Funded account. 1 day later unable to log in. Unable to reset password. Contact support. They said they closed my account and cannot disclose why. I received ZERO communication from them. No email. Nothing. They rug-pulled my account without justification.

Works great. Sometimes input windows hang off the bottom of my screen which makes selecting buttons challenging (Nexus 6A).

very difficult to use. can't see all transactions at once. not sure what balance is and what items have cleared or not. too confusing

I just opened an account and downloaded app. so far it's great. I've had no issues with the app ui or the business checking account. at this point I would Def. recommend to smb owners or those just starting a business and need a business checking account.

Drop down boxes don't pick up the first letter of the input making it necessary to use a web browser versus the app to add an address for a payee. Need to fix that kids.

Terrible. Half the app doesn't even work. They could never verify my account and the customer service is literally no help whatsoever. Pick a real bank for your business. This is nothing but a waste of time and effort.👎👎

The app has very basic functionality as compared to the website. I'd expect more from an online-only bank. The customer service is non-existent. I submitted a question 7 days ago with no reply whatsoever.

App is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. It is definitely worth looking into for a free business account that earns interest on balances.

Don't use grasshopper, worst banking experience, opened my account and deposited 2 checks, a week later it says they cleared but no indication they exist in my account, few days later they finally show up under holding, couple days after that I finally get access, or so I thought bc two days after the 10 day process to clear them I'm told my accounts locked until I verify my identity with my ID, a selfie, and the checks. I'm a small business and can't afford 2 weeks without access to my funds

All digital banking, with great customer service. Mobile deposit works great, and I'm able to take it cash when needed. it's simple to wire money to/from other accounts without issues.

I'm very hard on mobile websites and apps - they suck. I am honestly impressed with grasshopper. easy and intuitive. as if they want to attract customers...

Grasshopper closed my account without notice within a month of opening. They do not do business with federal firearms licensees. They have not returned my money, despite my contacting support and support sending me a release form (which shouldn't have been necessary - it's my money) and me returning it within a day. I have waited over two months: no money. Their opening docs did not indicate FFLs were not allowed, and the drop-down menu for business type included FFLs. Grasshopper is a scam. Run

The interface is pretty basic but functional. the company phone support is good. the main complaint I have is the account had extremely low transfer limits. If your business is very small this account is good. If your business does a lot of transactions this is not for you. You can use this more like a savings account.

Not as robust as most banking apps. Many features still missing. It gets the basic job done and not much more.
