I really battled with the transfer because its just got credit card and not bank card also there should be a option of gift card to be sent and a place to put the email in .I've still not found it and I've been looking.

G2A was a great place for me to buy good games at a cheaper price like god of war with my payment option but as soon as I try to buy another with same payment it doesn't work and my g2a account gets banned with the added bonus of my payment option being restricted from me due to it. so yeah g2a sucks

The G2A experience has always been great. However, the filtering system in the app doesn't seem to work, I apply the filters but im still shown all the products from the main search.

Appalling I bought a product expecting a Key for the game. However, I was sent an account with the game on it instead. This is clearly against Microsofts TOS. It is ridiculous that G2A endorsed this kind of transaction that puts it's customers security at risk. Update: After starting an initial conversation, G2A proceeded to ghost me and will not reply to any questions. Terrible customer service. Their sale tactics seem very predatory to this user.

Not satisfied with G2A gaming anymore. Use to get a steam key now you have to ctreate a second steam account and have to use family sharing, so if u restart youre pc u have to lock out of youre steam account go to another steam account activate family sharing go back to your original accoun before you can play a game ,it is not user friendly .more passwords more email acvounts not worth it.

I'm undecided about G2A. I would definitely not recommend the purchase of any of the random key bundles. I purchased one and got codes for 5 random games.. about 9 months later Steam deactivated them due to issues with their original payment methods. They were all terrible games anyway so I wasn't too upset...

Honestly it just seems dodgey. 1 issue: sign in page needs to be translated. That alone is a red flag. 2 issue: Couldn't link my Facebook or create and account even though I tried different emails. Says they offline. Which is not good,especially if anything goes wrong and you need to report it. I justbremoved the app,I'll stick to CDKEYS.

Can't even sign in, when I click forget password the email doesn't come even when I click to get it again and now I have my account blocked for 5 minutes. Promo codes don't even work when I use them. I think this is the one of the worst sites to buy games I've used. The only plus is the good discounts on games that's all.

Worst scamming platform for codes since there is no guarantee that you wouldn't be scammed like I did. I've purchased Xbox Game Pass 1 month code and it worked, BUT some bt/ee scam is now connected with my account wich means someone is constantly getting money every month from you and you can't cancel it, Microsoft can't help you to cancel it, you can't get subscription again, g2a support not helping, bt/ee support can't help and guy who sold it not responding. So people are now stuck with this

So far, all of my purchases on this app have gone smoothly without any dead codes. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for some steam games for cheap, like Balan Wonderworld👌 Updated down to a 3 cause I just encountered an issue where one of the contents in the cart changed, but got deleted automatically, but now, the site thinks I still have the item in kart, and need to delete it, so I'm now unable to purchase anything from within the app. Please resolve the issue.

Literally useless now. I used to use this app and its site all the time, as it's a lifesaver for any fan of a game with expansion packs. The price differences are staggering, and delivery is quick and I'm yet to receive a used code. Now, every time I go to purchase something, it sends me back to my cart saying "Something in your cart has changed, please review your cart."... But nothing in it changed! What's the point of a shopping app that won't let you buy anything?

I have not purchased anything just because I feel like the items need more clarity. I own both the PS4 and the Xbox. items for the PS4 are clear but for the xbox it does say an item is for Xbox One and say Xbox Live but throw a curve ball when the add specs for pc at the bottom. I fully understand that playing on pc through Microsoft Windows 10 is a factor but think it needs to be a separate. At least a comment section or FAQ section on items so you can verify

Great app (I guess, I'm not one to delve into the details) it saves time searching, since you need only open the app and search for your game, rather than navigate your browser and deal with any blunders you may have encountered and get to the website which is essentially the same as the app just with more clutter. Basically it just saves time, and that's all I care about.

Amazing. Just, amazing. You want a cheap game from steam that's usually 80+ dollar's? Come here. This is practically games sold by people for people, and it's brilliant. Now, I haven't used the random keys because I'm not too big into gambling and it's a bit sketch for me, but other than that, I've got tons of games from here (AAA+ games) for as low as $10. It's amazing. However, sometimes you may find the usual extremely overpriced game (considering it's set by people), but its still great.

I'm glad I can find such good deals on games but I wish there was a way to somehow favorite a game that may not have what you're looking for. For example, I've been WAITING for a steam key for TSPUD to come out but I have to look it up. There's no button to favorite it or get a reminder sent to me if a steam key ever becomes available for that game. I also wish that they would restock steam keys more often since I've been waiting weeks for one to come out for TSPUD

The first few purchases with the subscription went through without any issues. Recently, the website stopped adding items to the cart if I was logged into my account, which blows the point of subscribing. I tried recommended fixes. I've cleared the cache in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on my computer and tried private browsing on my pc. Only have Chrome on my phone. Attempted to use the app. Never was able to log in. For the last week, it brings up a maintenance AFK notice, Mom's in the room.

After using the website for the past year-and-a-half I only just discovered the app, and it's by far superior to the site. Although it's not perfect, the UI is much smoother, transactions are a breeze, and choosing which seller to purchase from is made simpler as well. On the website recently I've faced the same issue repeatedly, I'll add an item to my cart and when I select "continue payment" I get an infitine loading symbol, but it never loads, yet the app works just fine.

Everything is perfect. I like the whole setup and very easy to use. I only have 1 problem, and that's the random keys people are selling. I bought 1 key just to try it out and got a game that was way under price then what I paid for the key. First and last time I'm ever buying a random key. I'm not trying to get disrespectfully scammed again with that garbage. Other than that, if you want a specific game at a lower price, this is the place to get it! (Just avoid random keys)

Can't even sign in. Continue with email recommends to use Chrome, but doesn't even attempt to redirect to default browser. After enabling Chrome it still gets stuck in processing. And the venmo option doesnt actually redurect to venmo, instead it's another site. G2A in general is not a very robust site, the app is no exception. Payments have always been an issue. At least the discounts are great.
