Are my hidden files stored online?
No. Your files are stored only on your device, so please make sure to backup all your hidden files before transfering to new device or factory reset.
What can I do if I fail to launch GalleryVault from Dialer?
Sometimes, in some devices, after Gallery Vault is killed by system or other apps, or after device restarted, Gallery Vault may not be able to respond to dial event. In that case, you can try one of the following method:
1. Use your device build-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv .
2. Tap the "Manage Space" button in System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault)
What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mail box), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.
If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:
1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page.
If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button in System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).
2. Try to unlock and fail for 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.
3. Tap "Forgot" button and tap "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

It Is asking for full control for your device now . Full permission to your storage and everything. I bought the key . It looks like they are doing it knowingly. When I bought your services I had different contract can you now give me refund as you changed conditions without my consent.

Go to last restore point on your device, prior to Sept 30 2019. The app will be reintlstalled to your phone. You can then choose to transfer data out of app since it is no longer a reliable source

Um, 2 years wasted with premium account all due to bc google play store detected malware and forced me to uninstall to make my device safe from it. Any ideas what caused to do that? Edit: thank you for the reply, it's a relief to know you guys are working on it and letting us consumer know what's going on. Keep making it better! Edit: its all good!!

Great App, but I think my files are corrupt. Old video's aren't playing and photos are blurry. I have the pro key also. How can i fix this? I would rate if a solid 5 stars for this.

Updated: 5 Years on since I first installed the app. Still very easy to understand and simple to use; straightforward. Effectively does what it claims to do and even some customizations became available with updates. The best and most trustworthy app I use and will recommend.

Just upgraded to the pro version, wanted it since I was using the free version, the extra options just make it complete. Ssshhh photos are safe with this app! Love it Update in 2020, still love the app and the improvements are top notch. Can't suggest this app enough!

Love this app since I bought it in 2016. May I suggest though that a sort option be added (not just in sub-folders). Currently there is only the option to manually sort, but it would be great if there could be automatic sorting (e.g. by name, date etc).

This is a great app, but one thing is really annoying. I can't export the content, one, many or all, to the file system. So once you save things here, it's hard to get it out again. Is there a workaround? (Edit: i reviewed this 2+ years ago and still no workaround. That's bad!)

I have used this app for several years now with no issues. Out of the blue, Play Protect has flagged it as harmful by saying that it "tries to attack other mobile and computer systems". Any information about this would be appreciated.

Works good for pix and vids. Would have liked to see it protect other files. Alot of work related notes jotted down that would be great if it could be protected.The option is there for files other than pix and vids but doesn't really work.

Great app. Does exactly as advertised very well and gets frequent updates that make it even better. Very easy to use and understand as well while also providing a wide range of very useful features

Useless by now. There is no encryption, just obfuscation. Also when using hidden mode you can long-press, then get prompted for the PIN, then hit the Home button and you're in. No PIN necessary. By now this app is little more than a fake protective layer against prying eyes.

A very good app to secure your photos. They should however add a feature to sort your folders by name or date created. Please add option to search for folders . How hard is that but it's been over a year and no update on that by the developer.

Morons, stop down rating, a lot of apps have this same sdk dos issue, it's what happens when you use 3rd party add delivery services, every app I have had with this issue was fixed by the developers. Settle down and have patience. Google should explain the issues better, instead they cause panic like every modern group. Useless.

Worth every cent. The fact it uploads to Google drive is enough. But it wins in almost every aspect compared to the competition (Keep Safe and others I've used). All its missing is a bit more theme freedom. Like a dark theme instead of just white and choice of accent color.

Up until last update it's been excellent.. now when sliding finger to seek during video playback, the video does not fast forward, it jumps straight to where you stop finger as if you were streaming online even tho the video is local to device.. also loading app is glitchy now which was never an issue before. I have rated this app 5stars in the past. Shame i can't now

Really super Cool features. Giving 5 stars, but would still love to be able to sort the folders I create, and would love to set a default icon from the pics in the folders created.... Awesome App !! Update 11/2018... All is working as though my thoughts mattered... Thank you guys @ GalleryVault !!! Perfect app...

I've been using this app for.... Hell, I done even remember! At least 7 years? Wow. It's been a while I guess. Anyway, this app is amazing!!! Has always been, and I'm sure will always be. This is my 2nd phone/3rd device I've had the app on, my photos and videos stay hidden yet easily accessible. Gallery vault has stood the test of time and excelled. Worth every cent! And to top it off, idk the price now, but I think I only paid $5 for this or less! Guys, seriously. Thank you for the amazing app

Bought this a long time ago and it functions as intended, without error that I can remember. However, even though I purchased the pro key (keep in mind this was a long time ago) and logged in with the pro key, i still get ads. a lot of them. I was under the impression if I bought the pro there would not be ads.

Downgrading to two stars. Every time they "improve" the product it becomes harder to use and less secure. Improvement to the developers means more clicks to get to the result that you wanted and had before the "improvement. Encryption is childish and not encryption at all. Just s imple hiding of extensions instead of secure encryption like AES.
