App has problem ,sometime give order to car or sometime give bike. Last 2 month with bike no get ordwr . App give order only cars .i go many resturant but disnot get order .

This app is a comedian, worst among all courier app. New version comes out every week and performing worst than previous, network 0, login problem, rules worst, after working some money they will still it by narrating some fake invoice. Customer support 0, you can only rich support when you have ongoing order. In fact a confusion in this platform, run oo riders.

The app is was a good app,, but unfortunately now is very bad app.. The restaurant is too late to be ready food.. But glove no response about this.. . Some time waiting 40 minutes, 1 hours for one order.. For 3, 4 € it's very bad.. The restaurant's people no respect us.. their behavior is very bad.. especially the last glove update is very very bad 🤬😡

This is 2nd time I am writing my review in past 6 months. This pathetic app Is not getting single delivery order from last one month. The support team have no answer or solution to the problem.they only have one answer "everything seems fine " . Try to uninstall and reinstall the app , and blaa blaa blaa blaa blaa. But the thing is they don't have answers themselves. Such pathetic app and support team. I suggest sack the whole team and hire more knowledge and willing people

Very disgusting app. Courriers please avoid this application, is the worse application I have ever seen. The customer support is zero. Most doht know what do,thy can never render you any assistance. Very disgusting 😡 application. How I wish I can give it zero.

Terrible experience, the application doesn't assign any orders to me and other delivery men parking besides me keep getting orders then when you get tired of waiting after 2 hours in the car and you unbook slots they block your account. add a section in the app to ask why other couriers get orders and i don't even though we are parking next to each other at a McDonald's parking

They blocked my ID over a medical certificate. They asked get a medical certificate from their doctors and gave me 90 days to fullfil this. However their team is so incompetent that when I emailed them and texted them on their WhatsApp number. They didn't reply.. After 2 months i get reply that if i had my appointment booked or not. Upon telling them no they booked my appointment but unfortunately the place they booked was another CITY. they said my city doesn't have any appointments until Sep

I wait all day to night, I made 0€, I was waiting around at the same spot with others, new algorithm is not efficent, and customer support team, I followed there steps, but I think algorithm is biased and makes your earnings limited. I am not going up 100€ in 10 days. The insight is, This has been happening for the past few months. I spend all day waiting for orders, i make 10€. Sometimes 3€ or 0€, but next day I make 20€. The algorithm is not consistent to pay you hour/order :(

The current interface is totally garbage! It doesn't show earing of the current order. It shows a glimpse when we get an order. Then, if we get any double order, it doesn't show the earning. It's not a transparent way....

Glovo kindly consider the condition, your new app update is trash it's just like GLOUBER, we don't see anymore what's your delivery price is, if there is a 2md delivery after the fast delivery we don't see the price of 2nd delivery until it's bundle, so I will no be picking up 2nd delivery after the 1st, not only me mostly will not be. Please kindly get a good developer to make you app good not do it from freelance website. Best regards.

They do not give me access. Just avoid approving my applications. It was my most valued dream to become a Glovo courier, though they do not let me. By the way, I've tried two times. UPD. Instead of giving me a normal response, the developer just jokes about my situation. Meanwhile, I've sent my documents to their company two times, and haven't gotten any thorough response, just nothing. I wanna know what is happening with my application. The worst service, I'll delete my client account also.

Comment: I am facing an issue where my earnings haven't been sent because I wasn't prompted to enter my bank information when I started. I’ve tried to reach support via the app, but no response. I’m also unsure which fleet partner handles my payouts in Wrocław, Poland. Could you please help resolve this?

Curently not possible to update the app.When clicking on update button in the profile section the screen blinks but nothing happens.The app is not updated.Don't know where in the app should we report this.It is stuck on version 2.231.0.I tried to uninstall it and install it again but the same version is installed.I talked to couple of user of the app in my city(Osijek, Croatia), we all have the same problem.

from couple of months glovo changed some payments, like for waiting from 05 cents to 4 cents and the basic from 1.20€ to 1.10€ even if any order has been cancelled before they paid 2.25 € but now paying 1.64€ they changed without any information. workimg in a town which is mostly hilly they pay less for Kilometers than cities. Excellence score goes down if you do not receive orders instead we reassign. Some roads are restricted for bikers glovo count them and we got fine sometimes from commune.

Very bad apps compare to other apps.its collapse always.working all day but don't get any order.working 3 year done 10000 delivery.i have motorcycle. Now im not get any order .very much frustrating to work.

I'm a rider and I'm so disappointed with this app! It malfunction and atimes doesn't alert riders when there is an order only for the rider to be kicked out for 3 good hours with no access to a single order and let me not even start with their customer care, so terrible they urge you to reassign an order knowing you as the courier will get kicked out for 3 good hours. So terrible!!!!

This is literally the worst application for deliveries. The only pluses, that it's popular and has many orders, but other than that, it's literally impossible to use. -Orders disappear. -No way of contacting support, only Bot, which does not read your massages and only sends screepted SMS back. -Pay-check issues all the time. Highly encourage to use ANY other application, use Glovo only as a last resort, and at your own risk to mental health

When I click on the address, it goes to Google maps but the address it enters there is a bit wrong, it changes the house number, if the app says to go to house nº 6, in Google maps it will enter house nº 20 or something and its frustrating because I have to manually enter the address every time which wastes time. Apart from that the app sometimes hangs up, like when I get a notification to pick up another order on the way, it hangs up. Apart from that, the app is pretty good.

The coustmer support sucks i get an order from 2km to pick up when i reached at pickup point they dont have that product availble then i have try to connect with support and its been more than half an hour but no reaponse kindly fix this problem as we do not want waste our time to just wait to get response!

From many times we faced an issue regarding order. Sometimes we got the order but the order not shown on the screen even after the time over it shows that the rejection of order. The issue not resolved by the systems. The orders are very less and in such situations we also missed the order regularly. Even there is no issue for the application problem to give . Check and update
