Atrocious! Chat, phone, email support are all out of the Philippines, and they just don't have a clue. First, from signing up to starting to work in relation to the sophomoric training required, there's very little that actually happens as is "taught." A driver has little to no control in the app if a mistake or issue occurs. After 2 1/2 hours, via all three modes of communication, not a single issue was resolved. I just had to delete the app. For DEV: What part of 'NO support' did you not get!?

This is now beyond ridiculous. Everytime I go online after about 10 minutes the icon would change from green to red. I would have to close it and reopen it and then it was ok. Tried multiple times to troubleshoot with go puff. Never got resolved. Now it does it every 5 -10 minutes..this never gets resolved.. frustrating..

TNT: New just like most of us on here or those who have been using it for a while now. My first few trips were good and then all of a sudden the app crashed with the order that still needed to be completed. So the customer asked me to come inside connect to his wifi I did. Next scanned the order, got his signature, went through, says order completed. I get an email warning you didn't complete the order. No your app crashed right after his signature, and it was completed. Fix it please thank you.

I'm very disappointed with the app updates (or lack thereof) and the direction of the company overall. I've been at gopuff for around 4 years. The pay, app, & everything in between has gotten progressively worse. The driver support service and app updates are also getting progressively worse, but no surprise there. I can't even implement the new update because the app won't let me update it. I'm thinking about moving on because they clearly don't care about the drivers since we're expendable.

PUT GPS IN THE APP Constantly unable to track me, even though I'm right in front of the warehouse, which leads me to get skipped and dropped out of que for bags. Very frustrating for me as a driver. Also, yes hours are EXTREMELY hard to get. I get notifications saying hours have been dropped. Yet when I look in the app, immediately there is nothing available. Bonuses have dropped dramatically. Gas is high, pay could be better, especially when customers tips have gone down.

Difficult to make money as a driver, especially when so few people have heard of the app. After working 20+ hours, I've only been assigned 4 deliveries. Driver location tracking is totally unreliable, resulting in missed delivery opportunities. Securing "guaranteed pay" shifts is difficult at best; available shifts are claimed before I can sign up, even if I'm looking at the app when notified. That said, I can't recommend this app currently, but I would recommend it if the bugs were worked out.

By far the worst app to find work. Almost impossible to get shifts. App has too many glitches. And there's never anyone to respond to the emails, they all seem to be automated. I am constantly receiving texts that there's work yet there never is. I recently got locked out the app and can't get back in. The automated messages keep saying the same thing and I've been trying for weeks. I'm highly disappointed with the lack of driver support!

The new platform is horrible. The app shows 'new trip offer' but when going to accept it, it doesn't show up at all to accept, and then the trip expires. Contacting support multiple times does not work to fix the problem and I have wasted 6 nights of scheduled blocks waiting for invisible 'new trip offers' that never show up to accept! This is beyond frustrating at this point. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They put out "feature" updates and "improvements" but still can't fix core features that don't even work. GPS directions is tied to the customer phone, not the address, every delivery is at the person's door not their phone. Often times it send you to the alleyway or back of a huge apartment complex with no access. Notifications still broken, they don't pop on screen, or even make a sound when pickups are available, and no controls are available to change it. These are critical features, fix it

Was able to finally sign into my driver's account. I would give it 5, but it is so hard to schedule a shift. Yes, I know you can go on-demand, but the base pay alone isn't worth it. People snag up all the shifts with bots. It doesn't matter if you're in the app early before shifts drop, they always get them. Please crack down on the bots. There is no way someone should be able to select all shifts within milliseconds.

I wish I could give a full review, but I am stuck at a glitch in the app that leaves me 99% signed up, constantly getting push notifications they need drivers, but unable to start a work day. Says to "update vehicles" but won't let me, which shouldn't make a difference anyway since I do bike delivery. No amount of phone calls, emails or showing up in person resolves the issue. Kinda strange.

It won't let me back in... I mean I actually lost an opportunity to get some hours (which are hard enough to come by as it is) and I keep getting knocked off and side tracked and I can't sign in! SMH just when I thought it was improved. Update: mostly the app has vastly improved over the past year but I still wish I could get more than 6 hrs a week. By the time I get to my next shift there will be a new feature or upgrade and I will have to relearn how to use it! New: now I can't get any hours.

Just not user friendly. My belief is the whole user interface needs readjustment or reconfiguration or overhaul. First and foremost, the pay let me just pay sucks. Come on two bucks for a job. $1.50 for a job. Are you kidding me? Hard to navigate for example, trying to change City from City. You have to swipe sideways on the City boxes 1x1 you just don't know where to go automatically when looking at the screen to get to another city. Little confusing. Job notifications are very sporadic.

The app is constantly dropping the location while I wait. I've been outside and inside the store and, for some reason, the location status goes red. I have no problems when I'm on deliveries or returning back, only when I'm waiting. Even right now, I am standing in the location and it's going red. I am not the only driver that deals with this issue.

Probably the worst gig job I've tried yet. Let's just talk about the app for now, though. Currently, I can't mute the app sounds and cannot stand loud intrusive notifications. Removing sound permissions in phone settings does nothing and it uses your ringtone volume level instead of media, or any other separate mutable option. It's also incredibly unresponsive when trying to scan anything at all, such as ID or order QR code. This needs to get better, before they add something new like missions.

Horrible, can't even log in..."something is wrong with phone number (and email) you entered. Absolutely nothing is wrong with either. I did think long and hard about getting this after all the bad reviews left in past years, but I thought, "hey, surely it's improved!"... no.. it hasn't.. don't waste your finger taps to download.

This app is horrible. I lost orders because I couldn't find the location. I have been passing the building for years but goPuff is operating out of the back door of this long block of buildings. It's like the address doesn't exist. Then when I hit start for the directions for the delivery, the platform freezes and the map didn't work at all. I was really upset by this time because it's 2 am. The actual delivery was the easiest part. I won't be working a lot.

Never sends me notification if I'm on another tab to get an order. If I'm watching and refreshing the app it don't send me anything but as soon as I look away n look at few emails, videos or something else and then I go back to check the app it says offer expired. That's some BS. And gives it to another driver. Yall really need to fix this problem

I've been driving with gopuff but to be able to get good shifts you have to keep your accurate sea levels High. I have been getting trips and it says that they expire before it ever shows anything on my screen. So this lowers my accuracy and lessons my chance of getting a better schedule shift. I have called customer service about the issues and they say there's nothing they can do. I have also been trying to update my phone with gopuff 7 times now with their form and have been unsuccessful

Used to be my favorite app to work in the city. Now they've increased the pool of drivers, reduced base pay by a lot, and almost completely done away with those great mission bonuses they used to have. Still some clear advantages re: mileage, staying close to home and knowing that they're open, and getting orders, every single day, no matter what.
