There are too many pop-ups and events. It's ridiculous. Other games have just as many events, but they don't force me to click out of pop-ups or watch points accrue on a tab. They let me choose when to access those areas. I play a level or two, then get so frustrated that I quit for a month or more until I forget how bad it is. And then I go back and the cycle starts over. I'm deleting the app this time.

I purchased some items and did not get them, but they were quick to "find my email" and fixed the issue. There is no link for support in the game, might be easier to contact the developers if that is added somewhere in the settings. Overall I do enjoy the game, although level 40 is pretty much impossible unless you purchase items to help you.

The tickets you buy for the levels allows you to extra coins to purchase what you need in the game.... however even though I've purchased I'm not getting the extra coins I bought. That's happened to me twice now. Also when I use a power up the game doesn't load the guest so I end up wasting my power ups, anytime I don't use one the guests load just fine. Aside from these issues the game is fun. Either refund my money, or give me the coins I purchased.

Loved it at first. But with each new level and hotel, the amount of time it takes to pass the level is ridiculous! There's no way to earn gems which you need to upgrade besides watching ads & that's if you're lucky. And if you do get an ad that's gives gems, it's one. Most times, the ads give you cash. But you still need the gems. Uninstalled.

I used to play this game years ago. Then, they added tons of features, changed their gem system, and it was a mess. I appreciate that they listened to reviews, readjusted the gem system again, and streamlined the events so I'm not getting a bunch or constant pop ups reminding me of them. It looks like they redesigned a little bit. The forced tutorials are still not my favorite with the new events but it's a lot better! So thank you developers. In excited to play this game again.

With all the upgrades trying to complete level 80 in Palacio de Sal, and even if you play it perfectly you don't earn enough gold to complete the level. So just be fore warned, especially as you progress through the game, power ups may be required. While I appreciate the compensation from the devs, there's still a lot to be fixed, a lot of the timing in the levels is not right... Adding a star for now, but keeping an eye out for an update for sure.

The latest hotels have suffered from one problem or another. In some cases the level would not give you enough guests to match goals even if you do everything perfectly until the problem fixes itself. The latest hotel when you get toward the end doesn't properly adjust the time to complete goals. All upgrades with multiple machine boosters and still not enough time? I've been playing long enough. I know what I'm doing. The problem is still not fixed as of Jan 13 despite an update meant to fix it

This is a money hungry game! In order to upgrade your hotels(which is how you pass the levels), you must use your coins & diamonds.The diamonds you must purchase & they aren't cheap. Otherwise, you will need to purchase boosters to help you pass the level unless you want to just be stuck at that level. Everything costs! Also, when they add a new hotel etc. it takes a LONG TIME to download! The bar shows "loading" & it completes then starts again, over and over! Its sad because I liked this game.

Update: not having this issue now that I've moved to the next hotel. However, are there no achievements anymore? I liked getting a gem when I completed an achievement, but I can't find the achievement list anywhere. Also, I hate all the pop-ups and no option to skip tutorials Love this game, but recently, about a dozen times or more, I've had to exit the hotel after I start because my pet is there, and no customers show up. I've lost several boosters and the hot season event because of it.

This game would be really good, except it's totally pay to play. You physically can't win rounds without buffs sometimes and you get gems so rarely that upgrading equipment as frequently as you need to to keep up with the game play is impossible without buying. It's really frustrating because it's a really fun game but I'm sick of it. Not to mention when you open the app it has like 10 pop-ups from different pay to play 'events'. Really frustrating.

So, I just installed the game and I've reached level 8. Well the first time I failed the level and then I retried it. The second time I managed to get all the customers and all within the allotted time, yet I still failed. I was 2 coins away from the proposed goal and at the end it tried to force me into upgrading when I didn't need to. I play games because they are supposed to be fun, part of the fun is figuring out when to upgrade and what. Stop taking the fun out of stuff, uninstalling.

Great game! It has many hotels to unlock so it rarely gets boring. I would love to give 5 stars but it is incredibly difficult to get diamonds unless you buy them or watch ads. Hotel upgrades make the game better but each upgrade costs so many diamonds. Because of this, you're often stuck on one level for a very, VERY long time until you can afford an upgrade or complete the level on your own. Really great game but it's almost impossible to progress without spending money.

UPDATE: The team was able to get back to me very quickly and fix the issue. Thanks so much for the help! Golden Column hotel, level 34 has a bug. It's skips the number of patrons when placing them. It goes from 13 straight to 11 then to 9. The object is to correctly place 12 out of 14 patrons in the right color coded rooms. But, I cannot accomplish it because it skips. Please help.

It's fun WHEN I GET TO PLAY. Not even a day into it and the game force closes on itself--right at open, during ads.. Because of the issue it takes away from it. Within thirty minutes, the game has crashed six times! Update only ~18 hours later: I've decided to uninstall. The crashing is too frequent to enjoy the game. I can't double income or the ad crashes the app. Gaining an upgrade crashes the app. It's not worth playing at this point.

I've always given a 5 star review, but lately, ever since the new update, the game has been crashing A LOT, which makes me lose my lives and points during tournaments. Not only that, but once I reopen the app, it backdates, so I have to redo the levels and any progress I've made during Expedition.

Fast-paced, fun service game, with unique progression. I love the character wardrobe feature and am looking forward to unlocking the pets feature! Thank you for the response and inquiry! That shows great customer service and appreciation! I gave it 4 stars because I've been doing a lot of reviews lately, and I've decided to reserve 5 star ratings for one-of-a-kind apps and experiences to set them apart. Although this is a great game and fun to play, there are many others very similar to it.

Fun Game, terrible pop ups Really fun game that you can play when you're feeling bored. You win points or gems and even power ups to complete levels easier. If you win a 5min unlimited powerup, they put a bunch of forced popups that take about half that timer away unfortunately so you can only use it for like one level. I've screen recorded these and it happens every single time you get a 5min unlimited powerup of a cerain kind.

I'm having an issue where the upgrades aren't working because the amount I have versus how much the upgrades cost are inverted. There isn't really a support system of who to contact when things malfunction. I also played this game before in 2021 and saved my progress and now that I'm back, it started me back at level one with none of my coins or gems from before.

I originally gave a 5 but 2 days ago game did update now so many glitches game opens I start playing or collecting a timed reward and game shuts down. I get on it again and it repeatedly keeps doing it taking away my timed boosters and rewards for watching ads by shutting down till time has ran out I eventually get frustrated and go to another game and try couple hours later and get same results. Wish whatever done during update bugs would be fixed like to play game and give 5 again. Thank you

I loved loved loved this game, but it stole my money. Downloaded it yesterday, played it all day. I purchased nearly $20 worth of gems, the Golden ticket, the airplane delivery. It stopped allowing me to make purchases, because it said there was a connection error (I had a perfect wifi connection), so I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to fix the bug, and I lost every bit of progress. Lost every purchase I had made. $30+ down the drain. I'll be deleting this game for good, now.
