Can't silence notification to only vibrate. Even when you set it as silent, it overrides the setting. Trash.

Needs to work with UCM62xx or make it very clear Grandstream doesn't want to support its users. (Which is clear from no QA with EVERY firmware update, but that's irrelevant here)

Horrid, keeps disconnecting. When you try to log back on it can't connect to server. Wish I could give 0 stars so 1 will have to do.

Great add on to our phone system, that provides easy remote working. Deskset is best, app is a nice to have add on.

I have problem with mic volume , my voice is very low using this app and very hard to hear , i hope they will fix this or put options for mic volume

Not working. Confusing with different app versions. This app is not working with ucm 6308. Another blue coloured icon app was working. But unfortunately I have unistalled it. Now left with non working app. Thumbs down!!!

App doesn't work, customer service is horrific. It took months and months to troubleshoot why the app wasn't working and in the end they came back and told me it was due to my phone. Even though they knew his phone I had since the beginning. The tech support guy could not have been any more unprofessional to myself and my boss. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app and service

Easily the worst app I've ever used. As a business we lost thousands due to issues with this app. We have issues every hour with this app and it's a nightmare to use. Constantly erroring, not loading

Didn't work. The QR code didn't work and kept zooming in after each failled read. Manual setup also failled. Keep stucking at connecting screen. Couldn't pass the initial setup to even use the app.

Doesn't connect to the local ip ucm server on the same lan network while desktop app is fine with local ip registration. I keep getting registration failed, but i have a sneaky suspicion they want remote connect GDMS subscription, which we dont need for local office network usage.

Works well - as long as you're in coverage. The best feature of this app is that it doesn't outbound my cell phone CID - it out bounds the UCM's CID. No more giving out my personal cell number. It doesn't like to stay asleep though and will wake up and log in if anything at all happens on your cell.

Completely useless app, just says it can't connect to the server even across the same LAN. Ip, port, user, and password are all correct because I can access Wave from a PC. This app is a total waste of time and resources and shouldn't even be offered.

App is polished and easy, works with Grandstream UCM6300 and RemoteConnect. But it is a huge battery hog. One would think that using their cloud for notifications instead of a generic SIP client would prevent so much battery consuming traffic, but it isn't so.

I used to be able to use this with my Grandstream-branded PBX but now my credentials won't work because apparently Grandstream is focusing on adding junk/bloat to the hardware (I have the top end 6200series, it's very slow) instead of adding useful stuff, like directory or URI calling support; this company is stuck in the deskphone era with a bulky T9 as their inspiration. People don't like phones anymore, they're equated with bad support and/or robocalls. These features, like "Wave" req. yet another set of credentials that will only work on their systems bc even though the 6208 has its own LDAP directory, it's ridiculously constrained, short sighted, buggy and incompatible with any modern LDAP standard. Lastly, and I'm only guessing since I don't care enough to create an account to verify, but, the previous Wave app wasn't that great it lacked ICE/TURN support resulting in connection failures, this doesn't seem to change that despite being more ambitious. Grandstream: fix your foundations first, or should I say build it.

The last update has broken any video calling between my android devices. It was usable but this lack of testing is making me question picking the grandstream product. I should have stuck with asterisk and 3rd party apps

The most basic app ever. Doesn't allow changing of ring tones. I can't even force it to be silent, it completely ignores my phones vibrate only mode. Does not even have a DND, so expect your phone to disturb you in meetings etc. The only way to stop it ringing is to log out of the app.... Annoying to say the least. Calls do connect and sound okay, but that's about it.
