What's happening to this app? It won't let me use it. I'm stuck at "You're offline" and can still scan QR, but I'm in 5G network and have unlimited internet connection. Anything from the developers' team can explain this?

It doesn't go thru. After confirming the passcode it says " All set" then right after the message where I going to reenter the new passcode it says " passcode expired" Any one knows how to resolve this issue. I cant create new because it gives me a notification exist

This company have had a data breach, customer names and contact details have been leaked. I now get unsolicited phishing emails and SMS every day. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. 25 June 2024 The company replies on here requesting I contact them via email. I have done, but still no contact from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. The reply they give on here is only to appear that they are doing something, but they are not interested at all. I have seen your email. Explain what what you are doing to resolve this

Update because I did send an email as suggested by the dev reply regarding an OTP issue. I sent that email on MAY 01 2024 and can you guess when they replied? JULY 01 2024. Two whole months! Unbelievable. If I could rate this lower than 1-star, I would! You suck!

i merged my cards but the points do not reflect. i wrote to CS about it but no replies its been over 5 days and nothing. Edit: I got contacted but can't really stay on the phone so I sent the details requested via email but have not received any feedback. I've email asking for any updates and have never received a reply. It's been a month since I last asked for an update, no responses and no changes in the app.

Cannot log in! Always asking me to set my passcode. After setting the passcode, cannot log in because my passcode is expired even though I've just set it. Set my passcode several times and still can't log in. Can't you make an app that is easier to use? Sorry, but that article isn't helpful at all. Might as well delete the app.

Forcing a brighter screen for the QR code is fine. But forcing a bright screen any time the app is open with such a bright white background is "scope blindness" from the app development team. It can be easily fixed by only brightening the screen when the QR code is present and/or adding a dark mode that doesn't affect the QR.

Super many steps to get your QR and also does not allow screenshot for easy access for future use... This is Poor UI design, done by someone incompetent. You are holding the line at grocery for the rewards card and you had to do so many steps to access it. Person who thought about this needs to be replaced.

Apps is consistent to its latency and when you rerouted to 3rd party portal to use your camera to capture, the app automatically shut down and you have to redo all over again. Its such a waste of time. I hope u better do something about it. Had 2 updates already and same issue.

Cannot log in to my account after entering the OTP and assigning a passcode multiple times. It always says that the passcode is expired even after assigning different passcodes. Such an unreliable and buggy app. edit: whoever who replied, like I already said, I already assigned the passcode multiple times and with different numbers, it always tells me that the passcode is expired, therefore I cannot access my account.

I hate this app. I've been trying to access it because i was logged out after updating, but it keeps on asking me to create a passcode. After successfully making a passcode, it would still not allow me to log back into my account because it says that my passcode has already timed out. I've been doing it for two hours now, and i can't still log in successfully. Worse app I've ever used.

Seems like we wilk be switching to SM. This app is just trash. Unable to use it and Robinson's doesn't have the ohysical card available for the longest time. Looks like they really doesn't want customers to use points an dend up at the counter frustrated and embarrased for keeping the line trying to login then juat paying without getting the pointa because of this app doesnt work.

The current update leads me to QR codes. I cannot even view the points history. I tried using both data and wifi but the result is the same. The previous UI is way much better.

Sending an email to CS of Go Rewards is still useless. 1week and no reply. I will send a complaint to DTI regarding your service. Most of the reviews about yoy are so bad. Its the most irritating app I have used in my entire life. It always asks to update information and update the app but it will not let me log in. After I was able to log in they will not let me use the points I have earned for my booking. I feel that they have been scamming customers.

What is happening with the app? It always says I am offline when I am clearly connected to the WiFi of our office. I have attempted for a week now but I am redirected all the time to the QR. I want to redeem my points but how can I do so, when I cannot access the app properly with this issue. Please help. If, this can be resolved, I may change my rating to a 4 or 5.

I don't know what's going with the app. I uninstalled it the first time since it keeps saying password incorrect even though I have the correct log-in details. And now, this new app requires you to set up a passcode to log-in but it just keeps routing me back to an error message saying "Opps! Your Passcode is expired!" Even though when I input the 6 digit passcode 2 times it says ready to log-in. PS. As a reply to the developer's response, I know how to set up passcode. The app is the problem

There's no option to upgrade to black card contrary to the instructions given on their website. I also noticed the update of points does not immediately reflect in the app even if you just used it to scan the QR code. I have no issues with internet connectiin in our area so I'm not sure what's the problem. Maybe the app still need more tweeking. It seems it's not working as it's supposed to. I hope the issues will be addressed with another update.

Cannot even verify my email. They will send an OTP to the email but their app will say the OTP entered is in correct. I tried a couple of times. Used a different email but issue persisted. You need to get your app checked, for sure you also have security issues with it. *Update: In response to GoRewards - You said to report to customer care. I already did it twice weeks ago Ticket numbers: 1334668 and 1332390 . Its obviously a bug in your app. I read similar experience from other users.

Awful and disappointing. App is always crashing or won't open. If it does open, it takes more than 10minutes. And now with the supposedly upgraded app, I haven't been able to access my account. I've been trying to access for 2 days now. It says to input the number and an OTP will be sent but nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed it several times already and it still doesn't work

Good to follow points, not good for shopping. Tries to set location and then just sits. No location shown, no timing out. You have an app within and app which requires a separate login? GoCart refuses to change pinned location from Pasig. It asks you to type in your barangay, city and province. You do that, select your location and then nothing happens. Is there supposed to be a 'GO' button to activate? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. And you want me to send a separate email? Include that in the app
