Free trial, not a free app in any way & would be happy to sign up & try, mental health is important & worth paying for services that support it, but your terms of service leads to an error page & I only use apps where I can read all of the terms of service etc first. I would be happy to share the screenshot of the error page with the developer so that they can fix.

Downloaded the app to trial and found I wasn't using it. Forgot to cancel my subscription ahead of time and so was charged $60.99 for the year. Charging for an annual subscription following a 7 day trial is a bit rough; and although I emailed a week ago I am yet to hear back on if this fee can be refunded even in part. The app would be great for the right person, but not right for me right now.

This is app good tool to use. Coming from a person who dislikes journaling in general: the journal prompts in this app are helpful to the journal-avoidant. Positive affirmations are on point, tailored by your responses through AI. The different areas of AI chat are helpful with reframing perspectives. A huge plus: the app developers are responsive. They pointed how to find AI chat history. Overall, this is a good tool to use to build self-acceptance.

I am writing this as a new updated review to my last one star review. I had submitted a review after experiencing issues with my initial sign up, only to figure out this was a bug in the update. They corrected this immediately and the app looks beautiful now. I am a support specialist and understand how these things go. I am really impressed with the prompt response and their ability to fix it so quickly. Great job! Looking forward to making this app part of my every day routine.

This is a great app (so far) to remind me each day to show gratitude.i have a reminder set for my mid morning break so that i have been up long enough to think about what i am grateful for. This is only my 2nd day having it so i cannot rate the longterm of tue app. i am a little disappointed that there is a $2.99 monthly fee to have all access to the app. I wouldn't mind if there was a minimal one time fee, but monthly seems a little much.

I think it's a wonderful app...for the 1st 7 days. Then once you really love it & can quite literally see & feel the difference it's making in your life, then it cuts you off. You can pay & continue or uninstall with a giant f you & feel totally cheated. In looking over the apps intro I now can see one statement that is indicative of the "7 day then charge you" trick they're pulling but it certainly wasn't clear to me at the beginning. Trickery is almost never a cool move. Thumbs down for that reason.

I really like this app but I keep having problems with parts of it not working. Even after paying for it. The affirmations settings never stay on, they keep disabling. And I'm not reminded to use the app, which is the whole point. I've deleted and reinstalled and updated whenever available. Not much else to do at this point except to remember to do it myself.

I absolutely love this app! The daily prompts are great, and give an opportunity for you to check in as well as track your moods and your progress. There are daily positive affirmations, you can connect with others and share positive vibes and stories or pictures. There are courses and meditations, I can't recommend it enough!!

There's something about writing out all the things I'm grateful for in the morning that makes the rest of my day feel spectacular. But making a list is one thing, and having prompts to guide your writing is a whole different level! This is where 365 excels. The prompts are thoughtful and thought provoking. Aside from helping you focus on gratitude, the prompts deliver powerful messages that can change how you've been viewing certain aspects of your life. I'm grateful for this app and I desire nothing but success for the devs. Thank you!

I have mixed feelings about this app. I love the product. It has so much to offer (not just prompts, but learning series that help you learn how the mind world and why we feel and act the way we do sometimes) and I know I really do benefit from it. However, $35 a year seems pretty expensive for something like this. This is something I feel a lot of people could benefit from and I think the price makes it a lot less accessible to many folks.

I downloaded this app after reading about it and seeing from other comments that you can keep using it without paying, you'll just get lots of pop ups to try and get you to purchase. And while that is true, after a week I realized that the prompts are repeating themselves. The prompts are good but having repeats after only a week is disappointing to say the least. It's actually quite annoying. So far the last three days have been repeats from last week.

Absolutely great app. Has improved my mental health SO much, and put a lot into perspective. My anxiety has gotten much better. Only complaint; could use more prompts, I've only used it half a month and gotten several repeats. Still great, I will eventually subscribe-- it's worth it! The reminder to do it also helps immensely with sticking to it

Initially, I thought that this would be helpful and though provoking. I tried the 7 day free. After that I was prompted to join with 2 options. I clicked the 2nd choice that offered $2.99 per month, but as I moved forward to pay they discreetly changed it from $2.99 to $5 00. Needless to say I feel that it is a scam. No way did I feel comfortable giving these people my credit card number. It is dishonest and clearly misleading. There are about 100 other Apps just like this one, some even better.

I really enjoyed the app for a few years. It's not cheap, but it was worth it to me. The past few months, instead of a new daily reading, the same few are repeating over and over. I emailed them, but no reply and no improvement. So I'm not renewing. Ironically the problem began when they started a huge push to get people to renew. Full page reminders and offers. Meanwhile, the meat and potatoes of the app aren't working. Too bad

The app is exactly as advertised and both simple and easy to use. I had no issue with a paid subscription because I was looking for something handy to use on a long-term basis where I could start the journey practicing getting my initial list of things for which I am grateful for simply down on paper or logged somewhere, and then grow that positive habit of genuinely reflecting on everything to be grateful for...and perhaps help others along the way trying to improve at doing the same.

It really was a profound experience, doing the exercises and sharing my stories during the 7-day trial. It was a great incentive to see my stories in a different light. My only complaint is that the trial was only 7 days. It'd be a true service if the trial lasted for a longer period: 40 would be ideal; 14 would be a good start. Thus, daily gratitude practice would become a good habit and motivate users to save up $ for the monthly fee. Good app, overall

I would give this app 5 stars. The CBT ai is amazing, very helpful and realistic. It has wonderful exercises for self discovery. The gratitude journal is great too but the app is very buggy and the UI is a bit clunky and not that modern. I have Grat plus and with the ai, it keeps kicking me out of the chat. And when I go back to the session I can't ever send anything without it kicking me out again. It's an extreme pain and a makes it difficult heal when it does this...

if I still had access to the app, I would give it a 5 star rating. The Gratitude365 community is great. They have helped me through major depression. Last week, I couldn't get into the app. It states my password is wrong and when I try to reset it, I never receive the email. It's gone on for 2 weeks. I've decided, although I have paid for the year, to just uninstall it. Bummer......I really appreciated this app.

This app has been so amazing for me! Definitely worth paying for an annual subscription, basically $3 a month. It has improved my attitude drastically, and has helped me bounce back from life's setbacks much quicker than I used to. I don't know where I would be without the app. I love that the daily prompts are unique (for the subscription version). Gives me something different to reflect on each day.

2-26-19 They let you make one post, then lock it all down unless you pay an entire annual payment of $36 and if you choose to pay monthly, it's $5. I would be fine with a one-time purchase of $5, but not on a monthly basis. Also, trying to type/edit is a nightmare if you have a longer post, as whenever you go to type, the screen shoots back up to the top and you can't see what or where you're typing. At this point it's best to just use Live Journal and Google your own prompts.
