More debt after being approved for a loan ($75). Terms were I had to spend 35 on their website store, using the loan money...after taxes and shipping, I have $16 left.( $20 minuim on their store also). Then I get a notification I need to spend $0.78 more to get the $16 in my bank account. I don't have another $20+ to buy more stuff from this site. So all in all I owe them 75 plus their monthly fee and never even got a dime, I'm $75 in the hole. Triple priced store products also.

This app completely sucks now. They're forcing people to now spend a certain amount of money to buy things in order to get an advance. Everything is super expensive, and shipping is 2 times more than what the total cost of the items are. You will start losing a lot of customers and users due to this.

I haven't been able to get the correct help I needed just keep giving me the run-around and send a screenshot when I sent the same one 10 times literally and I verified everything is 100% I'm not asking for an advance loan or earned it through playing the games and I still can't cash out not only tell me their Cash out is all flying due to them doing some integrated upgrade how convenient right can I use the money at all hey tell me you don't know when it will be done! Zero Stars!

After the initial advance which was instant. Subsequent advances takes 3-4 weeks of being on a waitlist. Other advance apps has an advance availible 1-2 days of paying off an advance. And the advances are too small. May 24, 2024 A week ago I was told, through the Gerald app, that I was approved for a $75 cash advance. Went to rhe app it said I had to spend atleast $37 and some change to receive the remainingg balane. The $75 adv dwindle to $28. 2-3 business to send the money. Now I can't log in

I keep getting told the card I'm trying to add is expired. Got an email saying I'm approved for an advance in the amount of like 14.50. Strange. It won't let me connect my card so I don't know where it's pulling it's numbers from. It's extremely glitchy and should be shut down for maintenance because I've been trying to get it to work for a few weeks. Not impressed.

The app was just ok but then they decided you have to spend money at their little online store JUST to qualify for a cash advance. Offered me a $74.40 advance. HOWEVER, $44.62 HAS to be spent in their cornerstore in order for me to get an $11 cash advance. No, I won't be buying generic things I don't want or need. Change your app to a store app if you don't want to give legitimate cash advances. I won't be using the app anymore. Uninstalling!!

I think it's important that I leave with you because it's actually 50/50 unfortunately as far as the app is concerned I have not been able to transfer my earned active cash advance by completing the task of downloading and playing the games that are available. However however the customer service response quickly I am still waiting for an engineer to turn on the transfer button so I can transfer the money earned. I can tell us a company in from reading about the company that you genuinely care

I've been using this app for a few years now and never had an issue until recently. In the past, I paid my membership fee and got $59.60 in advance, which can be a lifesaver. Now, you are required to purchase products from their online store or buy a phone plan from Cranberry to activate cash advance. I don't want anything from their online store, and I have no intention of changing my current phone plan.

Horrible app. Always has some problem and they never have an answer. If you are tight on cash, don't waste your time here. The app still doesn't work correctly. Every week, they have an issue with "instant feature" but have no problem taking your money. Starting next week you have to spend a certain amount to even get the advance. Avoide this one at all costs it doesn't help, and the customer service is completely useless.

I don't get your new gerald changes, first of all , the stuff you must order in your store to get an advance, costs 4 times what store prices are; for instance, 1 -60 Oz bottle of Ajax detergent-$10.95, taxes $1.81, shipping -$14.90, and gerald will loan me a whole $5 to purchase this, as long as I pay the other $22.66 immediately off my debit card! How can this help anyone??

please do not download this app. this app is literally a piece of sht I've been at my job for over a year, consistent direct deposits. my account is never in the negative and these cum guzzlers tell me every time that I don't qualify for an advance. there are too many apps out here to be playing with this BS app. it's garbage. it's not fully developed or correctly developed garbage, garbage, garbage. please do not use this garbage app

Here the thing I loved this app up.until their policy change which thy did give advance warning of. But now I have to pay them essentially for something I don't want. I don't need a new phone plane or any of the bs in the cornerstone. Plus after my first time doing the new policy it was fine but now I have to spend more to get the advance so I will leave the app as soon as I make that last payment.

App used to be great, but now they require you to shop at some online store to get an advance. The store is ridiculously overpriced & limited to cleaning supplies and/or toiletries. You can also choose to sign up for a cell phone plan to get an advance, but who wants to mess with that? I'm uninstalling & no longer using. Wouldn't recommend.

This app is horrible. I connect my bank and it continuously says that it isn't connected. I think it's a scam so you cannot get an advance. I advanced once, paid it back than the app told me I wasn't eligible for another advance. When I spoke to customer service they said it was be a of my paycheck. My paycheck is exactly the same every 2 weeks.

constantly says "there's an error on our side check back later" when I try to log in. also doesn't mention that you have to pay $10 to get an advance until you go to finalize it. also, triple check that you put your card info incorrectly the first time, because if you make an error and only have a single debit card linked to your account, then good luck because as far as I can tell there isn't a way to edit it.

Well, the fact that it takes forever to get set up is a negative, but I get it. Next when I connected my bank the app connected to the wrong account. So my debit card could not be verified, got in touch with support, and this drug on all day telling me to do this, and do that, send a screenshot, try this then they just disappeared. Worst experience I've had, with any type of app similar to this. Deleted my account, uninstalled app. No execution whatsoever just a dangled carrot.

COMPLETE SCAM!! Downloaded it to do cash advance. Connected to my bank account like most advance apps require, but then it mentioned direct deposit. I DO NOT want my paycheck being directed to some app I know nothing about. But there was no option to even get to the homepage of the app once I connected my bank. It just gave an error message. Contacted customer service and they were absolutely no help. So you sign up, they take your money and don't even give you the option to close your account

I just tried to apply for a small advance. It approved me for $60. Which was fine. But, then it ask to pick a plan. If I chose to pay $9.99 membership fee. I get the full benefits. If I chose NOT to pay the $9.99 fee. I can ONLY use the advance on Amazon.. And then, they want you to pay the $9.99 fee BEFORE you get the advance.. The purpose of me asking for the advance is because I ran out of funds.. This is defeating the purpose.. RIDICULOUS.. Don't waste your time..

Be very wary spending anytime on this app!!!! They say you can earn an advance by playing games. So I did, thinking it was all good. Then after a nightmare linking accounts, they say that advance can only be accessed by paying a membership fee. The fee is 10 bucks and you can earn a 5 dollar advance which they expect you to pay back... Absolutely one of the biggest ponzi scheme apps I've ever seen. If I could go 0 stars I would.

I've had the app for three months now and it's been clutch when I've needed an advance (the instant transfer never worked, so I had to wait a few days). The subscription fee was fair enough for it's conveinence. Today, however, I tried for an advance and it is suddenly demanding that I use their "buy now, pay later" to "unlock" an advance. They changed their policy with no obvious advance warning AFTER they've already taken my subscription fee for the month of May w/ no refund. Dont do it.
