I'm uninstalling this app. Too much negative reviews and I've even experienced one already which is being unable to sign up, each time I put the password i want to use correctly with the special character required, the bot will still tell me to put a special character again as if I don't understand what a special character means.

it just choked me with bvn number!🙄 I have checked my bvn to know if it was not collect but what I see on my bvn is collect, so I don't know why is still writing failed over there 😡 go and work things out over there am getting sad more over🙄 am coming to rate with five star when you people work on the bvn problem 😒 for now use one star🌟rate

I'm having trouble verifying my account because you need additional data to verify my address. But, why shouldn't one utility bill be enough? This is Nigeria for crying out loud. We don't have too many of those utility bills that show our addresses besides the electricity and bank statements.

Run Run ! Thieves ! very crazy verification system. from one document to several others. loaded money, applied for dollar account, payment link sent to clients and never worked. They sent me message account suspended for further verification, documents this and that for failed transactions. very weird and fraudulent people

I've been trying to complete my registration but I keep getting a BVN failure mail even though I've been putting in my correct BVN and I want to believe it's happening because I made a mistake in my date of birth which there's no option for editing. I have sent a mail but I got a failure response. I really hope all these negative reviews I've been reading are not true 😏. I'll give more stars when everything is done and looks good but for now, it's just one star

My experience using Gigbanc App has been amazing. Recently I tried to buy a domain name using a regular commercial bank debit card but I couldn't complete the payment but when I logged in to my Gigbanc mobile app, I was able to buy the domain using the Gigbanc virtual dollar card. Also, their conversion rate is also seamless. Changing from one currency to another.

I started using Gigbanc sometime this year when I was looking for how to pay for my Freepik subscription.
