The app is ok for ordering but that's it. Having to log onto web version to pause a week etc is annoying. They seem to have more choice than Hello Fresh but only personal preference I preferred the meals with HF. Also the last couple of orders substituted stuff and spinach isn't a a spring green alternative Imho. Once the 20% off stops we'll probably finish it and go back to HF.

Won't stop sending alerts about their referral offers. They provide no way to cancel automatically placed orders, in breach of consumer rights laws. When you update your address, they continue to send boxes to your old one unless you go and update it in every "open" order. There is no warning of this. They are then difficult about refunding the order when you can't get it. Send SMS to say there is an email about sub's but don't send the email. Expensive and poor service

I've tried other meal services & I much prefer Gousto so far. Plenty of options to choose from which is great for my fussy husband & the meals are always delicious. I like the different categories e.g. lower calorie, quick & easy & 10 minute meals. My only criticism is that I would like for each meal to come in individual bags instead of having all of the ingredients separate as it would make life easier when grabbing the meals from the fridge. But overall I would recommend giving Gousto a try!

Makes a lovely change from trying to fathom what to feed the family, zero stress,plus there are some really yummy dishes. Only come across two we didn't enjoy ,that's not bad though because there's plenty to choose from .

Absolutely love Gousto and their app! Splitting meals into categories like 'vegetarian', 'plant-based', 'fish', 'meat'' etc. makes it super easy to find what you'd like. With the growing knowledge of the negative effects of ultra-processed foods, I would really appreciate having a section with meals that do not include ultra-processed ingredients. It's a simple add-on that would also help raise the awareness of how bad ultra-processed foods are for us.

The first box was great. The two after both had meat with a shelf life shorter than the 4/5 consecutive days that they were meant to be for. One time I didn't notice until making the recipe and had to through it away. Gousto did compensate this but it takes away the ease of cooking if you have to go out and buy replacements. I will give it another go and see if it happens again, if it does I will rethink the subscription. Which is a shame because other than that the quality is great.

There's an issue with the button 'skip box or boxes'. It can be clicked on, but it doesn't do anything - takes you to another page but there are no active functions other than 'back'. To skip, have to log in to the website version and compete it from there. The app also seems to be confused if there is a discount applied or not. I have the same figure quoted twice but the 2nd value has a line through it. Its frustrating as it could be phenomenonal if it weren't for these minor issues.

A little annoying with all the notifications! I'd like to be able to select meals by calorie count and macros, but I've discovered few options to do this.

There's no option to flag allergies or intolerances which would be helpful in filtering out certain recipes offered for selection. Otherwise, although quite expensive, it has been delicious so far.

I love it. Takes away a lot off hassle and thinking on what I'm going to cook for every dinner. I became more organised in the kitchen, and its a pleasure to actually cook. Most of the dishes are quite good. The section with savings, surcharges it's a scam. So my pox is 47£ , after savings and everything else it's 65£ watch out, they calculate the savings in plus, not in minus......cheeky

Superb !!! 4 meals planned in just a few clicks. Great food recommendations means it's super quick and easy. Customer service always good when we have had any minor issues. Been using gousto now since 2019. Love it!

I am learning new recipes, having fun experimenting with food again. Always beautifully fresh and well packed plenty of recipes to please any palate. Simple and clear instruction cards. The recipes are so tasty such wonderful flavours, What is not to like, wish I had subscribed years ago.

Love Gusto. Have tried other menu subscriptions and they don't compare. Quality of ingredients, app ease, value of money, flavour combinations all make this 5* for us. So convenient and easy to keep on top of. Service if there is any issues is brilliant too. Couldn't praise it highly enough!

I've been using Gousto for a couple of weeks, and I have loved recipes. I'm registered blind and thought I'd give it a go to see how easy it would be to create the meals. Oh my gosh, they are so easy to follow, I love the fact I can now have healthy meals for one and no food waist, easytofollowrecipes anddeliveredtoyourdoor. Best decision I've made.

We ordered gousto to broaden our menue at home and to reduce waste. However, 2 of our meals were unable to make has the veg went mouldy, this was 2 days before the veg was meant to go out of date. So has to be thrown, we enjoyed the 3 we had beautiful flavours!! Sadly, we won't order again. Has we never had veg go mouldy so quick.

We've been using the app for almost a year now and are super impressed with how easy everything is, how well explained the recipes are and the quality of the food, not to mention the selection of recipes. We've very rarely had any probs and if there is one, Gousto are so quick to help and sort it out for us. Only negative is that they sometimes use Yodel to deliver and they leave the boxes on the doorstep all day and for anyone to help themselves to (Yodel don't follow delivery instructions).

A great App which makes using Gousto so easy! Even on the odd occasion when something is not quite right with the delivered order, the ability to make contact and give feedback, and receive an immediate response is impressive. Details of all dishes are comprehensive and are clearly laid out when using the App. I definitely recommend it!

I have now tried over 30 recipes and have enjoyed them all. I wouldn't give any less than 3*. Some portions are smaller than others but I've not encountered many. When an ingredient has arrived in an unusable quality it has been easy to report and money back as credit was given. The recipes are not always in the most logical order and the wording can be confusing however I find myself reading the whole recipe first just incase. I will continue to use gousto and recommend to friends and fam

We've used Gusto for a few weeks now and have enjoyed every recipe we've made. The reasons for 4 (and not 5 stars) are: 1. The preparation times are v optimistic and the instructions not always in the most logical order. 2. We wish we could vary the no of portions within the same box (e.g. order an extra portion of a recipe we know our son would enjoy) 3. The tomatoes. All other ingredients are ok, but the tomatoes are hard and without flavour.

The app is fine until you have issues with your paying account (which happens in the UK sometimes). All other apps allow you to change the payment method in case you have your card blocked or something, but gousto just delete all the meals you've selected. And it's like choices for 3 weeks. Why not ask to change the payment method? I don't have an answer. The worst experience ever.
