If it works, it's great. the fact that it doesn't open half the time, or the fact you have to log out and log back in to get your wallet to work, or that it searches and searches for the station your at, makes it not user friendly. Update. Literally couldn't pay at three locations today due to the app sucking. Deleting it

Will update if the app actually works on my second attempt, but after five unsuccessful attempts on my first try using this app, it gave me an error saying too many attempts, try again later. Multiple times it also said I was too far away from the station while saying I was only 40' to 50' from the store - well, yes, the pump I'm at is at least 50' from the building! So back to the much simpler method - just swiping my card!

Downloaded this app because there was an offer on the sign above the fuel pump that said save 20 cents a gallon on your first fill up The app is completely broken and won't even let me connect it just goes into a constant loop of picking a pump and entering my security code so you know what I started my car up and went someplace else that doesn't lie to the customers. Don't push out a broken app you can see from all the other reviews that this app is broke and you still keep pushing it out

So, when the app asks to reverify the password upon gas purchase, it actually wanted the pin code to the device. This needs to be corrected, or re-clarified, to create less confusion with users. Otherwise, the app seems to work now.

.15¢ a gallon is not worth the pain of having to wait nearly a week for the transaction to finally complete from my bank account through DirectPay. Doesn't even put a hold on the transaction. But if I use my debit or credit card at the pump, the transaction completes instantly.

I have been unable to pay with the app the last 2 times I have tried to use it. I've logged out and logged beck in. I tried having them scan it in the gas station. Nothing works. It was great when it did work.

This app makes getting gas very simple. I have direct pay and I love the discount I receive with it. Finding a station close by is simple as well. I travel a lot for work and love the convenience of the app. I also have all my receipts in one place, which is helpful.

Unreliable, especially while traveling. Limits the number of gas purchases and rejects further purchases for 24 hours, regardless of payment method. Also has trouble finding the station where you are located. Be sure to bring a backup payment method and don't rely on the 5 cent discount when selecting a station.

We love this app and are able to have our one account on both of our phones. It's so easy to locate the nearest station (with directions) when traveling, so you gas up quickly, pay at the pump, and save money. The Fuel Forward App also keeps track of all my gas purchases so I know what I've spent, plus I can easily pay each month right through App. Don't we all love convenience and saving money? It's a simple Win! Win! This is definitely a 5-Star App.

Terrible experience! My husband uses this app and saw that it somehow authorized a second purchase of gas right after he did it a week or two ago, a charge that was three times what he usually gets! He called the app and they said they flagged it as fraud and told him to dispute it at his bank... And when he did, they sent him to collections for an uncollected charge! Total BS and now we have to fight that too.

This app USED to be really easy and great to use. Nowadays, it can't seem to agree with fuel pricing (app said fuel was $3.10/gal, sign and the pumps at the station say $3.09/gal). Kind of being petty, I know, but it's a data point. App no longer appears to apply any sort of discount, which really kind of makes a person wonder why you would use the app in the first place.

Recently there's been some kind of issue where we try to pay at the pump with the app, and it says "problem with your network" for both my phone and my husband's. We have two completely different phone service carriers, so I can't imagine that's actually the issue. Please fix it!! It's been a great app up until this problem and we can't use it if we can't pay with it!!

This app sucks. Tried to use it at 2 stations and at both stations it wasn't able to authenticate my payment methods, even I tried with Google Pay and the debit card I loaded on the app as well. Ultimately just got frustrated and paid with cash. I wanted to take advantage of the Dodger 2 for 1 ticket promo but that's out the window. Thanks for nothing Fuel Forward app 👎🏽

It was better and easier to use before the upgrade... I can be standing in front of the pump, and the app will tell me I'm anywhere between 66'-244' away, and won't let me pump until I've restarted the app several times. Eventually, it thinks I'm 64 feet or less from the phone, and counts that is okay. Why doesn't it recognize that I'm right in front of the pump?

App is not well refined. I signed up for the app, and the the reward program in the app. When signing up for the reward program, I had to enter all my info over again. To enter my birthday on Andriod, I had to shuffle through 41 years, 1 month at a time. Tried to add a CC and was told that my CC (Amex) is not supported. I haven't actually used it yet, but initial impressions are not good.

Why did I have to update to this garbage? My 76 app worked fine. This is legitimately the same app with a different name and more glitch. The boxes for filling in information don't show up, you get a blank white screen and have to tap around to find the input box. You all need to fix this asap if you are going to force current 76 app users to switch.

As a convenient way to pay for your gas at the pump . . . great! It also allows you to pay at the station in lieu of inserting a credit/debit card. Again, great! But as a means of also earning rewards (Kickbacks in my case), it's worthless! My Phillips card and Kickbacks rewards card are both loaded into the app wallet, and they are linked (I can see my KB points in the Phillips app. When using the app at the pump, however, it won't accept my valid rewards number (says it's incorrect). Customer Assistance as an intermediary to Tech Support isn't getting the problem fixed! As a retired IT person, I AM NOT IMPRESSED!

Far too glitchy and unmanaged to rely on. Too often the map identifies locations that either don't offer the option to pay on the app, or aren't actually Phillips/Conoco/76 stations any longer, or are permanently closed. If you do make it to a participating store, the app may completely fail to allow you to pay. Other times it forgets who you are altogether for no conceivable reason, or fails to recognize your credit card info, even after having entered it (and anything else) correctly.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. My 76 app worked just fine. Then I was forced to "upgrade" to this POS. Since the upgrade, I have not been able to access my cards payment info through the app. I push the login button and it goes to a blank screen. Yesterday I was trying to fuel at a 76 station and the app took several minutes to initialize. After that, it said there weren't any stations in the area. Later, about ten miles down the road, the app it showed all 76 stations including

Terrible. The interface is incredibly glitchy, when I tried to log in, I had to do "forgot password" for some reason. When I reset my password the text boxes were not visible until I tapped around the screen and selected one. When I finally got it all set up, it didn't give me the discount. Why switch to a MUCH worse and more glitchy version with a nearly identical interface?
