Useful for reading the original itinerary offline. The online itinerary does not reflect itinerary changes and is rather vague. The chat requests an update to the app, but no update option for the app. The app does not auto-update either. The offline maps have never worked either.

It's "working" again. At least you can login and see your planned/past trips. Chat interface seems to have changed a bit but haven't traveled with the current version of the app yet. The chat was intermittent at best last summer during our Europe trip.

Worst app I've ever used - contains no more information about my trip that what is on the website. Does not show where I will be staying and the chat feature does not work at all. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and then couldn't even log back in.

Can't just enter my birthday. Have to literally scroll right for 5 minutes to get alllllllllll the way back to 1970. JHC do you programmers actually use the app before sending it out there? **after all that finally get to Nov 1970 and it tells me oops! Something went wrong. Unistalling this App. Shouldn't have to waste 30 minutes just to log in for the first time.

This used to be a good app but the latest version is unusable. I keep getting grey blank screens and if I do manage to log in it crashes when trying to view my itinerary. How about going back to an older version that works if you have no plans to fix this.

it often fails to open. also the itinerary is not specific to my tour at the time I am going, but it is a general itinerary which can be found on the website so isn't more tailored or season specific. I'd like more suggestions for activities in each place on the app, rather than it saying our CEO will provide details. also general timings of departures and arrivals would help to plan activities whilst at each destination.

Worst app ever. When i first installed, it doesn't work. It took weeks to constant email and call gadventure to make it work. Now it required an update, it fully crashed (tried reinstalling). It doesnt even let you send feedback. 100% failure on this app.

App loads only with 2 screens (screenshots here say it should have 5) and so I can only donate or anything else I click on sends me to GAdventures website. So something has gone wrong somewhere. Sent an e-mail but no-one answered. Tried reinstalling and setting up a new account to no avail. Veeeery frustrating as I'd like to see my trip!

the app is good if your as keen as me to keep on eye on the day countdown, checklist, accommodation locations and the rest of your itinerary but sadly after downloading a map for offline use, the app crashes straight after trying to open the map which is annoying. which is why I have given it 3 stars because this is something I'd love when I go.

I'm really upset because I booked a tour through G adventures.. but the app doesn't work at all. I can't view my vouchers or trips, which I would like so I could utilize the group chats AND follow the maps and itinerary both online and offline. I've emailed them a few times about it but it doesn't get fixed ☹️

Value-less app. Useful content doesn't appear when off line. Having said that, there's barely any useful content in it. Why not put much more detail about the tour in here, with links to points of interest, links to useful tips, transport times, key points etc. As it is, there's info on the original sheet we were given at booking, a bit in the app, the odd update - it's all over the place and makes this app worthless as is.

It's ok (S9 & previous Samsungs) & a simple way to see the details of your trip. More personalisation would be great eg topup your payments & add nights/extras (would also be useful on webpage), more details about add ons, company used, prices, duration etc. Chat is USELESS - won't even load, let alone allow chat. Glitches and login issues seem to happen with every update. I have to login regularly as well, can it not just stay logged on or be fingerprint activated?

App doesn't register any of my bookings. When I click on 'missing bookings' it just goes to an email link with no instructions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It is ridiculously difficult to input a date of birth if you're over 18 years old and what are the two letter codes supposed top mean when requested to 'select a country'?

This app is terrible. It has a lot of potential but is slow, doesn't load, and is downright unusable.

Previously worked well, now defunct. Have travelled a lot with G and always found the app very useful. Now, however, logging into the app just shows a purple banner with a completely blank white screen. Have reset password, uninstalled and reinstalled app a number of times but no difference. Might as well not have the app for all the use it is.

4/2025- Always a new bug every update. Now I can't even log in. When it works, it's great. But most of the time, the app has a hard time loading anything.

This app doesn't work on Android at all. You have to force stop and restart to log in, and even then it doesn't show my tour. There's no option to manually add a booking reference if the tour isn't there. The button to leave feedback doesn't even work, you can't add new lines in the feedback box and then the "leave feedback" button shares text instead of sending feedback.

Multiple attempts to log in resulted in variable responses. Sometimes blank , sometimes logging . Not able to get any details of the tour booked. Also not able to upload our details. Hope it is a temporary glitch and is solved early . Not able to use the app at all as my trip is just three days away . Disappointing thought as I expected better from a travel agency associated with the reputed National Geographic .

I cannot log into the app since I installed it. I keep resetting the password and when I go back after I reset it tells me the password is wrong. There is an option to get a link emailed if I'm having trouble but I never receive the link! The only way to check stuff about my trip is on a desktop. It's 2021 fix it and get it together!
