A waste of time, they are rip offs! It took me forever to get the required amount to redeem they then said it would be available the next day. Once that didn't happen then they said the supplier was the hold reason now it's on hold for suspicious activity. I emailed support just to get this bogus message We checked your account and the internal security system detected suspicious activity and canceled the payout to prevent fraud. Unfortunately, when this happens the balance won´t be restored

Do NOT waste your time. I had it for a month and was never able to actually complete a survey. I got the $5 equivalent sign on bonus, and the equivalent of 6.3¢ from the 20+ surveys I tried and everyone says, "that wasn't a good fit, try this survey"

Update: IF YOU'RE TRULY SINCERE, I wish you could just ADD OUR PTS EARNED FROM DS APP TO OUR HARD-EARNED PTS IN POLL PAY. COULD BE OUR LITTLE CONSOLATION. WORST APP!😡😡😡 Poll pay is a little bit better, though both will take you maybe a yr or almost to get ur cash out. I haven't had my first ever cash out here since I only acquired 10k+ points, and now they're telling us we only have until end of July to claim or cash out our earned points..?!?!?!? Go to hell!😡😡😡😡

Don't install,This app is trash and all the ratings are fake whenever I start the survey it says that "We're sorry, but this researcher seems to be looking for a very specific target audience for the survey. We have now discovered surveys that align better with your interests and preferences.". If ever survey is for targate audiance then what's for me , And never give points Total trash don't install this trash.

The worst online survey app anyone could possibly come across. I installed it 2 days ago, and ever since, I've tried to attempt numerous surveys. 90% of them didn't let you enter the survey in the beginning only, and for the remaining ones, you either encounter technical issues or, despite successfully completing the survey, they refuse to award you the points you deserve. If it were possible, I would definitely have given it zero stars.

It displays surveys with fake values. Once you get past qualification questions for some survey with a decent value, it shows a screen with a checking notepad then you get kicked out instantly and then all other values suddenly drop to become lower than 1 USD. It didn't use to be like this a year ago.. You ruined it..

This is the best survey app for vouchers/cash I tried. The main advantage is that it doesn't take a lifetime to get enough points to trade for a voucher like so many others. The main disadvantage is the frequency you get kicked out of surveys for whatever reason. Too many to count. But the advantages of a clear and easy to use app and the speed you can collect points gives this app a clear 4.5 ⭐

Well, since u are closing on the 31st I think u people should allow us to redeem every lowest points in our account since the app is not working normal again and we are unable to take surveys.

2 weeks it took me to complete meet the $15 requirement , now I requested my PayPal payout suddenly they placed my account on hold for no reason & I have to wait a month! Scammers!! Reporting this site!! BEWARE!!!

Closing as of 31st of July.. I'm near 6000 points & would need 26000 in order to redeem. They are scammers like survey junkie turned out to be. Stating they couldn't help with the points I'd have already gained which typically wasn't easy due to providers declining frequently. I've never cashed out nor are they going to let me within the time limit!

Certainly one of the worst survey apps on this planet. Most surveys are broken, and those that you finish successfully you do not get rewards for! rewards are trash value anyway, and you only get paid after you cross 18000 points, i have now 25 dollars payout through PayPal due today, and the page said delivery issues, new payout on 16th July. This is UNACCEPTABLE. plain robbery. Zero stars!

It's not easy to earn money. After answering a lot of questions of a survey, the next page tends to show an error loading message. Then there is also being screened out after either answering a few questions or as soon as you open a survey. Also there is not a lot of surveys available.

Unstable survey experience I'm extremely frustrated with the survey feature in this app. Every time I try to start a survey, the entire app becomes unresponsive and crashes. It's like everything 'runs away' and I'm left with no choice but to force close the app. I've tried multiple times, but the issue persists. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to sharing my feedback, but the unstable survey feature is a major hindrance. Please fix this issue and make the survey feature more
