Most projects seem to be extremely underpaid for the distance and particularly when you're calculating $3 a gallon for gas plus wear and tear to your vehicle.

First day of pick up and delivery. I will get the hang of it, but I may have not properly slid the bar at bottom of app announcing when I arrived or departed from p/u and delivery destinations. Actual name is Don Moore, not Robert Bass which is a long story.

I've never paid for a background check, and don't plan on starting. When there are other platforms available to start for free, the last thing they should do is charge $50. This seems like a scam.

Very easy and professional company to work and do business with. Support is always a phone call away and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

This app is bad in so many ways and it's designated as a malicious app which is hilarious because when you tell the that they act like they don't know what you are talking about but none of my other apps have never done that. If you need money try Amazon flex or another rideshare business because go share is a joke. I'll give details the amount you are driving doesn't offset the cost of gas and speaking to anyone is not existent and the app barely lets you update information.

I paid 60 usd for a background check and I didn't recieve a simple confirmation email from them. I sent several emails to know how is my application and they didn't answer. This looks like a scam for me. My anti-virus says they are stealing my data. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION!

Goshare app is great; only issue I have is: I couldn't place my turnpike tickets. The ticket never issue before 30 days by Pennsylvania turnpike and for Goshare, you have to send receipts at least deux after you projet done to be paid. I will give five stars anyway.

I paid for a background check to be a driver partner a LONG TIME AGO, they NEVER verified my documents! They are pending there... No has a phone support, no has a way to reach the support team! Definitely is the WORSE app that I can waste your time

I get 1 offer every other day in San Antonio area. This is not the app I thought it was going to be. Paying up front money cause I was excited about this in November. I haven't even been on 1 offer and completed it. Cause the bots take you down faster than you can read the offer and make sure it's within my reach. Because I'm not about to except and then be charged to cancel an accidental excepted offer. Big-time Let down 😞

Customer Service is spotty and not real easy talking to a BOT. Pure garbage considering I signed up for the Washington DC area to work, however I keep getting orders for Ocala, Fl. Apparently the help desk can't get their act together! Not impressed with the level of customer service because no one answers telephones and only deal via email! Not real professional! After the latest email I received from GOSHARE I deleted my account due to piss poor customer service. Screw you Goshare!

Biggest waste of time I've ever spent getting all documentation for this worthless app spent 60 dollars on background check same one that doordash does for free and spent 25 on a letter I had to get notarized lol. Now I'm in a very busy city and have yet to get one job offer or any leads. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this gig app you will thank me I assure you!!

The app is OK. Go Share needs a map of the "service" ateas and also of the participating stores. Also, break up the area of service. I receive job postings that are 1.5 hrs away. Granted, there might not be many Go Share drivers at the moment but the pay would never make up for those deadhead miles. Areas need to be within 30 mins of drivers location when they open up the app. Maybe look into a "In-service/Out-of-service" or "On Duty/Off Duty" toggle or button to highlight drivers ready to work.

The app works pretty good most of the time, is simple easy to use. However the company of goshare customer service is below average, if you need immediate attention, good luck with that. It'll take at least 20 minutes before you get a hold of anyone. It makes it challenging for small changes to the task.

One of the biggest mistakes I have made was working for GoShare, after I paid 60 dollars for the background check I only did one job for $58 when I had to do too much, after that I got jobs but I never managed to accept one of them Before the 30 seconds of waiting, someone already takes it, I restarted, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and everything was worse, total waste of time, and now the app blocked my account without knowing why

If you've got Android phone, forget it. 9 out of 10 times I get notified of project, when I click for details, I receive message "Project no longer available". Many times I'm on my phone when notice comes in. I can rarely get a project. Might have better luck with iPhones. I've got all phone settings set to GoShare's recommended settings. When you do finally get a project, app is great.

It doesn't crash, customer service is great, and deliveries pay decently. I'm not sure why people rated this app low. This is the only one (of MANY gig apps) that doesn't crash, etc. Sometimes, the notes aren't clear, but that's not GoShare's fault. I've had a few issues or didn't know where to go because of instructions. A client did yell at me, but mostly they're pleasant. The start-up costs are a bit much, considering other apps usually are free. But GoShare's less for couriers than trucks.

It isn't perfect, however it is easy, and efficient. Most of the problems you face have to do with everything related to the job aside from GoShare, including having no service at one of your locations. They are always great with a response to get a problem fixed and your projects are all saved for book keeping. Overall, I don't see any reason to give the app less than 5 stars.

The app is ok. There are at least 2 functions that need to be reviewed and tested feom what I experienced. I had an issue with the pick-up load confirmation in the app. The app did acknowledge the pick up load time and moved me over to the next task for drop off or next stop but for some reason the app reverted back to the pick up phase as if parts were never marked onboard. This could be an issue as drivers navigate to their next stop due to map changing while in route.

First of all, the pay for the loads are too low especially compared to competing apps. Cargo van loads are few and far between but the pay seems decent. However, the distance to go pick up the load is at least 30 minutes away and then you have to figure if it's worth the cost of fuel to travel an hour round trip. I've also noticed that the loads will be claimed when I go to look and possibly claim the load myself after I was just notified about the load. I've decided to delete this app.
