I find it incredibly unfortunate that this is the app that my otherwise wonderful smart watch is paired to. Half my contacts don't show up when I try to add them, text messaging isn't working, there's no tap to wake up my device, no instructions on how to set up the app, no troubleshooting or help files. I adore my new watch as much as I abhor this app. Of all the reasons I've considered returning an item, this is the first time it's been because of an app.

So unfortunately, this is the app my watch says it needs, and it has so many problems, I may have to return it. I can't sync the contacts I want, because half of them don't show up for some reason! I finally got a text message pushed to the watch, but no where is the "Quick Reply" it says it can do! Everything is enabled, so things should work. My other watches work! The weather shows wrong location sometimes. Fix this app and add more professional, less childish, faces while you're at it.

Watch was easy to set up. The blood pressure was higher than it should be. Some of my contacts are missing when syncing. There are 26 letters in the alphabet, and there are 4 letters missing, hence the missing contacts. Please fix the syncing and blood pressure. Battery life is excellent. App updated on 1/25/2024, but some contacts are still missing. Fix it please!

Update: 3. Expectations were low since watch price was low. But it seems many functions don't work or sync to the app. Also, bp is not accurate. Steps are off again. 2. BP function works again by starting it on the watch instead of in the app! Steps seem more accurate as well. I don't use the call or text functions. 1. It started out well. Then the BP reading stopped working. Sleep tracking was also good for the first few days. Steps were off. I'll post again if it changes.

One thing I do not like is that the app doesn't let you choose which workout options to have on the watch. Using the "free training" option I have to manually go into the app to start the exercise. Lately when I've been doing that, my watch will track it for about 3 minutes and then the app will crash and my progress will stop. I have to manually go back to the app, sync again, and restart. It is extremely frustrating. Fix this bug, and let me put free training on the watch itself.

I love my watch, and it overall works well for my intended use of it. HOWEVER, there is a bug in the app thay causes it to crash every time it finishes syncing. These repeated and frequent crashes have my phone recommending that I put the app into deep sleep, but I can't do that because I need to monitor my heart rate. Developers, fix this bug and my rating will go up to four or five stars.

I've had this watch since January. It was working fine. Everything was great about the watch. Just a few days ago my watch stopped connecting with phone, my contacts don't sync. The watch won't connect with my Bluetooth. I've tried resetting everything, made sure I was holding my phone and watch close and still nothing. This sucks!!!!

First, it didn't sync all of my contacts, only half of them, then it wouldn't send text reminders to the smart watch, now it stopped sending call reminders to the smart watch as well. I did all of the suggestions in the app to fix these problems and still nothing. Not sure if it's this app or the Nerunsa smart watch but either way it's a waste of time and money

The app does not pull all of my phone contacts. The ones, that is has synced, are contacts I very rarely ever use. It did not pull my contacts that are marked as "favorite" in my phones contacts list (mainly family and friends). I cleaned up my contact list, on my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it keeps pulling/syncing the exact same contacts and some of them I have actually deleted and they are no longer on my phone. The app claims up to 100 contacts and it only pulled 34

So many watch faces(even more than a prior watch that only had about 50 watch faces.) ! It would keep you amused for hours on end! It would be easy to install and to connect and everything. The only con would be to utilize the watch faces you are only allowed to have one set and that you cannot simply scroll through them after downloading them all, but that you would need to set one face to utilize then. It also has a simple, but classy design.

Overall I think this is a great watch and has a ton of features and stuff my one complaint tho is it disconnect from Bluetooth often for unknown reasons and the weather doesn't update frequently enough. Today I am having a extra issue with the weather aspect it keeps failing to update when I open the app on my phone and refresh it it says updating weather failed

This gloryfit app is strange. Sometimes it connects to Bluetooth. Syncs with contacts which don't download properly, all the same problems as reported by other reviewers. I had to Uninstall app several times and install several times b4 Bluetooth connection was even stable. Today bt is stable connection, but still cannot sync with a complete list of contacts to download into watch, a nuisance; however, the O2, BP is accurate!! These apps for my cheap smartwatch all have problems.

I received the watch as a birthday gift and was really excited to use it. Now I'm beginning to think it was a waste of money. Not all of my contacts will sync (only shows 31 out of 107 contacts from my phone), my texts will not show on the watch AT ALL, and overall it seems like more of a hassel than it's worth. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS TO ANYONE!

Love the last version of this watch and app. The new watch and app have issues within themselves. Contacts don't sync properly only 74 are added ...that needes to change to allow all your contacts to be added. The tap feature is no longer an option...I loved taping my screen to avoid the wrist flip especially while driving because even with the brightness turned down all the way it is a distraction while driving. If these things are fixed the watch would be the best on the market.

I'm not quite sure yet about this app or phone. The one big thing I see missing is the ability to adjust your strude count. I have been able to on other watches in the past. I just hit 4200 steps, and it says I have walked a mile. With adjustments, it should be 2 miles, but I will pay more attention to the steps than the miles.

Only good for keeping time. But that's about it. Bluetooth won't stay connected. Turns on an alarm everyday at 8:30am that can't be turned off (I can't even find it). No stop watch/time. Biometrics no where near correct. Troubleshooting is no help. Have an extra star because charge time is incredibly fast, and you can personalize the screen easily.

Difficult for beginners. There is no option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or from Kilometers to Miles. It is confusing for many who do not use those measurements. Call and text functions are also a learning curve that we are admittedly still on. This is a good value watch/heath device. However, it's more of a challenge than we thought. I'm not sure we would purchase this item again unless these issues were resolved.

When it works this app is pretty good. My problem is that the app keeps disconnecting from the watch so it won't download any of bp/o2/sleep info. It will show that a device is connected and will say I need to disconnect but also give instruction for reconnecting but neither actually work. I've had to reinstall the app at least 3 times to get it to function at all and this will probably be the last time. Watch works great, but the app is buggy.

Definitely was a learning curve with an Android because it's more geared for iPhones. I'm only having an issue with my text messages notifying me. I get notifications for Instagram, Messenger, etc., but not my text messages. Also, I can voice text a text message, but it won't send from the watch. Not sure if that's been a big issue. Pulling over my contacts was also an issue. It only pulled over selected ones, which I'm still not sure why.

It works for what I got it for, which is counting my steps, tracking my sleep patterns, and heart rate. I wish I could turn off the weather feature, or manually input a location, since it rarely syncs to my phone's location or actual location. It has me in the same city name in another state. The watch I downloaded it for works pretty good. It's good, but I thing they're trying to do too much by trying to compete with more expensive apps/devices, but not quite as accurate.
