can you explain to me why you need to access my photos? Agree with previous reviewer who said the permissions are arbitrary and don't really help app function. - - Edit due to response: if you 'offer the ability to change your ID photo via application' then unless someone wishes to use that function there is no need for them to offer the permission to access photos. Presently, the app cannot be used at all without it, and I do not intend to change my photo.

app has been down for almost a week edit: only fix was uninstalling and reinstalling, even though it should not have been an issue in the first place

Won't work, I downloaded, uninstalled 3 times. Can get past the "continue as employee" screen. Just blacks out.

intermittently works, sometimes the submit button isn't usable. sometimes there's no connection. sometimes the payment processing doesn't work.

The app is laggy and buggy. Different places on campus disappear and reappear often, never with an explanation as to why, or when it will return to normal. I continue to use it because my university doesn't give me an alternative. If you have other options, use them.

Keeps breaking on me and telling me a merchant is closed, but i called them and they’re definitely open. Tried to email support, but the email address is invalid. UI is just generally very clunky and it’s just a pain to use in general. It does work sometimes though.

Inconceivably inconsistent and unreliable. Often have to wait minutes for the app to load before using saved IDs. A major inconvience and frustrating. Have had issues with this app multiple times a day. There's plenty of terrible reviews mentioning the exact same issue(s), but they never seem to get fixed.

Honestly, it sucks, but it could be worse. The app looks modern, but doesn't feel modern. Button presses still take forever to actually go through and the "scan card" function takes a good 30 seconds to show up, leaving me standing awkwardly at the register waiting with my food.

The update helps. It looks a lot better as a platform. I have a glaring issue. I cannot order from places with this app as I cannot add or edit any addresses in my account. I can delete addresses, but even after reinstalling the app, I can't add any relevant ones. Hopefully this can get fixed.

This app is terrible. Unfriendly user interface, long loading screens, and constant errors. I try to just place a very simple order, and 9 times out of 10 I get continuous Error messages, meaning I can't order anything. The UI is slow, ugly, and horrible. I can't image how much effort DIDNT go into this app. -10/10 Stay away from this sad excuse of a piece of software.

For now only one star because there is no way to set up low-balance automatic payments and no mobile alerts. Time based deposits (the only option available) are worthless if you use the card on an irregular basis. Change these two features and I'll revisit my rating. Updated 9/23 - app was working but has since stopped auto reloading. Been stuck at garage gates twice in the past few weeks. Given that my original review was 7 years ago, you'd think they'd have fixed things by now.

The UI is pleasant but the app seems buggy. I had no problem with sign on thru Microsoft but uploading an ID was a challenge. If I uploaded the front picture and then tried to upload the back one, the front one disappeared. However, uploading the back picture and then the front (working right to left) worked. Also the stretched white splash screen with random black pixels....HOW did that get into production? LMFAO

Works to view balances, but annoying to use. It requires a log-in every time you open it. You can use a pin or a fingerprint scan, but it's an unnecessary inconvenience. My phone already locks, and the information in CBORD isn't something I care if others can see. An option to not require login would be nice. Upon logging in, I get a mostly empty home screen, including useless a theme-colored header taking up a third of the screen just to show me my name and email address. About a fifth of the screen is used for (the actually useful) buttons, and the rest is just empty. Why not use some of this screen space to show my account balances, so I don't have to click again to see them? The hamburger menu opens a menu which has a circled "i" button. Clicking on this opens a pop-up message that says "Hello!". Why is this extra clutter here? The deposit button from the main screen, if no credit cards are added, just pops up a message that says "Hmmm..." and some text explaining how to add cards. If no credit cards are added yet, why not just take the user directly to the add card screen? Finally, it would be nice to allow using Google Pay instead of direct credit card info entry.

Thank the developers for finding a workaround for the blue screen, not using fingerprint lets the app work normally. I would give 5 stars, though I've had a glitch where when I select a time for food pick-up, the time right before what I clicked is always chosen (ex. I click 9:30, 9:15 is selected). Other issues are definitely my school's fault, but this one seems to be on the app's end.

The app is extremely buggy, has a clunky interface, crashes, and has non-deterministic behavior. You might click on your orders, have it buffer for a while, and then nothing will happen -- not even a timeout message. Perhaps the most egregious waste of time is, after selecting your order, having to add it to your cart. This might make sense if the cart function worked, but after having tried to place multiple orders in my cart, I found that only the most recent order actually gets placed. So why does the cart function exist? It's not just bad because its broken, its bad because its broken and it's a required detour you have to make to place your order. While I'm taking the time to write this review, let me rattle off a few more things that make this app bad: - no searching, only scrolling - icons, options, and menus will sometimes disappear/turn invisible - if you lock your phone/put it to sleep, you lose all progress in placing an order - long loading screen as soon as you boot the app - long loading screen after you put in your pin - buffers for a long time after each selection - useless favorites function - scrolling for time selection is clunky - text gets cut off if a description/title is too long and is unreadable I have no choice but to use this app on my college campus, but if you can opt out of using it, or get's service generally, I would urge you to do so.

Loads slowly, crashes often. Inconvenient interface, and picky about actions. The simple appearance and design give false hope that the app will run smoothly, whereas in reality it takes a full thirty seconds of loading to tell you to pull up a selection of one(1) available options. Very unimpressed, yet here I am, since it is the only way to order food ahead on campus.

This app doesn't even work. It takes about 5-10 minutes for each page to load, at which point, if you do get through to ordering, it either crashes or pops up with an error claiming you need to check with your card provider (despite never putting in a card). Tried this on multiple devices, same issue. Simply doesn't work, not worth the storage space on your phone... EDIT 1: Finally started working somewhat, but now it shows that the businesses are *always* closed, when they clearly aren't.

App is unnecessarily slow as a result of some of the worst programming I have ever seen. It appears to download the entire webpage, including images, with every button press. Its like using a website where every button you press refreshes the tab and clears the cookies on a super slow connection. On top of that, there is an unnecessarily large amount of buttons that need to be pressed in order to actually do anything useful. Their design is on par with Google's great web designs (aweful).

Just got a new phone recently, downloaded it again so I could check my college balance. Couldn't even get past the email sign-in. Tried doing a few other things to see if I could get it to work, like uninstall and re-install, still doesn't work. I put my email, used the right passwords, it still didn't work. It worked fine before on my old phone during the fall semester, was able to just use my pin and lokk at my balance anytime. Now I can't, it's just broken.
