A very wonderful application, I used it for several trips in the Netherlands, Belgium and Cyprus, and the prices of the trips are very reasonable. Dealing with this application is very easy and saves you time and money as it shows you most of the places that you should visit and you can choose the trip is with or without a guide ,with a meal or without it. I rely on this app on all my trips because it is safe and reliable.

Book a ticket at 40, and 2 minute after the price on the same app dropped to 29. The customer service refused to refund the difference and couldn't cancel the ticket either. On a second thought, booked the first ticket online and looked up the second ticket in the app. Well it's not consistent at all.

We had booked 2 tours from GetYourGuide in Vietnam. We took one of the tours but had to cancel the other. The tour was very informative and extremely well organized. The app is also intuitive and has a wider selection of tours than other similar apps. The customer support was also prompt and helpful, unlike apps like Viator. Even the cancellation process for the tour we didn't take was very smooth. Overall, I recommend this app for the quality & range of the tours & customer support

Impossible to stay logged in. Logs in and shows my account for a millisecond before asking me to log in again. Tried multiple devices, apps, accounts, everything. Customer support said they didn't have the resources to troubleshoot it and the promo code only works on the app. Excellent way to get every email I own signed up to your service, I suppose. Easier to book directly with the tour operator.

This is a very easy app to use! We purchased 3 tours on this app and had 0 issues. We do not have internet but...you don't need it. They have the meeting point on a map that doesn't require internet. So easy to find the meeting point. We walked everywhere while in Rome so having this app to get us to the meeting point was 100% easy and helpful!

Worst experience ever. The give me a 2 hour pick up window, And they never showed up. I'm in a foreign country on vacation and time it's very valuable to be wasting it waiting and browsing for new excursions. Luckily I only booked one excursion to try out, i will never use this app and definitely not recommend it. Zero communication with the local company for the excursion and the app assistant couldn't contact them.

At first, this seemed to be a very useful app. They have access to many providers to book tickets and tours. For tours, things have worked very well. For skip-the-line tickets, the promise is just not delivered. Multiple issues with tickets not being sent in time, vouchers being sold but then you still stand in line to get the ticket, and "mistakes" where they send your information to the wrong email. When is occurs, GYG's customer service is terrible. Policy is to say no to any refund.

Super inconvenient. And not as advertised. One has to go to a meeting point to get tickets. Archaic in a time when you should have them delivered to your app. Don't use and don't patronize. Update: and when one shows up to pick up the museum passes, one is left standing at the door waiting. I don't see how get your guides can remedy this because it is the business model. For a company seeking to win on the customer service upsell, the actual customer service is appalling.

This app is amazing! My wife and I are hooked on doing tours whoever we vacation. We used this app to book multiple tours when we were in Rome, Venice, France and Austria. It is so convenient and we dont ever feel pressured to plan in advance places we want/need to see since there's probably a tour that covers all of it. Love this app. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

This is a great app! Wherever I go, I can find excursions or transfers. Their customer service is very responsive, too! I once had an excursion that shut down while we were in line because the winds made it unsafe. It was my last day; so I couldn't rebook it. They responded quickly, refunded me, and gave me a coupon for my next GYG booking!

Update 8.2.19 - the folks were quick to respond and address the issue. Will try them again due to their customer service. Review - Still need to stand in the ticket lines to redeem your tickets at the Los Angeles History Museum, where you don't have to if you buy directly from the Museum website. This isn't mentioned either on the app. Not useful for an app that's supposed to save you time.

Get Your Guide makes it very easy to plan and organize activities for your vacation. However I am having difficult time with their app. I have been getting so many "something went wrong" errors while using it. Additionally, notifications of cancelled activities ( by the organizer) should be more prominent and you have to fix/connect booking experience - so many activities where shown as available but after booking, it got cancelled by organizer as they actually werent availabiltiy

My wife and I have used other booking apps or booking websites and loved the convenience, especially when traveling abroad. The idea of such an app is to minimize waste by eliminating the need to print out a ticket. Unfortunately, our experience could not have been more unpleasant with this app. We booked through the app and had a barcode, but were still expected to print out the reservation confirmation at home, then bring it to a booth to redeem it for paper tickets. How is that eco-friendly?

Great app! Amazing variety of activities all in one place! It really pays off to book through the app, I saved a lot of money during my trip. Extremely helpful customer service. I had to change reservations, swich the dates and credit cards - and it was all done within few minutes of texting with them! A must have app if you are active traveler. Highly recommend!!!

A good way to reserve a tour, avoid time standing inline. However, sometimes that actual cost/ticket prices are lower if you purchased them in person. They do not apply discounts at the time of your reservations for things such as military, senior, college student, or child discount, (sometimes), etc. Sometimes the directions to the meeting locations are wrong. Customer service can be difficult to get in contact with when a quick response needed. Overall, great service!

One of the most helpful apps for booking tours. I've only used it in Italy so far but it was super helpful & I plan to use it again for future travels. The only suggestion I would make is working on getting tour guides that are more engaged with presenting & speak more fluent English (for English tours). You could tell some of them were only there because they were being paid to be & at times it felt like we were being rushed while they mumbled their way through our tour.

I've used this app for several trips now. Had some excellent tours, and a few marginal ones. But my biggest issue is from our recent trip to Spain. I had booked a number of tours in 3 cities. All were booked in March for the Oct trip. And even though my credit card was the same as when booked, their system decided I was a risk because of booking too many activities. It didn't decide this until it was time for activites. As a result, we missed two planned activities.

My experience was very bad. The booking went smooth, but I booked 2 events and I did need to cancel one of them. From the application I tried to cancel the booking and got a message saying something went wrong and then contacted the support who took very long time then said they can't refund and cancel. I wouldn't recommend this app or their system.

With so many amazing experiences to choose from, we were spoiled for choice! What really made our trip unforgettable was the seamless booking process, detailed activity descriptions, turn-by-turn directions, and timely reminders, all at our fingertips. We explored the city like locals. My new travel companion.

Terrible service. Explore other apps/ options. I booked a ticket 1.5 hours before the reservation. The booking went through, and my credit card was charged, but I never received the ticket, even after spending 30 minutes with customer support. I ended up buying a last-minute ticket at the counter at a premium price. Very disappointing experience.
