Some people has wrong idea and wrong information about the application. Gmoneytrans has no charges for top up or refund. If people misunderstood or not understand any thing then please contact 16704565 Gmoneytrans customer care and share your problem. Every problwm has solution but you can not spread wrong information to people. I can say loudly that this application is one of the best application and they invented some nice service which only for customer.

every action costs money. It doesn't matter you receive or send every transaction can't go without payment. Even it's between Gmoney cards what a hell is this ??!

Gmoney is est app to send money outside the country. but exchange rate is very high. please make more comfortable. Thanks.

The worst application I've ever witnessed. If there was a chance, I wouldn't give it even a one star rating. The customer support service is awful, confirms information in a wrong way 👎👎👎

Why updating is mandatory? Can't you guys provide just skip for now button for updating later? When I need to use the app with poor internet, if there is update, I can not use the app.. how awfully done service compared to the other parts..

App is great, easy verification, simple bank account adding, but the problem is save login function isn't working for me, everytime I open the app, I have to login

I was a regular customer of this remittance company. Actually remittance charge is little bit expensive but recently they have also added E-voucher system, and they are charging even to transfer the money to e-voucher. Do you guys think it is fair? Please remove this kind of useless things to get money. And i have to say good bye for this app and their developers

Very good and reliable App. Except its limited to specific financial institutions in big towns. Making it hard for upcountry people to access the money.

App works too slow and charges 500 won every time when you receive money . I lost my card recently and had to freeze it . Even if I freeze my card , I have to pay for monthly fee . Unfair !!! It is time to stop using Gmoney .

Really well designed and easy to use for transferring money internationally. Please consider adding Standard Chartered bank (Tanzania) to the list of banks affiliated. 10/10

Good work and good exchange rate and quickly received and sending worldwide. Good help support for Asian countries. I personally recommend. Thanks g money i always used.

There should be a button to manually cancel the account in the app. because customers have been waiting for the card for more than almost 2 weeks and the staff can't help coordinate which makes it inconvenient to use the card because there is no card to use!!!!

I have never seen an online bank app where you receive money to your account and get charged of commission fee (500won) at the same time, which does not make any sense, while if you want to transfer money from your Gmoney account into another one it gets even worse, they charged you 990won per transaction everytime. It is like ripping off.

The money transfer service is not bad, but constant notifications from the application with no option to turn them off is making me consider uninstalling it.
