Does exactly what I wanted it for, it's inconspicuous, and records well. Sometimes it doesn't start after shaking but that may be the way I am shaking the telephone. I just look to see if it's recording and if not, shake the phone again. Otherwise it does the job and it's easy.

It has a problem with gesture sensation as long as you don't use the app it doesn't senses the gesture. It is supposed to open the application once or twice to get the gesture sensation mode on.. Please fix this issue, other wise I like this app

The only gesture activated recording App, one of two Apps that shortcut to voice recorder, and a bug in the software wont let you delete recordings only entire folders, might as well not work. Zero practicality as usual. When did free become such a disease?

This one is gud app but sometimes when I use schedule recording it record but I can't hear voice when i play the recording. It happened many times i uninstalled it and reinstall but issue not fixed. Pls check the issue and improve it. Thank you

usually works or i usually loose all recording because didn't start on Scheduled on time. sometimes I have program it recording for hour or two it will conceal after about less then a hour o. but it usually doesn't give me the full time that I program it go for. it doesn't let me know it concealed on me. i use this app for meeting or for college classes. when app doesn't save it. I loose very important informations that I can't get information back.

This app sounds great, but I would like to be able to listen to my music while doing other things and it shuts off if I go to a different app and it shuts off whenever my screen does, which is very annoying. I have it set at 5 minutes and my songs are much longer.

I find your app to be highly user-friendly and reliable. However, I would like to suggest an improvement to the app. Specifically, I would appreciate the ability to change the path where recordings are saved. Currently, the app automatically saves recordings to a default location, which can sometimes be inconvenient for users. I believe it would be a valuable addition that many users would appreciate.

I'm always discouraged by your so called updates when the fact remains you can't address a serious bug: this app doesn't record in M4A format; despite it's one of the formats. If you don't have idea to fix this bug you better remove M4A format from the app. I've waited too long for update on this one issue. Still I love this app just for the Schedule recording.

The schedule recording feature is great! But I am editing my review to remove one star because there's no way to disable the vibration when the scheduled recording starts - it's a real problem when scheduled to record at night or in a silent environment. Setting my phone to «no sound» and «do not disturb» changes nothing 😒 Wish there was a way to disable said vibration...

I only use this because of the gesture recording feature which lets you initiate a recording by shaking the device. It does not work consistently. Additionally, the sound quality is not as good as other free apps

This app does everything it should bar one thing and that is after making a recording playing it back requires the phone screen to be kept alive. I will often make a voice recording whilst walking and listen back to it whilst my phone is in my pocket and it's just not possible within the aop. It requires me to opt into a different app for playback which is counter productive. So a star lost from an otherwise brilliant app

[EDIT:] I wish we could choose where to save our recordings, rather than just in the app's own location. I almost always edit recordings, so this adds extra steps. [RE-EDIT:] Well, that was 2 years ago, so I guess you weren't serious. Also, the editor now freezes under Android 10. Guess I'll look for a recorder that's easier and more reliable. 1) It records during phone calls, but the playback is blank, actually playback on any saved file, even ones that have played audio before. 2) The editor for audio recordings is annoyingly touchy and very hard and time consuming to use. It says edit start time and let's you enter your own start time, just to stay where the recording starts anyways and changes nothing. 3) I do like how I can record with the screen off, app in background and no giveaway that I'm recording.

Great app! Works as it should and the gesture recording is a super addition. The app is well designed and easy to use. There's one main reason this won't be my main recording app. It doesn't sync to Google drive. I like the assurance that my recordings are backed up if I lose my phone. The other, lesser issue is ads. It's a pet peeve. While the ads are unobtrusive (which I really appreciate!) I'd happily buy a paid version to avoid them altogether. With a couple of tweaks I'd easily give it 5*!

This app could be very beneficial for people who regularly interact with the public, however the features are lacking. Scheduling should allow you to schedule by day of week (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, for example), instead of just specific dates and times. It also needs a feature to automatically write over or delete old files, kind of like a dashcam, with an option to lock specific files, rather than having to manually delete everything to clear storage space.

I have just one complaint about this app, but it's a pretty annoying one: It locates its recordings folder within my music folder and won't let me move it. This causes an issue with Poweramp music player in that trying to exclude the GOM recordings folder from the Poweramp library causes the entire music folder to be unchecked. I would suggest that you consider having this apps storage folders separate in the folder hierarchy.

Here are a couple of NECESSARY improvements before this app becomes 5 stars: need the ability to listen to playback with the app in the background; it's crazy to me this isn't implemented! Secondly, we need the ability to skip backward/rewind from from car controls (e.g. the replay and skip buttons) - that function is very helpful for study sessions!
