After update the UI is totally changed. Poor UI looks like cheap and third class UI. Too much take a time while transaction and open app. Its hard to use for new consumer and the my main point is... they don't show Actual balance only shows available balance which i really hate.

I've mostly had great experiences with this app. It has crashed few times but hasn't been that big of an issue. User friendly and responsive. I get help when needed quite easily. I'm quite content. It can always work on making it better I guess but it's works the best for me and this is the app I rely on for 99% of the time.

Should I say Global IME App makeover went bad this time? At the first glance, the icons really confused me as a whole, seems like they aren't user friendly to the people of my father's and mother's age. The Home screen seemed too cluttered; I missed the previous feature of unhiding the available balance with a Single tap. On the contrary, the onboarding has improved and a button "Use Biometric" with bigger touchpoint is nice. I felt this issue, I am general people might have felt this too.

So many bugs yr i am really frustated with the new version old version was smooth but new version in not working very well do you even try using your own app to chek if there is bugs. At first i thought it will be fixed in 1 or 2 days but its been weeks the bug are as the were. You are taking no action about that. Fix your bugs first

What is going with this New Update ? Nonsense Theme with Hanging Problem. We need previous version. This update is not even Secure to use instantly. This version looks like childish act of New comers. How can such a Big decision made to approve this theme ?

I don't get the criticism the new UI is getting. I like it, there's no need for a banking app to look overly professional. If you are truly professional you can make use of anything, rather then playing pretend in play store reviews.

An app so beneath consideration that even voicing a complaint would be a regrettable misuse of eloquence its so abysmally substandard that it fails at the most basic function—allowing users to log in—rendering any critique a squandered effort on something utterly beneath notice. Add to that, the buttons are so unresponsive that they freeze

Before the update UI was far far better. Was shocked. If possible please fall back to past UI design because its not that late. This UI/UX is not familiar with new users and 95% no for old users.

The update has made this app much more difficult to use. You now have to jump through so many hoops simply to load your money into the wallets. Change it back, make it easier.

You want to make a payment through qr. Open the app. Enter password. And then 1st thing you see is 'change the pin code.' How about I change it when I get home? Thank you for bringing most frequently used bill payments to most accessible location, like it used to be instead of hiding it behind several layers. Icons still look a bit off though. While entering transaction password it automatically confirms it when last code is entered. Why am I not able to correct the last code?

Such an Coward Rules. After uninstalling mobile banking app Why cannot be logged in by own passowrd. Neither Reset Option from OTP nor facility of Gmail recovery. Why you guys cannot fixed from Online. Mobile banking Charge cuts in time But service is such an poor.Just pissed off 👎👎👎

I personally preferred the old version it looked professional and was way more easier. The new version surely looks like cartoon and looks kind of unrealistic.

Recent update has made it worse in terms of user interface. Registering new mobile set redirect to sms which validates mobile no after entering required information which again redirect back to app but it enters in a never ending loop without any progress loging into the app.

It used to be a good app, but after the update, it became worse and difficult to use. I wanted to view a statement but it doesn't show the incoming cash record and also don't show the duration statememt record I asked for. Please go back to old version.

worse bank ever. this bank only gives trouble to its customer. they blcoked my debit transaction without any reason. and they even reply to phone call. and customer service is totally worse My biggest mistake was to open bank account with global ime bank.

The UI is a complete disaster—it's like something out of a cheap cartoon or low-budget video game. The graphics look outdated, and everything feels overly simplified and childish. It’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright distracting! Trying to navigate through it is like stepping into a poorly designed game from the early 2000s. This is supposed to be a serious platform, not some animated mess!

App itself is decent but when creating ticket via the app, there's no response ever. Their contact email has the same issue and I am required to instead reach directly to the known agent's email. There's also forced password & pin change once in a while which can't be disabled, it's annoying.
