I tried to port in my number from M1 to Giga, where original this no. from, normally I used Facebook as primary login,but recently I tried to login again, it keeps on continue appear as "Continue as Benny" something went wrong on the apps login page, I tried to login as google or email but all unsuccessful. But If I use website login via Facebook, it's working. Something goes wrong???

Every since my plan upgraded to 5g, the connection is really bad. For majority of the time, I'm only getting 4g, and quite often there is even no connection. My plan also came with 2gb roaming/month, however when in Malaysia, I have not been able to use my data.

I am very happy to have switched to Giga. Next to the plan which is ultra cheap, I get extra free packages of data as well. I have used Singtel, Circles life and M1 before this. But Giga exceeds all terms in exchanging quality for its price.

Given free upgrade to 5G which is good. Ask for 5g Sim card to be delivered on date time but no one turn up. Msg via apps for help and wait 1 hour no response. This is bad service. In apps it asks me to activate new Sim but I have never receive one. Left message and no reply. What now? I have been a subscriber for 2 years. This is no problem no issue. Once got problem get no help. If you consider moving to giga. Think properly. Disappointed. Now I wait for some response.

Probably the worst telco in terms of customer service. Firstly, this telco does not have a hotline and relies on 3 chat messaging channels, whatsapp, Facebook and in-app, which operate the same way with the same chatbot functions. Requesting for live agent will put you in a queue, and when enough time has passed, the chat will indicate that you are idle and end the chat, restarting the whole process. Absolutely ridiculous. Just terminate GIGA and change back to other telcos

Cannot syncing account with Facebook login, have been using giga for approximately 2 years but recently I tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps through my phone, but cannot login and sync at all, contact giga help line also no response, have to check my usage via desktop from time to time.

Numbers gone kindly remove and don't waste consumers' time (by even providing the search option to be begin with). Also, your app is so buggy. Always having connection issues and whatnot. And and and, logging in was also a pain in the b. Gave Google login option, but it redirects you to gmail?????? What an L! You just lost a potential customer here.

I have been using giga for a few years and I'm happy with the telco. However, I always have trouble logging in because my login method is via facebook. I can't login at the moment, and it's frustrating. I urgently need to purchase roaming plans overseas, and i couldn't do so. Please do something about this!

I applied for an eSIM during a promotional period but encountered an error after payment (unable to generate eSIM QR). I reached out to customer support via email and live chat, but received no response. My email went unanswered, and the live chat session ended automatically after a long wait. While Giga's service is satisfactory when there are no issues, it becomes extremely challenging to get assistance for even minor problems

I submit request to delete account a few times waited for a few weeks already. In app no waited for many time no agent attend to me at the live chat at all so I write a ticket to them in the email also no one reply it's been a few week. Please someone check and delete the account for me ASAP. The signal is good but the service is unacceptable. I hope you all can make a improvement soon.

Good app, great data prices and services and I love the new overseas scam blocker. However, connection is really spotty in some areas. I cannot count on my data to work in crowded areas as well 😔

The 4G data connection used to be better before the recent upgrade to 5G. The 5G data connection is slow and drops intermittently. I wrote in to customer service for support on the degraded connection but there was no response from them.

It has been 3 weeks since my number was ported over, but the app still shows the temporary number. There has been ZERO customer support while I attempt to figure out what is going on. Would not recommend. Add: Today I was informed the porting failed BUT when I try to resubmit my number for porting, the app says that the number already belongs to GIGA. *slow clap*

My mobile number transfer experience was horrible. A temporary number was given. Original Number was not port over even after the Line have started for 5 working days. Thus I could not receive any calls or sms. Reach out to giga team, No email replied. Only got it sorted after reaching out to giga Instagram account. Will not recommend it. Signal: 5G is only for certain areas. The constant switch between 5G and 4G will disrupt your work if you are on the go.

I have been unable to login to giga app AT ALL for some time now. All attempts to reach customer service is unsuccessful. When I try password login, it told me I can only use social login instead. I only have google/FB on giga. When I try, it directs me to my Google/FB login and then just loads and loads without doing anything. When refresh, I just go back to account selection page.

I've been trying to login to the app for a few days but to no avail. It keeps prompting me to select the login method. Also, besides the preferred method chosen previously, there's no other way allowed to access the login. Tried to contact customer service via live agent and Facebook messenger, both no reply. Left a message via email, also no reply. Please advise how can I access the app.

Made the switch to Giga and regretted it BIG TIME. Opted for eSim and one would think that it is a download away but the app keeps saying "your esim is on the way" for 6 straight days after sign-up (and counting). Their customer service is practically non-existent. No reply in their in-app chat after I contacted them repeatedly, and there's no hotline. Finally got a response on Instagram but still not resolved. I have requested for a refund and will be leaving this telco before I even started!

I haven't been able to login to my account for weeks via Google, after getting logged out automatically. I've been trying to get in touch with a service rep but there is no way to call in. I tried emailing, chatting and even Instagram DMing. And I need to login to purchase roaming for my trip today. Customer service is abysmal. Not to mention data coverage is spotty, especially in certain buildings and in the MRT.

Worst telco in an app. constantly faced data issues where my internet connection will restart several times when using my phone. this has affect my gaming experience and also having to wait several minutes for the data to reconnect. Poor customer service as well where support didnt even try to solve my problem. would not recommand this telco to anyone.

This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...
