I can't use the app as it says the current version of this app is no longer supported. When I click on the 'update now' button, it's taking me to Google store but the app cannot be updated. Mind you, I uninstalled the app and cleared cache but nothing has helped.

Forcing me to update but it won't update. Uninstalled, reinstalled but it's stuck in a loop. Can't use the app at all. Lost a stamp today. Don't know if I've also lost 3 rewards because I can't access the app beyond the 'update now' page.

I have been to Gail's in Brighton twice since installing the ap. It hasn't worked either time. Today it simply loaded a blank white page. I borrowed my partner's phone. It at least opened but then froze and couldn't process our free drink. Incredibly frustrating for both customers and your staff whose life has been made more difficult by an ap that simply doesn't work.

this app is clunky, sometimes it works sometimes not. Not being into technology I preferred the card stamping method of the loyalty card. I also think that although from an information gathering perspective it suits Gail's to go 'online' it does slow down the payment process, lining up the phone etc. usually takes a few goes and fiddlings at the till. meanwhile coffee getting cold and queue mounting. This will impact on turnaround time, staff engagement from selling and customer service?

I stood outside the shop, in the rain, installing the app... set up an account. They even wanted my date of birth - to buy bread!! (I gave fake of course.) Bought 2 loaves of bread and some pastries. Now I can't log in because it's forgotten me. What a load of rubbish. Bring back the stamped cards. I do not need an app for bread. Total.waste of time and what's worse we the customers paid for the app's development.

I regularly pick up a coffee and sometimes a cake and have not experienced any real problem. Sometimes the touch reader doesn't respond easily, but the friendly staff are always on hand to help. Very happy to date.

It has literally one job! The app continually fails to record purchases. The tedium of having to send photos of receipts to Gail's customer service, who really could not care less, is just not worth the effort.

Couldn't collect the points. I used to love Gail's for their loyalty program and collecting paper stamps was easy and hassle free. Now, I was told by Gail's employee to download the app - and once I finally did and asked him for a stamp - he saip oops you can only get a stamp BEFORE you pay but you paid already!? So I paid and didn't get a stamp, I feel like I will be going to other cafes in the area that offer better loyalty programs, and where you get points for the purchase.

It absolutely terrible and never opens in the shop( Dulwich village) the only way of collecting points is by taking a screenshot before leaving the house. Please review your WiFi and app , I'm not the only one who is very frustrated by it. Thank you

Behaves very badly when there is even slightly shaky Internet, making it difficult to use. Often, the qr code is unavailable and won't load - making it difficult to use the app. Also quite slow, and sometimes information goes missing. E.g. today I can't see how many stamps I have collected. It's pretty clear Vita Mojo has let down Gail's and it's customers.

Absolutely dreadful. You scan the app hoping to get your stamp, it doesn't come in. You ask the staff why and he tells you "don't worry you need to wait a few minutes" and it eventually never comes. There is no point to design an app if it main purpose (collecting stamps) doesn't work 10% of the time (this has happened to me twice)

Pressing the back button closes the app instead of going back to the previous screen, bad UX!

An absolute nightmare in use, if you can get as far as that. It crashes or freezes regularly. It fails to work more times than it works and when it doesn't, holds up following customers. My latest gripe concerns editing contact details. Go into Account and you can't change your email address or anything much in fact. I thought by now they would have sorted out all the problems which have existed since the App was launched. The old stamped cards worked, enabling other customers to get served.

Great breads and good service. For a commercial chain it is surprisingly good.

After registering I scanned the QR code at the store and... nothing! I don't get any stamps! I bought a coffee in Tuesday and coffee and croissant on Thursday and after scanning the app... still nothing. So my question is: what's the point of this app?

Can't consistently use it since my local has terrible Internet, even near the door. I managed to use the reward by running back and forth from the door, but apparently scanning the reward didn't get me points for the rest of my purchases. Also, I thought it was neat they had the offline function - except IT DIDN'T WORK. The offline card kept retrying which meant I couldn't do anything. Most of the time the app was just in an empty loading screen.

Tried to pre-order same-day pick-up (Saturday 18th May around 09:30) three times. All three times the payment failed (I checked the card details each time). That wouldn't be a big issue (sometimes the payment systems go down), but each time I needed to start my order from scratch! Keeping the basket status in memory, especially when user is signed in, is like the bare minimum of UX these days.
