New ui is good but backend coding is like newbie. While using playback, connect get disconnect randomly and playback start from beginning, it should start again from selected time not from start. Due to this problem, playback become totally useless. Playback is essential and you should try it under all circumstances and situations like slow network, disconnection and other Please fix playback as it becomes totally useless and we need it badly.

The new UI is much better. No need to select the channels everytime. There is a default page option to select the default view on opening the app for example to show the live camera stream directly on opening the app. And it has become faster as well. I also got many customisations in streaming. Like HD/SD quality settings on each camera stream. Just need a dark mode.

New update of this app doesn't have fast forward option for motion detected videos. Also, many times motion is not detected, although our apartment is perfectly quiet. Your cameras betray many time !! It doesn't detects childrens playing just below the camera. If you've made an app, kindly update it time to time and consider good options instead of just making it good looking.

Playback operation is worst, most of time if try to reach to desired time footage , every time need to slide to desired time but it skips to beginning itself. Better , provide time filter to get exact time footage. Nothing get special in this app comparing with old app , except new and difficult interface only. SIMPLY NOT GOOD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WHO RELY SECURITY ON CCTV MONITORING. We are getting daily many calls to teach and configure for many clients

The system interference is change which looks good but the update is very worst you cannot view the playback video of today and you cannot set the time from which you have to or have to end the video. Don't know why they remove this features because these features were present before the update. kindly request to bring this features back.

After the update there are few issues I am facing 1)If I zoom in and then move the slider to change the time it automatically zooms out but it didn't zoom out in the old version. 2)Also it's difficult to move the slider to change time now even though now I can directly click playback for the day, I easily can't navigate through the slider, old version wasuch better. Hope you solve these issues, then I will change the rating

I don't know why was the app interface changed? And even if it was why was there no walkthrough. For the past 24hrs i am not able to watch live playback because now it first has to load till 100% and then play, which ik happened before also, but I am not able to see my live playback. We have checked everything, everything! Also no option for hd live either which was there before. Totally disappointed.

The new June udate has degraded the user experience. The navigation functionality in Playback is poor. The slider malfunctions many times and the loading percentage animation is just eyecandy it seems and not useful. The older version was even though lacking in motion detection but was still better than this new updated version. What is the use of so wide Alarm bar when most users don't even use that function?😕 Kindly conduct a user survey for consumer satisfaction.

After moving to the new app, only local devices are able to be added. Remote devices are not showing up. All the favorites are gone. You have to start over again afresh by adding the cameras one by one. Before releasing this supposedly stable version in a rush, thorough beta testing could have been done. This new app is a menace for most of the users.

Update: on the recent update, you've removed the fast forward capabilities on the playback mode which is very bad. Now, play back is very difficult as it requires manually move the video or wait till the video plays fully. Update should be user friendly and not the removing useful feature. Please provide back the fast forward option again.

The new UI is a downgrade. You guys completely removed the function to filter video playback by time. It's so cumbersome to silde all the way to the required time period while waiting for the video stream to load simultaneously. Kindly roll back to the previous UI or restore these features so that the app is somewhat usable.

Half cooked update. Most of the functions are broken. When viewing the motion detection notification the screen gets stuck with loading symbol and you can't you any function and you need to kill the app. Devs: Please restore the option to increase the video speed while playing motion detection videos. It was available earlier. 2nd: duration is removed while using playback. Only date option is now available. We need to able to select the timeframe to view the recordings.

New update is good. But need to fix multiple things like the screen size has been reduced a lot; when viewing multiple cams the objects aren't identified clearly and have to make it full screen always to be visible. That's absurd. And 2nd dark mode it is needed. Also appreciate the good thing that back dated saved camera records can be visible and seen anytime and not only last 30mins. That's great. Make the tabs adjustable according to camera that can clearly show the objects.

Rollback playback to older version. That was quiet easy. Now it's difficult. Last one hour playback which was good but now it's playing from 12am. Also the live view was good previously but now the alarm message occupies half the screen space which is of no use(for me atleast). Full app display of live view was good way back. Rest the UI changes are good

Guys why have you pushed an update to the app. The previous version was much more simpler , the UI was simple. In the current version facing lots of connection failed problem. There is no custom filter for playback by time , it's showing playback for the entire day or from the date we chose till current period. Can't filter it out with time. When you do any update please keep in mind the usage by elder people, those who are dependent on it, try to keep it simple.

We have enjoyed gCMOB up until now, but the recent update has killed the fun. The actual screen size is so small so much space is wasted on the viewing page and it's got some technical glitch as well. Not at all user friendly. I would request if we can return back to the previous version.... Please return to the earlier display size, and do away with this loading cursor. Just simplify the look.

Update: There's no option to quickly playback/rewind Channel for 30sec. I understand the UI needs to be improved to adapt to high-resolution devices, but you have just ruined your app. The functionality has become so much more complicated. Earlier, when the device was working on WLAN, the streaming was super fast. Now I have to wait for the stream to load for no reason. In the previous version, it was working seamlessly.

Frequently fails. Can't depend on it. A security camera has one job that is showing me the view of the camera during emergency and it fails at that. It loads till 29% and then shows error. There's no network issue. Edit: Added the same camera as a second set and it worked. But now all the photos saved are missing. This is ridiculous. Cannot even playback videos. I go to a timestamp, the camera loads then it goes back to 0:00. Also scrolling through the timeline is impossible. Unresponsive devs!

The experience with the recent update has been so woeful, that after many years in using this app, I've been forced to now use a competitors. It's impossible to forward / rewind to a specific time without jumping too far ahead / back. This never used to be an issue with previous versions. I'm perplexed in how the dev team agreed to sign this off in its current state. It's not a phone issue either, as I experience it on my Android device, and my wife on her IOS device.

New version of Cp Plus playback is not working properly. Video is getting disconnected very frequently while playing the playback. Also, video is keep going to 00:00 hours most of the times while trying to select the time for playback. Usage of Playback has become tedious task in the new version of Cp plus. There is no option to select the time frame for playback. To select the time using dragger, we have to wait till all the video is loaded and video keep disconnects frequently.
