i haven't received any reward points ever since I used this app to buy load when you discontinued the points just by the phone number only. Also, for small load amounts like for 10 pesos, payment is only limited to charge to load and I cannot choose other payment methods like Gcash etc. But it is available for big load transactions like for goextra99. I always ensure that the app is updated to its latest version so you don't say that i just need to update the app when the app itself is messed up

What a trash! You can't load because you have no load. And it keeps on loading even if you have a data balance. Globe One App sucks. They shouldn't remove the rewards option when you dial *143#, so you could still load even you don't have a load. Lastly, your registration sucks! It keeps on saying that we've run to some unexpected error. GLOBE ONE APP PLEASE DO BETTER!

The promos that Globe have especially after removing GOCREATE is straightup highway robbery. Smart can even offer no expiry data (MagicData) while Globe forces you to pay every 15 days. It's criminal. The app has awful user experience. You can't register for promos using own load. The App cannot pull-up the info on the promos I've subscribed to. ALWAYS having connectivity issues as well. Better to use *143# than this piece of inconvenience.

Travelled around the world and this is hands down the worst provider I've ever had. Besides the idiotic registration process, their service does not work most of the time, even in metro Manila. In all of the hotels we stayed, I had 0 bars of connection strength. Most of the cases with 2 bars the connection still does not work. My gf uses Smart which does actually work in most cases. There has literally not been a single occasion where globe performed better.

I've been a Globe user since HS. Our Globe at home isn't reliable all the time especially at night until dawn when I needed it the most. The postpaid plan's data coverage is worse. It's adding too much stress in my life rn. I've already switched to Smart for phone data use and will definitely explore other network for home.

The freebies in FamSURF, etc, are missing on my app! And I am sure that it was because of a BUG! Your app keeps crashing, and I can't track my data usage properly because your app always tells me that it has an issue that needs to be fixed! Also, I can't properly use the transaction history, saying there's an error or that the app is having issues. I always need to wait and rerun the app every 10 minutes! 🥹 PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Your app has potential.

Three years now, still bad, and can't login abroad as SMS can't get through despite being on roaming and receiving OTPs from ither PHIL services. Should have email OTP or TOTP instead. The app is still useless. Who's the PjM of this garbage? ---poorly implemented, horrid usability, lacking in the important features, extremely bad performance (always the long, ardous wait with the progress/loading indicators). This should not have been rolled out, and users should just use the previous version.

I am always loading 149 per week with 12GB data and extra 8GB data for watching netflix, etc. I loaded twice because I noticed that the main 12GB is consumed already but still I have the data allocation, but I can't watch because the main 12GB is consumed first, so I can't use the 17GB data allocation for netflix,etc. what's the purpose of that, if it is not that consume first. I keep trying to call globe, but there's no option available to talk for globe presentative. So, disappointed.

I just downloaded it and I don't like it. I've been a Globe user for years and always register. But some features are ridiculous. Some that I don't like about this, is that they removed the reward points and can only redeem and get in the app(only if you buy promos in the app). Second, you can't use the app without data, how am I gonna buy promos to get the points then?? Third, some promos are just entirely mess up, 59 for 3 days? 199 for only 8gb? The only good here is the Go99+. Really.

Launched an undeveloped app. Removing rewards from *143# is very inconvenient, you can't load because you don't have load to access the app for your rewards what a genius (?), rewards are really mainly for accidents like forgetting to load. And honestly, having the prices going to the roof wasn't an issue before this app shi, just disappointing.

Ok for bills payment. Tried to renew plan via the app with new device and the process would just hang midway leaving me at a blank page. Tried at least 10 times. And since there are no longer any actual people you can speak with, I've reached a dead end. There is no way for me to renew my plan with a device expect by maybe going to a physical store.

Nice design but the app still crashes fairly frequently. Date/time, that used to display when a load expires, still hasn't reappeared, only the date. The authors even wrote back, assuring me that they're working hard to improve the app yet 8 months later, not much has changed. And the constant pop up ads are still as annoying as ever.

Wheh I click on any tab like rewards, cant go back to the home screen even pressing the home tab doesnt do the job unlike before I can just use the back button to exit from that menu and go back to the homescreen but now its no longer possible is it a glitch in navigation? Still app is still glitching, no rewards point showing up. Please look on this issue. Thank you! Update: Still glitching and it doesnt show my rewards points it still shows zero points no matter how many times I paid my bills

It always says "Something went wrong" everytime I click the Load Balance, Data Balance and Reward Points. Thus, it doesnt show me the information I need to monitor my remaining data. The "Help" features also direct you to the messnger with autoresponse and limited option of issues. Likewise you can't specify your problem as it puts you in a never ending cycle of selecting issues and auto response without addressing your specific problems nor being heard of your concerns. Very disappointing!

The app is nice and all however it would be better if they didnt remove the option to access rewards through dialling *143#. Some people especially those that don't have easy access to internet and doesn't have the latest gadgets are having trouble in using the app. And also, not everyone knows how to use modern technology and apps especially elderly. I suggest to still have the option to dial *143# for rewards & other stuff since it's a lot easier & doesn't require internet connection.

Ive been having the problem that my go+99 and GoWATCH only registers the 8gb on all sites and 8gb on GoWATCH apps respectively. Im not sure if it just doesnt show the original 8gb (the 2 8gbs ive mentioned are the freebies/extra that comes with the promo) Or I genuinelly dont have it, but please fix it. its making me so nervous and confused too much than I'd hope to admit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but its still the same but the free 8gb didnt change so maybe its just visual issues...

Usually slow. The GoCREATE option is unreliable. I loved personalizing my load thru GoCreate but I only used it once then it got disappeared. I tried re-installing the GlobeOne app but nothing, contacted 211 but all options ended up with NO ONE. Also there is no option for a live chat in Messenger, all options are being answered by virtual assistant Gie. Ive been with Globe for many years now but I think it's time to switch to SMART Magic Data. They offer no expiry load, calls, SMS and data.

Works for now. Issues that makes it unuseable is resolved. Performance has become tolerable. Stuff is still slow to setup or appear for reasons. Navigation is iffy. Needs internet to work. Alternative means of accesing features are gradualy cut off forcing you to use this app, which leads to things like being unable to buy promos when you have no internet. Still, pretty useable if not convenient or gratifying to use. Still would have prefered not to use this app though.

Globe made it a lot harder to afford it's promos. They removed GoCREATE which was the key feature of this App. You can't even get points if you don't activate it in the App. That's like "extra" for people to do. The App became useless when they removed the choice to pay using load wallet. Not everyone has access to gcash top up machines. The promos are just money grabber. The expiration is not worth it. 3 days for 59php? Until you don't value us, I'm switching sim provider.

It's good that bugs have been fixed on the app and it's quicker than before. However, I don't see the point of using the app if it would not allow us to use our own load to pay for a promo we wanted to register/purchase. Before, you had an option that says "charge to own load", now it's gone. So the only option to register to a promo is still through the *143#. I had to update the app to check if it was improved but no. Total waste of time.
