It's a pretty cool game. I've played rummy so I figured I would try Gin Rummy. The object is to get rummy before your opponent does. If you use all ur cards it's a Big Gin if you have one it's just Gin.

I like the game, but ads are appearing over top of the scores, so I can not see the scores. If you could fix this problem, I might change my rating.

Really fun and well done, but the amount of ads is ridiculous. And ad that takes at least three clicks to dismiss every single hand.

Fun game, but it was made by a sadist. The music is soft and calming, but every 30 seconds or do you're interrupted by EXTREMELY LOUD ADS. Headphone users beware.

Game freezes continually, at level 6. Have to keep restarting. What a pain. At first was okay but not worth trying to advance to get rewards in paying app

Play for hours only to make a few cents. I enjoy the games but it's almost not worth the time. that the app advertising says you can make a decent amount of cash, but that's not true. And half the time it doesn't seem to register the points to the profile. For the hours on end I play it doesn't reflect in points or cash as advertised.

I really enjoy the hameplay itself, but every single round is interrupted by a 30 second ad. Nothing makes me rush to close a game faster.

For a free game it's exactly as you'd expect, ads after every hand. There's also a big bug in the app - sometimes you'll have the chance to claim gin but the app automatically saves cards that don't enable the gin to register and results in an app crash. The last straw for me was the computer claiming gin, getting 25 points for it but also having deadwood leftover. If you like gin, find a different app.

Ads are prolific! Everytime you end a match there is a 30second ad, sometimes you can bypass them in less than that time and others they give you no way out. If you think about it, you're wasting a lot of time watching ads for games or products that are 100% not what they say they are. The game is decent but im not a fan anymore. Finding a different app.

I know i'm a fairly decent Gin Rummy player, but I can never Seem to lose on this version of the game. I've even tried throwing the game to see what happens. When I get too close to being behind my cards start showing up on my receipt as just what I need. I On my last game I was given the option of knocking 6 times in a row. I kept not taking it to see what would happen. Suddenly, the game became a draw and a new one started. This was on both easy and medium.

Every mode is linear. You can predict with 90% accuracy how the game will progress, at every difficulty. Easy: Close your eyes. Medium: You can bluff the AI 85,% of the time, getting a knock of 1-2, or a Gin or Big Gin. Hard: Mode is challenging to get a knock by the fifth time the AI gets a turn, or you lose. Predicted about 1,000 games with a 95% accuracy rate. There you are, now you know how to win every level.

More ads than game. SERIOUSLY. which sucks because the Gin part is quite good. I will say that the ads are always the shorter variety but even then sometimes your hand takes seconds and then you have to watch another ad. It's too much. Maybe if they were on a timer and came up ever 5 minutes or something but as it stands this is more ads than game. Pleqse please PLEASE fix you app, developer. It's good otherwise.

I like this game and generally have no problems, except recently I started playing multiplayer and when one of us wins, it goes to an ad and when it comes back to the game it's frozen at the end of that last game we just finished. Nothing works. I have to get out of the entire app and wait a while before going back in to play. Otherwise if I go right back in I end up right back at that frozen page again. Only happens when I play multiplayer.

I've been playing for awhile and one thing really makes no sense at all. On easy you win easily, on medium it's the same. But on hard, if you're not done by the third play the AI wins. I lost three hands in a row with only one move in each before I lost. That's not rummy. I would dial down the hard level a little because it's just set too high.

the game is great! I'm enjoying reminiscing about learning and playing the game with my mom! while I'm grateful for the tutorial, it could be better! i needed some refreshing, as i haven't played the game in 20+ years. it's pretty basic, and doesn't explain terminology of the game. maybe include a "how to play" in the settings menu for beginners to grasp the game better.

Game is aesthetically pleasing and smooth, but there are way too many ads, many of which are long. Additionally, it's too easy to beat even the hard AI mode. You know it's going to knock as soon as it can, so never knock yourself, just go for gin, minimize deadwood, and take the undercut bonus if it knocks before you get there.

I've been playing this game in easy mode for six months. I like to win. It makes me happy. I would lose to ai about every fifth game. Suddenly lately Im winning one out of four games in easy mode. I'm playing a computer . Why does it have to win all the time? I would stay and suffer through the ads between every hand if the algorithm hadn't changed. On the lookout for a better gin rummy game. This one is dead to me

Gameplay is smooth. Appearance is simple. Can adjust difficulty. AI is top notch. I sprinted to leave a review b/c the cards are properly randomized! I've never come across a card app that actually achieved this. Only complaint is the game was scored incorrectly on one game. Opponent knocked with 1 deadwood. I also had 1 deadwood. I should have won & gotten undercut 25 pts. Instead it was deemed a "draw" & no one won. Hopefully dev will fix. Thx for the simple banner ad at bottom of screen.

Advertiment Heavy with No Option for Pay to Disable. Otherwise gameplay was mostly great. Hard difficulty has the AI suspiciously completing their hand in three or less turns at a much higher rate than seems statistically probable. At the end of the day... I would give the gameplay a 4* rating, and would keep playing were it not for the large number of ads. As it stands, however, I had to uninstall.

Edit: it tries to sneakily install other apps through ads. The devs need to find a new ad service. I uninstalled because if this. It's shady, because those apps are getting charged for a download when I immediately removed. 3 stars. It's enjoyable. If you select hard difficulty, that just means the AI will get all the cards they need to knock in two hands. I'd expect hard difficulty to mean the AI strategy is better, but it's essentially just a cheat. That being said, it's still enjoyable.
