I typically love this app. Lately it keep giving me error messages when I try to log in and I never receive the reset emails for my password.

Can't create an account, email is never received. Yes, I've checked spam and tried the lost password technique. Useless app.

Although I didn't receive my food in my first order, support was extremely helpful in getting me a refund. I'll try again at a different restaurant next time I'm in Baltimore and will edit to show my experience!

I have tried 3 times to set up an account, but unfortunately the registration requires me to go to my email to finish. There is nothing in my email, and, yes I searched through my SPAM too!!! Waste of time.

DOES NOT WORK AT DFW. They charge your credit card immediately but then when you get to the restaurant they don't have your order ready. And the restaurant won't refund your money. Would have been quicker to just go there and take something to go.

I was charged for an order that was never received at the store where I placed my food order to. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. You need to make sure all merchants are using this ordering system if not do not advertise. Thank you.

Cannot use. Continual error that the app requires an internet connection. Always same error for WiFi and 5g mobile.

Was told by an employee at DFW airport that I could order my food through the app and get it delivered to me. There was no delivery option and it told me I needed to go to gate E33 after I already went through baggage claim and wasn't able to get my order in person or delivered. I put in a ticket but it looks like it disappeared and I want my money back. I'm furious!

Pls fix the Facebook login issue... I can't use my account or make a new one bc it doesn't allow me to login. Even when I try to login just using the email, it just goes back to the home screen🥲

I used this service through a QR code in the airport and I never got my food. After my food was over an hour late it was time for my flight. The phone number they texted me to use in case of any issues was also out of service. Completely useless company. Currently waiting for my refund.

I set up an account, but the app is useless. When trying to order, a pop-up gives to option to order, but the link is dead and I am unable to place an order. After closing the several times, it now will not populate a map.

This app is horrible. I tried to register and it said I already have an account. Then, I tried to sign in and it would not let me. Also, it was not possible for me to change or do forgot password. This app would be nice if it gave you options to sign in when or if you forgot your password.

Long time Grab user. This app and service used to be good. Lately though, it takes my order and charges me but when I go to pick up I am often told by the restaurant employee some version of their computer is down so they never saw my order or even the business is closed. On my last order, I can't even get Grab to acknowledge me for a refund. Emailed. No response. Submitted support ticket. It disappeared.

App worked fine before. Now when I order after logging in and order is in the cart, it keeps asking me to login. This is very irritating it no longer works properly.

Wanted to order some food at phl airport from chickie & Pete with this app but after I downloaded the app. It keeps telling me they sending me a text to verify my phone number but I never received any text. And no matter how many times I push resend it still doesn't come with no other options can't use this app at all

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Up until recently this app was working fine but suddenly won't log me in. I uninstalled and installed again but still will not log me in. I emailed Grab and two weeks later still no response! Terrible app now!

I have an account with the app. Every once in a while the app automatically logs me out; and when I try logging in again the app doesn't show I'm logged in. I have uninstall and then reinstall the app just for my account to appear Additionally, my airport employee discount has not worked in my last 3 transaction and I cannot figure out why that is.

This service and app is fraudulent. Last month I ordered food via the app at BWI airport, but when I got to the restaurant, they had no idea what Grab was and wouldn't fulfill the order. The app still charged me. I followed up for a refund multiple times and never received a response. I eventually had to dispute the charge as fraudulent.

Keeps me in a perpetual login loop. I have been unable up login order after multiple attempts over the course of 1 hour. I even tried to sign up under a different email, but it still is not working. The app tells me that it has sent an email to my account but none of them have yet to appear (yes, I checked the spam box as well).

Found out about this app tonight. Maps are amazing. Having all food, retail and service in one nice organized place is great! Love the order on the go ability, search and directions features. Tried looking at a few airports I frequently travel and they appear pretty accurate. Love how you can click on restaurant, etc. and it shows an actual "in airport" photo of location, their phone number and operating hours. Can't wait to try out on upcoming trip. Thank you for making a great app!!
