I find this app truly amazing 👌. It has made transactions much easier, quicker, and more accurate than the previous version. Now, I can even make transactions without having to use an OTP code but also secured, which is a game changer for someone like me who lives outside the country. Thank you, GCB 👍

Very annoying app that would never open if your phone is on developer mode or any good mode you like yourself. You can even do anything valuable with it that is different from the ussd service.Nonsense

I have been trying to install the GCB Mobile app on my phone for some time now but any time I download the app it can't open/install this is what they say "you are denied to use this app based on one of these reasons"1.No active sim in your device 2.remove software restriction 3.you are developer but I have work and check all of the above problems but still. I don't know if my device doesn't support the app I am using s23 ultra.

I think you deserve a 5 star. At first, I couldn't login after registration and I contacted customer service and my problem was solved. I now have full access to the services this app offers to GCB customers. It is a great improvement from the previous one. However, if you could include one service which customers find it difficult to access at the branch. That is overdraft. It will help a lot. Thanks

I have installed this app many time in different occasions thinking that the error am facing might be on update of the app. Registering have never be a success. All the different methods provided to register doesn't work for me. Even though accurate data have been provided. This is very frustrating. Have been doing this for months. I visited a nearer branch and nothing could be done. GCB WHY.

I just downloaded the app for the first time however my effort to register and open an account has been quite frustrating for the past one hour because the OTP code that needs to be generated and sent into my inbox in other to complete the registration process is not working. I need an official from the bank to assist me or else I'll uninstall the app. Thank you

Such a terrible software. after going through all the tedious steps in the name of security only to end up not even being able to login, despite providing all the necessary credentials. Nothing of GCB works. you Mobile money transfer platform doesn't also work. Online assistance is also a great mess. Show me one thing that works with GCB. I regret banking with you every day. This all must be scrapped off Google play.

The app is a great improvement on the earlier version. It has a nice interface with an enhanced security features. But I don't know why you can't take screenshot on the application and also you can't copy and paste account number. It's such an annoying feature to type account number manually. It must be improved.

The app is a bold step. Kudos to the institution and the developers. But it needs to be fixed. I won't recommend it to anyone just yet. From the get go, you receive an Error for Device Compatibility, No SIM Card & Routed Device. This is already a frustration to the user and wouldn't want to make financial decisions in an unstable mobile app. For a reputable and most patronised financial institution like GCB, these errors should be fully fixed and tested before released to the public.

This has to be one of the best banking apps out there to be very honest. For long, I've waited for an all-inclusive, easy to navigate interface with lots of menus to choose from, and finally, it's here. To think it's just Version 1.0.0, I can't wait for future updates. I'm genuinely impressed. Kudos to the team. You've outdone yourselves.

Amazing. Just opened an account and transferred money into it. Let's look at the updates. Unfortunately you can't just pick contacts you'll like to transfer to from the phone book. You can't even copy and paste. What is the security threat if you did the above or take a screen shot?

Great app in the making. It's taking the banking experience to an enviable level. A couple of issues need immediate attention, however. 1. Without any provocations, the app has refused me access into my account. The 3 possible reasons provided are neither here nor there. 2. The 2nd issue has to do with charges that come with using the app. This is so not fair and so unconventional. DECOUPLE the app, which is solely ran on personal cellular data, from all those billed services you provide.

I am no longer able to transfer from wallet to bank. I always get an error message. And colleagues I know using thr app also complain of the same thing so it seems it's system wide. Please fix it for us. Also, there's too much buffering in the app. Can something be done about it?

I have personally experienced the power of this new update. Everything is seamless and actions are smooth especially with the Biometric login and other convenient conditions. However, I currently have an issue where I'm unable to open the accounts on the app recently. Now, there's a message saying "settings error, disable rooting or developer options", etc etc... It's quite exasperating that I can't use the app at all.. Please do fix this. My phone is not rooted and developer options are a off.

It's becoming so annoying and frustrating , since 15th May I've not been able to transfer money from my account to my wallet, anytime I reach out to your customer service,all they do is request for my account number yet the issue remains unresolved. Ever since I started using the mobile app I've been encountering one problem to the other. I'm sorry if this isn't resolved I'll have no choice than to close my account with you. It's becoming too much.

Very powerful app. The features are smooth. One issue I have seen that needs to be fixed is that, there is issuing of access denied error, which prevent users from using the app. Thank you.

This app is annoying. I have to restart my phone frequently to keep the app active. Always telling me: "The access to this app is denied" Meanwhile my developer's option is not enabled nor rooted or jailbroken so what exactly is the root cause of this issue. This issue is stressful and annoying as well because I have to restart the device when ever this issue arises and wait for almost ten minutes for my device to boot up before I can access the app again. This issue needs to be addressed

This new GCB app has left quite an impression on me. I've been thoroughly impressed with its range of features and overall user experience. Finding what I need is quick and effortless. Performance-wise, the app is a speed demon. Tasks that used to take minutes on the previous version are now completed in mere seconds. It's fast, secure, user-friendly, and packed with features that make managing my finances a breeze. Kudos to GCB for this impressive upgrade!

It's a nice and easy app to use , I think a few things can be improved, like the FAQ section, it should have information amount transactions, transaction limits for instant accounts , if it supports international remittance (receiving) or not, virtual card notification works great but instant account notification isnt that good because I always have to go to the app to see if the money sent has reflected.
