Near perfect. I can schedule an appointment and do my questionnaire all thru the app. I appreciate I can see how many openings there are at each time slot as I'm booking for 2 of us. Only thing is the Notes section doesn't actually retain what I write. Next time I open the app/log in, my note is gone which is frustrating. It doesn't update as quickly as the website does after I donate either. Otherwise, it's good!

Claims to add to my calendar but does NOT seem to support Office 365. Not even an easy way to open an iCal etc. I have to add to Google and forward to myself??? Happy to help troubleshoot. I'm on a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. App also shows confusing results when a cancelation results in the app showing I can book "today" but no location found. Should give the reason. By calling in they were able to fix the error immediately. The app should say this. Otherwise 5 stars.

Improved, Interconnected & easy to use App functionality has improved in 2020, so much that it deserves a complement. Scheduled to donate blood this afternoon, so clicked on the emailed link to answer the questionnaire. Somehow, the App opened. Upon completion, the Q-pass was displayed in the App. No need for PDF, screenshot, or opening a web page. Well done!!!

Well thought out app. My only suggestion would be to have an option to add events that prevent from being able to donate examples: tattoos, piercings, etc. that would automatically prevent you from being able to book an appointment until the 3 months have passed. This would make it easier to book your next appointment. It could also automatically cancel appointments that may have already been booked in that period!

Perhaps the best designed app I have ever used. The design is elegantly simple without missing functionality. Booking an apointment is effortless, you can even save your local center for future appointments. The best feature is the detailed tracker for iron levels! Every function of the app works seamlessly. I was apprehensive to instal another app on my, however this has been the best phone app experience i have ever had. I wish all apps could be this well made.

This app works perfectly. My only complaints about it are, first, that it can't be moved to SD card -- which is not a big deal for such a small app, but the fact that so many developers make their app unable to be moved for seemingly no reason is a major pet peeve of mine. More important complaint: the app only shows hemoglobin and bleed time stats. While hemoglobin is really good to know and see, bleed time feels like little more than interesting trivia. I would REALLY like to see blood pressure added as a donor stat. It's a pretty important health marker generally and so I'd appreciate the ability to track it over time.

The developers have made a huge effort in improving this app. A previous version used to crash constantly, searching for a blood donation centre was tedious, and I would get log in errors. Now the donation centres are directly visible on Google maps. You type a date and time that works for you and it will automatically remove all clinics that are unavailable for the time you requested. The medication tab saves time as well. I am very impressed with the new updates for this app.

In the few years I've been using the app, it's only gotten better. First of all, it just works! It makes it super easy to book appointments and then automatically add them to your calendar (e.g. google calendar). Donation history and stats are great. I know it was publically talked about/announced in the past, but I'd love to get a notification when your donation is used.

Makes it easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. I really like the stat tracking, and the appointment reminders. One reccommendation: please don't have the clinic search default to whole blood. I thought the app wouldn't allow me to book plasma appointments. Because of quick feedback from the app developers, my experience is even better now. I like that kind of service.

Works great for scheduling and changing appointments, but if i do the questionnaire, once it has been closed, there is no way to bring the q-pass back on the screen. i did the questionnaire prior to arrival, but i had to close it to display my donor card. They had to cancel my appointment to allow me to go back to the kiosk to redo the questionnaire. Kinda defeats the purpose of doing it ahead of time.

Ooopsie! There's a glitch with the app. It thinks that I still have a donation session booked after having actually given blood, ie. even though it's the middle of the day, it stated that I still have a donation to perform....earlier that morning. This is blocking me from booking my next session :( Please fix. Thank-you.

Generally very good, especially for booking and rescheduling appointments, but I cannot find a pre-donation questionnaire in the app to complete ahead of time. Is there a window prior to the appointment within which it will only appear as an option?

I am Rh negative and give regularly. The process of giving blood is easy. Less than an hour in and out, including a 10-minute snack and juice break at the end. I attend the Britannia and Mavis, Mississauga location. The process is well oiled, the people friendly. Booking on the app is easy, though when scheduling an appointment, it can be confusing, narrowing down why availabilities aren't appearing, as several possible reasons are given.
