Not a good app zero stars! It doesn't allow you to login at all! To use i-car on your phone or tablet: go to those 3 dots in the corner that brings up your bookmarks and other options etc when in Google. Check box next to desktop site. Then the mobile app page pops up. Go into your history tab after it pops up and click on the page I-car LMS training. The same page pops up again but, go to 3 dots check box again and reload page. You should see your modules now. FYI I had to do this for Android.

Will be happy to change the rating, I can't get onto the site. I completed the registration. Got the confirmation Email but the link sends me to the old site so I can't log in. Since it hasn't been confirmed (I tried before this review) to copy and paste, log on using my credentials; says they are wrong; opening it in my brower and in the app. please either fix this or tell me what I'm doing wrong. I did pit the correct url in so it's not that its the last step before logining in.

Not functional thus far. Trying 3 days to generate download. Our comany IT's seem to think swapping ( training app) something already useful, functioning, friendly and helpful for these 'new' ways are ill infrmed. I see this site has been updated Again! Why? Shouldn't something be tried and proven, bugs worked out before putting on the market? Plus, some of these are harmful to some devices. Thanks.

I am experiencing difficulties with this app. The modules keep freezing up in the middle of the course. I have had to reinstall the app twice now in order to get the modules to play properly. Very frustrating! This should not be do difficult to use.

I would have given it 5 star but I keep having issues signing in on my phone. It doesn't want me to sign it. It says there is an error however when I can sign in on my iPad most of the time but at times it still gives the same error for no reason. I don't like it at all when I have work undone for my classes. Please fix it. Thank you.

It's fair to update comments to absolutely useless app and a waste of space on your phone. The updates haven't fixed these issues it doesn't empower to access your learning via my certification, it's false advertising. Frustrating when the my certification link tells you that it's not supported by the mobile app, what's the point of installing the app then if the link doesn't work lol. Back testing should be done before launching the product.

Awful app! I get really far into the risk assessments for my work then it glitches out and takes me right back to almost the start of it all, when the thing should take 1 hour to complete takes almost 2 hours and still not finished. So I just exited it and I'll tell my managers that I won't be doing them. Thing is I've tried the app on my phone and on my tablet and both don't work well. Needs fixing. Unresponsive! It's a pain!

Does NOT save progress! I spent over an hour doing a study session provided by a college and all I did was go to a previous page and all my work was forgotten. I had over 75% completed and it just forget it all. On my computer it saves my progress, this app does not. When I completed a separate class, I could not save or exit the screen and lost all my hard work from that aswell. Please fix this, it's absurd.

"Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and your test is dead. This app crashes fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away and Don't Blink! Good Luck." This app crashed no less than 3 times while trying to do an exam- including one time on the final question- and wiped out my answers every time. I hadn't moved off the exam the entire time, had been answering questions quickly but it still crashed with no explanation. Worse than useless.

Very frustrating. The screen goes white with an arrow at the top left screen which does nothing. Tried restarting my phone, but the solution is always the same. Uninstall the app, lose all your data, and then reinstall and have to download again if your lesson is still available. This is the 4th time I have had to do this. Wish it would just sign me out so I could sign back in, but the screen just freezes and remains that way.

Stupid app. You can only sign in with the app store linked google account which is not the same as my usual email account used for google skillshop. Therefore, cant log in with google. Cant believe google use such a stupid app as their learning platform

It does the basics it needs to and plays video well. The "gamification" doesn't seem to have a purpose/fun. The big point off is that it doesn't have a persistent log in. I'm not at all worried that someone is going to break into my phone to... Watch SHRM on demand webinars. It stops me from using it and I suspect it encourages others to set an easy, less secure, password.

It's slow and unresponsive, but by far the most frustrating thing about this app is it does not record your progress. If you leave during the middle of a course, expect to start over from the beginning. If you are actually able to complete a course, expect to start over from the beginning. Want an actual website to log into in order to complete your courses? Apparently it doesn't exist. Looking for assistance with this bug infested app? Apparently that doesn't exist either. Terrible experience.

The app itself is probably fine, but some of my company's learning modules fail to complete or are displayed improperly in the app. Most of them work fine with major Android web browsers, and virtually all of them work as intended with desktop Chrome, Firefox, etc. It is difficult to recommend this app if a company laptop/workstation is an option, but it is usable when necessary.

No admin functionality but the app works well for what it is. Our users can get in and out quickly. I will also say, it requires a bit of a learning curve to get everything programmed properly. I see lots of reviews about blank pages - that's on the admin side but it's tricky. The mobile app and the desktop/pc/web versions function a bit differently and you have to get your head around that. Lot's of trial and error. Some pages just don't work on mobile. I recently found out you can't display a basic html table with no attributes on mobile. It just didn't work. If we could get admin functions and a truly responsive experience - so that all pages work on desktop/tablet/mobile - this would be five stars. It's really 3.5 but rounding up because the core functions work properly and the end user experience can be simplified so that they go right where you want them to. A pretty good first effort. Time for v2.
