible, so now I have an unused sample meter and a prescription I need to cancel.

Unable to use the app. I'm not able to download app for use. Now I have to get a reader. Also I have had several defective devices from Libre.

The app will no longer load for me. I am considering action on this. This is affecting my health and I paid a lot for the stick ons. It used to work but now I can't download the app after it went away. Please help me

I downloaded this app because I thought it would give me a reader to read the stupid sensors that the doctor prescribes me and what do I get it's some pediatric study bull that I didn't sign up for I'd like to get a reader for these centers can you tell me where to go pleasethat is to get a reader app for these sensorsfor the freestyle Libre 2 sensors

This freestyle libre to app is not compatible with the phone that I have it should be because you have every other Motorola Android phone except the Motorola g pure I enjoy my sensor and now I cannot use your product and I really would love to have my phone to be connected with my sensor freestyle libre to censor and app for me was great up until I just changed my phone 😔

Unable to use app as it doesn't recognize my email and password. This is very disappointing as it would save time if app was available.

It is not working as far as it goes its a waste of time it wont work on my android phone i already use my phone for my hearing aids will that interfere in them and it is trying to use a old email and phone number in gogle that dont work no more and i dont have those phones or pass words so this is useless

The name of this tricked me into thinking it was the app for reading the libre 2, so I thought I didn't need a reader. Turned out my phone can't access the real app. Extremely annoying!

This phone and App is the Worst!!! My reader quit working and insurance will not pay for another one for 5 years. This App was going to be a wonderful tool for me and it doesn't even work! I don't know which is worse the phone or the app.

The freestyle libre 2 isn't compatible with the moto g stylus and I wish you guys would add that so I can use my libre because I have no other way to check my sugar. My doctor won't give me a regular glucose tester only the libre2 is what they will give me.. I had to send back the reader for the libre2 because it wasn't reading and never got a call back or a new reader that comes with it. Something needs to happen here I can't take my insulin because I can't check. Not happy

Works as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Small donation upon request and installation. Have donated twice $40 with unlimited access. Very easy to learn.

I've downloaded the app twice and I'm unable to use it. The app asks for your email address and password. It doesn't recognize my email address and won't allow you to create a password. This sucks 😔 I'm just going to request a new reader.

This is not the Freestyle Libre 2 program we are familiar with. That program requires your phone to have NFC connectivity. This app only appears in the Play Store on devices with NFC. Your choices are to use a phone with NFC, rely solely on the Libre 2 reader (which has no connectivity), or switch to a CGM that fully implements Bluetooth.

This app is garbage 😞, won't work on iPhone 6S+, or Motorola phone, can't log in and doesn't recognize email (even Google account!!). Now that the sensor is stuck on I can do anything with it 😡😲🤔!!
