I have downloaded the app but the app is not feteching the current location. Resulting in no food courts or vending machines is available for me. My location is enabled in phone, also at the setting of the app location permission is enabled. I tried to remove the app and install again, still not working. Could you please help on this?

Worst app ever! In this app u must give feedback for every food u order, untill then u r not allowed to place new order! Pathetic! And that's not enough, every time u have to select ur office location, using this app to place a order takes more time than eating ur ordered food. Technology is suppose to make my life easy, not complicate it. Id rather go out of my technpark and have food than using this app to eat at my office cafeteria.

0/5- unnecessary app. This app attempts to solve a problem that does not exist. Just being able to pay in cash directly to the outlet is 1000 times easier than forcing you to download an app to order a burger. Will not be eating or ordering from foodcourts where you are forced to download, provide contact details like pH and email just to order a coffee.

No process for refund. Vendor able to Complete order without delivery. Found hungerbox better. Navigation to Payment app through UPI/gpay gets hung sometimes and then on closing gokhana app and starting the order again and trying to repay for the new order, it keeps checking for payment made instead of providing option to pay and keeps timing out since payment could not be made earlier. After 24 hrs payment is allowed again.

App performance overall good. However there are few improvement needs to be done like option to cancel order and refund money ASAP. This is because sometimes vendor tooks more time to deliver order which ultimately affects the scheduled calls. Also cold beverage needs to be kept. I don't see soft drinks available.

This is a very very poor effort. The app itself is a cheat. It will only accept orders if you rate it 3 stars and above. Also you have to pay through the app only. No transperancy at all. Also the servers I have visited are very poorly trained and extremely unprofessional as well. An extremely Poor effort!!!!!

This app doesn't has help. I waited for my order for about 20 mins infront of the counter. No one was at the counter and the app was showing my order is under process. The app doesn't give help as well. I was not knowing whom to contact. There is no way to rate a stall. There is no way to cancel an order. This app lacks so many features.

there has been a data breach in this app. Now I'm getting unwanted calls from all over India. be careful when you give your mobile number and name. they don't have any data security.

Lots of issues with payment. There is no automated process for refunds; action needs to be taken manually via calls and all.

I can't copy the food details just to check them online. Even this app doesn't allow screenshots to extract the content from the images.

Doesn't support Pluxee(Sodexo). For a food app that's supposed to cater to corporate dining accommodations, that's a huge oversight. Can't see added notes in the order summary after ordering. The app just stops working when there's a new app update pending. The 'recently ordered' items can't be clicked again and added to the cart. Global search for food items doesn't work. Can't search for a specific dish across multiple vendors either.

My company has done it's part by adding money to my wallet but while ordering the app is asking me to make full payment. The app support is not sure what's the issue behind. And I asked if they can refund my money as it's the app issue due to which it's not deducting the amount which my company has added to the app wallet, then again they are not sure about it. Edit: Finally, they quickly resolve the issue, I am able to order seamlessly using company credit. Some technical issue was there.

not a user friendly app...its pathetic service. it's been since 2hrs now, just to update my new pluxee card it's taking so long. still not been updated. i don't know why these companies ask us to opt this app. there is no lunch for me today due to this ☹️ I was atleast expecting an alternative to this issue like some coupons. that also not done. worst application!!!

worst app, I want to hit the app developer. for every order they want a review/feedback. that too needs to type a line for feedback. else we can't buy the next food item. for single tee to every food purchase, what feedback this devoloper do? Accenture.

I'm not satisfied I've seen this multiple times Every time I order something 15 to 20 minutes before reaching the building and after 20 minutes when I ask for an order they say it will take only 5 to 10 minutes more because they just start when I reach there What about my inconvenience??

app interface is very bad. very difficult to navigate inside the app. gets logged out for no reason and won't login unless uninstalled and installed again. not precise location fetching. and it forces to give ratings which are unskippable meaning u cant order unless u rate the previous order.
