This app is unable to finish my verification after downloading it, and is not working yet, it's telling me to complete verification which have been trying to do but that last verification is not working what's going on

Virtual card details not showing. My intent was to use the virtual "dollar" card for some online transactions and up till this moment, I have not been able to view the details of the card, after paying $1 for the card and topping it up with $2. How am I supposed to use the card if you don't show me the details of the card.

The main reason I use the app is not working. Whenever I want to fund my card, I must login to the web version to do that, because this app crashes every time I try to fund on the mobil app. Device is Samsung A54, running android 14, one ui 6.1. My ranest tag is leonardosahon

Fast as Lightening. However, I'll appreciate it if there's an option that enables you to hide your balance when you log in. Instead of having your account balance pop up on the screen.

What the hell is wrong with your annoying app. I have funded my dollar card and I cannot add it as a Payment method on the Google Play Store. I receive an email stating CVV of my card entered was wrong after using the right CVV multiple times. Now I cannot pay for a subscription that is very important to me now... 😡😡😡 How do I share my tag on a public platform like this? I Cannot even chat with a human on your app. Very Annoying and unprofessional...

I have no words to describe this App, it's just the best.. Before finding about this app, I found it difficult to get my payment as a Freelancer from Abroad. But Geegpay made it Easy.. Please you guys should not Change tomorrow and start adding unnecessary Fees.. I even had to recommend this app to my Friend and he himself is Enjoying the App.. Best Payment app in the world 🥰

so far not bad. I'll suggest if you can have an option for client to fund the invoice with their cards. This will be much better as most people are skeptical about wire transfer charges.

Edit: The dollar card is here and it's amazing! Yayy Geegpay! - I've been using Geegpay for almost two years now. And they have been amazing! The customer care is great and so are the rates. The only down side is the dollar card. I wish it was more stable and I hope they fix that soon. That aside, Geegpay really is great!

Worst financial app ever seen. 1. Requires $3 instead of $1 to create a virtual dollar card. 2. I can not access view details of virtual dollar card, neither from the app nor website (SCAM SCHEME FOR DOLLAR CARD). 3. It lumps up $5 for conversion (either $3 for card creation and $2 card balance or a total of $5 before it can convert to Naira thereby sucking your little finance unusable. Reanest tag: Andy4good

The 2.0 version is sleek but simplicity has be removed with that upgrade. Plus the extra charges are exorbitant. Like the fee for funding your virtual card.

I warned everyone trying to sign up in this app to resist from doing so. I have summited all requested requirements for an account verification, including my passport, ID card, etc. but finally, my account was suspended for no good reason... I have contacted them to know why but they can't give me a good reason.. I warned... this scammers are stealing people information. Don't summit your personal information there... I warn you.. my money got disappeared from my account with no trace.

it's a good app and their exchange rate is great but the amount they charge is too much and there's no specific amount written that will charge for each deposit. They took out almost $8 fee for deposit and I think it's outrageous.

This app is the best. While it has bugs that makes me go to the site section from time to time to complete my transactions, without it, I wouldn't have been able to get my dollar payment. But try and fix the bugs pls.... As of currently the bugs have been fixed, nice apps, I always recommend geegpay as first choice to all those who needs it but haven't heard of it... Nice

Not bad at all but there has been a few changes after the update that I'm not really vibing with. I can't see their conversion rates anymore and some important options are gone. It's scary because I might not be able to use it for work anymore

The New 2.0 update is cool but I think it's having some technical issues... for Example I can't view my card Details and my Account Details... the interface or page for that doesn't seem to be working. others are working well... I can't create a new bank account, I can't view my current account details... like bank name, account number etc... please Work on that... Overall your Services re good

Geegpay has been wonderful so far, but the new minimalist look on the new update isn't working for me. The old version is much better aesthetically and also with accessing features, especially the rates section. The old version was much better.

The latest version 2.0 is having navigation glitch on my android. The bottom icons of Home, Cards, Invoice and Accounts is on the same frame as the regular android navigation buttons. which apparently when you wanted to click any of either cards, or account, it is the native android Back, Minimise function it is having.

Very poor app. I have submitted verification documents since over two months ago and it is still "awaiting verification" since then. I cannot make any transaction. I'm uninstalling and will ask for a retrieval of my documents.

Damn! I just love the new, sleek and minimalistic design of the app's UI, it operates smoother and faster now. Thanks for that. However, I'd like to request a bug fix - the 'Home, Cards, Invoice and Accounts" options below are kinda overlayed between my "back, home and recent apps" buttons and I'm now having a hard time using those buttons effectively. So, could you fix the bug, please? I'd appreciate it if you did! I use a Redmi 10C device. Thank you very much!
