Excellent concept. Great if you have a brand in mind - however a few major flaws. The "Refine" menu doesn't always work; many brands dont have the correct Refine settings (i.e. mens fashion is listed when I search for womens); most brands I look at don't ship to Australia, making the "Preferences" menu null and void for me; and many leading Australian brands aren't added (although I've been "suggesting" them in-app for years).

Pretty great app. I love reading the blog post, the fact that they go above and beyond to provide insight to brands, and I love that I can message the brand directly using the app! My only issues are that the filter button doesn't work at all, there's not an option to specify your search to your country /continent so most of the options are usually from Europe, some brands haven't been updated in years and the links do not work anymore. If these issues were fixed I would give 5 stars.

Easy to use, the information is informative and easy to navigate. I like that they've linked the websites and I like the different categories, value systems etc. This will make sustainable shopping easier. I feel better knowing that I have somewhere to go that can help me decipher if a brand is truly sustainable, animal friendly and worker friendly and not just greenwashing!

A little glitchy and you can only recommend a brand via the app instead of alternative means. And if that doesn't work then sometimes the brand request doesn't go through. A lot of glitches eg trying to add brands to my favourites but it seems like there may be a maximum amount you can do that. Not being able to add a profile photo and such

The concept is great and I always use this app when deciding where to shop for clothes, however it would be a lot better if you could filter the shops by rating, country nd price range, just so we can discover nice sustainable brands we wouldn't otherwise know about. Right now sadly it mostly only allows to check brands you already know.

I would love it if the search function could be narrowed down to show only businesses based in your country or continent (in my case UK/Europe). Even when I select this and deselect including online stores, I mainly get results for brands based in Australia and the USA. It's one thing buying more expensive ethically made clothing, but another adding on hefty import duties. Without this function I waste a lot of search time using this app and haven't found any brands to actually shop from. It looks like this kind of filtering *is* a feature of the app, but it doesn't work on my Android app.

I am done buying fast fashion and supporting unethical and pollutin brands, this app is so great. It has a huge collection of brands you can search and compare by their ethical, environmental and animal-welfare practices, and it's made my life as a concious consumer so much easier! There are still brands missing, but you can suggest brands you want to see on there, and they will hopefully do a research on them. It can only get better as time goes by!

It is a free easy to use resource. It isnt perfect but still better than searching everything yourself which can take hours, so really can't complain for free! Very US centric right now, would be great if you could choose your region and see shops tailored to your country, I've end up clicking onto a lot of US sites and I hate shipping from so far!

I love the concept, and the information given about each brand is genuinely very helpful. My main issue is that although you can now choose which country you will be ordering to, it will still show any brands that ship to that country, even if its based on the other side of the world. This makes it not very useful to actually find places to order from as a lot of the brands are American or Australian while I'm based in the UK.

Good idea for an app but often I find it slow to load and at the moment it's not really working at all, it won't search or load any of the articles. I'd like better filters too, for example, to search for brands shipping from my own country. I also find the filter to search for particular types of clothes not very accurate. Would be great if it was more reliable.

The concept is great and it is so useful to use when you are looking for a particular business and want the details. Harder if you are browsing, the filters don't seem to work, for example if you select dresses you still get shops that dont sell dresses. And also the price system is vague. A score of $$ can be anything between £20 for and item and £250 for an item. But when you have the time to browse, it is an excellent way of getting to know ethicala nd sustainable brands out there.

It's good, but it could be better if it had things like showing different brands on the search page if the search bar is empty, and maybe you could filter them by price or rating. I would also like it to have categories such as "Women, Men, Unisex, Kids" and a country category/filter, a lot of the things I find on there tend to be overseas, but I would like to shop within my country.

I think they're doing a good thing but the message they're sending is that Ethical fashion comes with hefty price tag..even t-shirt, socks, underwear! Doing research brought up their blog where I found a store to buy a specific clothing item..A highly rated place on trustpilot. That's the main thing I like about GOY they appear to do their homework on reputable companies. I did spent quite a bit on the item! The app however I found hard to navigate, plus it never saved my search preferences

Yeah all works fine again now. Overall I think this is an excellent and needed app. Would like more choices which are available in the UK, the ability to search by country would be good. Also it's missing a quite a lot of the big outdoor brands. It's a good start though and I look forward to more brands coming out. One thing that I would be interested to know about is durability too. I know there are several outlets where the clothes just don't last long which just adds to the waste problem.

Great app to review different brands. However.... When I search for similar brands the shown brands are most often a lot more expensive than it seems. For instance: The brand I searched for shows '$$' and most jeans are sold for €40. When I search for similar brands in the '$$' category the jeans they sell are well over €150. In my opinion those are not the same price ranges. This makes it very hard to find actual similar brands.

I love Good On You, and I've been a big fan for years! It's true the app can be pretty glitchy as others have mentioned. But I really came here to offer a feature suggestion. It would be SO cool if users could shop ethical brands directly through the app. Even if it was simply photos of the most popular items and then GOY linked to those items, it would make the shopping process so much smoother. It sucks to have to click to 5 different brand websites before finding one that's your style.

I want to love this app, but I HATE it. After one use, the second time I opened it, I was welcomed by an endlessly loading home page. I couldn't search or do anything on the app. Hoping it was a fluke, I tried signing out and back in. After signing out, I couldn't get back in! Still loading forever. Uninstalled and reinstalled... same issues. I'm going to uninstall the app, sadly.

I really like the app it's very helpful for someone who is still a beginner in the sustainable lifestyle. The only thing I would recommend is the $ it's not as clear as what's it should be for the $ symbol. If it's to show how expensive a brand is, it's definitely confusing cause expensive brands either have $$$ or $, and I don't know exactly which brands will break the bank .

I love this concept and it's great for doing quick and easy research on brands you know to see if they are sustainable and ethical. However, searching for new brands can certainly use some work. The filters don't seem to work at all - for example I'll select "shorts" and "$$" as filters, but I'll get results for all prices and shops that don't sell shorts. It sounds like the developers hope to add some changes and I hope that includes MORE filters, and filtering that works!

Love the app and the whole idea of it, but I am noticing loading times are waaaaaay too long, if it even decides to load. At first I though it was my internet speed, but I could go on YouTube and play a video with the best quality no problem! I hope you guys can fix this, maybe it's a bug? But yeah, either way, keep up the good work!
