Hands down the best medical sim app I've ever played. Very detailed and easy to navigate. I feel like I am learning/revising a lot playing it. EDIT: You can now question some of the patients freeform and they will respond with (mostly) appropriate answers like a medical-themed ChatGPT. This feature is absolutely fantastic for practicing your patient history taking.

It is a very realistic and educational game. Love playing it.

I'm a nursing student in France, and I subscribed (annually) because I felt like it's realistic and would help in my studies. However, I got disappointed because when I go "off-script" purposefully by administering all the sedatives at once, absolutely nothing happens. Now granted, you get a bad grade, but I also need to know what happens physiologically and why it's bad (explanations). Also, some of the tests and meds don't have explanations of what they are/do. This is important for students.

I would love scenarios that cater to Critical Care Paramedics specifically with ventilator settings and ICU level patient stabilization. this app is awesome.

I don't like that if I hit the back button on my phone it exits the app. Extremely annoying!!!!

To be honest, full code medical is the best because it teaches you a lot about diagnostic patients in the emergency room. It be nice they develop more case

I clicked "all cases" and I'm not a doctor so I'm extremely confused. I'll give you credit for the possible realism tho!

Such a fun app and great way to test knowledge. Would be nice though that we have to come.up with dosages and it teaches you that.

I love this game but i wish there was a way to not have to pay and get more patients and different cases. Otherwise great game i love it!!

It's so realistic for hospital visits. I'm not a doctor. Apparently, if you use this app, you can use it as credit I'm schooling. It's a really challenging game. I like challenges.

lots of fun!! and great to learn! my only complaint is sometimes the patient will have 100%o2 sats and perfect res rates, and it will tell me my patient was in respiratory distress. very frustrating

I love how the game lets you communicate with the AI and the thing that makes it seem even better is that you can select the difficulty level and when it is on easy you can search for the name of the med whenever you can't find it and it finds it for you But the only thing I am starting to feel annoyed with is that you have to subscribe to the game but you have to pay to subscribe to play more cases and other than that I love the game

(Note: I am not in the medical field yet but I enjoy learning throughout this simulation) I think this simulation is really great, not just for those who want to learn, but for those who want to pratice more. I do think it would be nice if there were more options other than medical emergency. For example, I think it would be nice to have a simulation as a family doctor. You'd get another perspective and instead your goal would be to find the issue and prescribe the medication. Thank you!

Really cool app to get more diagnostic experience! Nothing beats in-person practice. But the AI is a great touch, and the real-time tests and interventions are really helpful. Especially with the different levels of difficulty!

BEST MEDICAL APP EVER. Where do I start! from the design to the cases precise scenario, symptoms, and findings THE STABILIZATION LIVE DIRECT FEEDBACK, the description with every choice, AND the BEST PART IS THE FEEDBACK, which helps u review everything not to mention there's a discussion with scientific reading and referencing. this is the best medical app in history it's perfect for revision and studying. well updated too, fun and easy to use.

I wish so much that there was a version of this geared towards prehospital medicine! (EMT/Paramedic work) even then, aside from the extra of doing labs and meds, it's so interesting seeing a huge improvement between when I played around with this app prior to my EMT program versus after. It's also helped to settle a lot of nerves going in to that area of work and I feel pretty good about retained knowledge from my program! The attending and debrief are extremely helpful as well!

Fun even for people who arent in the medical field (like me), thanks to features like hints and red text when a test comes back abnormal. You can change the difficulty if you are in the field though. The grading you get after each case also gives you an explanation of what you did right and wrong so you can learn the procedure.

I like this app as a platform for case studies. Although, I tried to upgrade to the pro version for additional rationals and there is a permanent error that would allow that to happen. However, the basic version works for what I need. I just wish I had the access to all those pro scenarios! It would be nice if there was similar app/version more geared toward nurses rather than playing the provider.

Best app for real world practice. This type of technology changes a lot, even if it just settles nerves without doing a pretend play and being critiqued in front of your peers. This feels just as real. Having the tabs on the side, and having an attending w options to help, only where you need, by adding a few differentials to eliminate the rest. You can consult a specialist. Super fun and Im not even a medical professional but i should have been. Its a hobby... But i could be a good dr.
