This app is pretty bad. Half the time it wont connect to the camera, or it will take over a minute to connect in strong signal areas, and set to the lowest resolution. The cloud recording is really annoying, no way to delete motion detected clips. The only solution is to always turn off the camera, but then you always have to remember to turn it on or off. Dont know why they dont have a simple delete option for individual clips. Sound quality is pretty bad too. Really let down by this app.

This is garbage. The app doesn't work. Just got the product and after setting it up and tossing one treat, it crashed and can't connect to network. I have uninstalled and installed, reset my router, tried disconnecting my phone from my wifi, basically everything suggested. I'll be returning this product. It's disappointing that they sell this when the app people don't know what they are doing. It can be that difficult, and if it is then get a grip on it before selling the thing.

It works. Most of the time. When doing most things in the app, it's terribly slow. I have a Note 9 and there's no reason, other than poor optimization within the app and it's connection to the cloud service. I wish I could automate storing videos on my own storage or locally (which the device does not support). Multiple people can view simultaneously. Alerts are generally good, but there's no way to exclude barking alerts and keep 'continuous barking' alerts. The premium service is lackluster.

The updated app does not allow you to share photos and videos. Downloaded the old version, and it works fine, but it keeps automatically updating to new version. The night vision is good if the pet is close to the camera. It would be great if app can provide flashing disco lights for the older deaf pets, which is the big reason I purchased Furbo... to monitor the senior pets.

Very slow application. Although the idea and software layout behind the Furbo is great, the actual application used to see our animals is extremely slow. It takes sometimes 10 to 15 seconds to load a cloud saved moment, and at times it won't even load. When opening the app, activities won't load at all until you close it and open it up again.

I want to be careful and differentiate issues with the app from issues with the Furbo device. - Positive: It was simple to setup my Furbo device and it's easy to connect to the camera. Treat toss requests are successful. - Negative: When initially connecting to the Furbo device via bluetooth it deleted ALL of my paired devices (Garmin devices, headsets...everything). - Device itself: The IR camera isn't the best. I have not experienced any connectivity issues. Had to buy new treats because the device can only use small, round treats. I received it as a gift and in the end think I will be happy with it but some feedback for the app developers: Fix the bug that deletes all of a customer's bluetooth devices on setup!!!

The device is fun but the connection gets lost so quickly. I'm constantly having to reconnect to the wifi. The camera will work, but if I switch to another app for a minute and come back to Furbo, I have to reconnect to the wifi, which doesn't always work. I've tried 5 times, and it's still not working. I've had this device for a while 24 hours.

This app is horribly buggy. It crashes constantly often freezing my phone to the point I need to restart it. Every time there is an update I get a new problem. Either it loses connectivity to the camera, does not alert when it should, or more recently, doesn't activate the microphone when opening the camera from an alert. The microphone works fine if I close and then reopen live stream, so it's a bug. It's all so inconsistent and unreliable I wish I'd gone with a different dog camera.

I love this app and the camera! My only couple of complaints are that is would be nice to be able to delete video clips more than one at a time and an easier way to get reconnected when the unit gets disconnected. I think I actually have that part figured out but most times I have to remove it and reload it all over again. But overall I'm very happy with the whole thing and I love I can check in on my dogs whenever I want when I'm working and getting the peace of mind that they are okay!

Install of product and app deleted my saved Bluetooth devices. Not a deal breaker but very frustrating. The app could use some work. On/Off schedule with Premium needs improvement. There's no reason that you can't turn the device schedule on/off throughout the day, for example if you leave and return multiple times regularly. Look to the Nest thermostat app for an example. With the scheduling nonsense in Furbo, you can only have the device active at one time period during a day.

This could be a very cool pet camera, but there are some big bugs to work out. The app needs lots of work. Constant freezing and lagging connection problems at normal definition with The camera being 4" from the router, so its got signal. The app also forced me to opt in to its "dog nanny" by clicking probably 10 different buttons when I just wanted to look at the live feed. It also forced me to submit a review instead of just closing the window and moving on to the feed.

Great for keeping an eye on my pup and doubles as a security camera. A few issues though. The most annoying is the app notifies me of a person moving when it's me. Obviously I know I'm in my own home. The treat thrower is very weak and hardly throws treats off the stand it is on. Lastly, you have to pay a pricey yearly subscription for access to most of the available features. I already paid $200, and they want another $70/year. I would recommend different brands that don't require subscription

Always having problems. Keeps logging me out, having trouble loading the camera, and sometimes won't save the videos/photos I take on it. Reach out to support and they do the standard, "try turning it off and on again" experience. Of course I'm not home to do that because I'm trying to use Furbo! There's a paid subscription service with cool features but no way would I ever pay for it when they can't get the basics to work. Awesome concept, giant disappointment.

Since Furbo put the Premium services behind a paywall, the updates (at least for non-paying users) have rendered the app almost unusable. The unit constantly disconnects from the wifi, even with firmware updates every couple of weeks. And I can't reset the wifi remotely, which defeats the purpose of being able to be away. Plus the dog nanny advertising (for the premium alerts) takes up a ton of screen real estate, and there's no way to opt out of seeing that ad. Really disappointed in furbo. I love the two-way sound--when the camera/connection is working--but I'd never buy a furbo again.

So far this app/hardware suck. Everytime I try to speak the connection becomes unstable and nothing comes out of the furbo except a little "beep" or "blep". Also most times I have to toss treats twice in order for it to actually work. I've tried resetting and restarting the furbo, and resetting the app. Nothing. Save your money Update: launcher works well now. However everytime I try to connect it takes a long time and when it finally does connect it freezes and asks if I have a poor connection. When I reset the furbo and connect for the first time it works well. After that, nope.

No longer works, have had this for 3 years. Camera image shows up in app, device says it streaming, but no stream shows up on the app. Can't connect message pops up. If I power cycle it works for about 2 hours, then stops. Help desk ends up telling me to pay for a subscription, since there appears to be no issue they can find. I'm more leaning towards this being done on purpose in order to force users into a subscription. Will be trashing the device and replacing it with a competitor.

Can't turn off daily diary and other forced notifications. It's so annoying and they're obviously trying to get people to interact with the app more just like Facebook started to do with their app. No one appreciates unwanted notifications and reminders to use an app when you don't want to. Really poor choice by the app developers. I might just turn off notifications altogether.

It's fine, I like thebarking alerts and treat tossing are good. The Nanny does not label activity correctly. I like that you could see and save video that's not viewed live, but a Ring camera could do that better without treats and barking. What cost 2 stars is that I cannot figure the schedule setting... No clue if you are picking the times it is monitoring/recording or when it is not. Scheduling a VCR or my pool is more intuitive.

Works pretty well for me and my cat, my only issues with it are that it doesn't always connect to the network on the first try but then it does on my second or third attempt. Also the treat dispenser throws out too many at once so I tend to just put one or two in there before I leave for work. Overall I'm having a good experience with it.

Problems on Android 14. The app has worked well in the past but not so good since I updated to Android 14. I can open the app, click on my Furbo and toss a treat. However on the camera view screen, none of the other buttons work. Examples: the camera button, video button, and menu overflow button in the upper right. Developers need to take a look
