Good wallet app, but I can't find Testnet address even after activating Testnet on settings

Installed it a week ago and haven't accessed it since and it keeps opening itself up, even over other apps. I'll close it but it opens up again after a while. So annoying. Definitely uninstalling

I been trying to login into my wallet for the past 24 hours but it's been futile no matter what I try. It keeps saying connection failed. I thought it was my internet service but there's absolutely nothing wrong with my connection. And I can't find away to contact support for this.

I've been using for sometime and it has a really beautiful interface and wonderful security, the multisig is marvelous. I really like you can choose which fee you want when sending and watch - only is great too.

In the latest verdion, it's not possible to enter a value smaller than 1 when Android is set to a language that has a comma as decimal separator. It only works with a language that uses a point. Please correct that.

Update: After several months support contacted me again and my issue was solved. Thanks a lot! I updated the score to 4 stars. One improvement would be to keep people updated on support inquiries to prevent them from feeling forgotten. [Initial comment from May 17 2021] I would give 0 stars if possible. I cannot access my funds for several years now because of a defective 2FA reset system. Their support desk is not responding to my inquiry.

Only thing stopping me from using this is that it doesn't support importing electrum wallets. Please consider adding interoperability with electrum soon and this will certainly greatly increase the number of users and their trust in your wallet.. because we need to be able to open our wallets elsewhere in case something happens

Does not pair. Rubbish. Ok I'll go another one. BIP 85. If my Index is say 30000, I'd have to click 30,000 times to get to it. But not really relevant because I can't get to BIP 85 from my passphrase. Which doesn't really matter because I can't get to my passphrase from my seedphrase. Which in another brand wallet is a couple of clicks.

Used to work great, sure it takes a little longer to send or recieve crypto even if you pay but not a bad wallet that was until they put together some update and now I can't send crypto I try to slide to confirm the transaction and all it does is give me an error code pretty damn frustrating and it makes the wallet completely pointless.

Great app, when it works. Now my 2fa doesn't work, no SMS will come, tried call option, call goes through but silent in other end, so can't do anything. I've made a support ticket but no answer yet. Thanks in advance Tried call again and now sound is playing. Code recieved and all is good. Up from 2 stars! (SMS code still doesn't work so only 4stars)

It's not a bad wallet, but it is it used to have the ability to connect to your own node over Tor without running a Tor client, and now they've removed it. I started using the wallet for that one reason and now they removed that reason. Disappointing. EDIT: it's a UI/UX issue. When entering the tor address, it gives a warning message that says Tor must be enabled in the network settings. But there is no option to enable tor. Querying my node, i can see that it is working. Might wanna fix UX?

Good wallet with high focus on security and clean UI/UX. Giving 2 ⭐ for lack of bech32 address support and no ability to hide/remove additionally added accounts. Removing another star because SPV over TOR synchronisation seems to be broken. Either taking forever or not connecting while trying to sync with your own node. Works slightly better when not using TOR. Will update the review when these issues have been fixed.

It's okay but I really wish that you could preview what the transfer fees may be without having to enter a deposit address.

I went from a very happy user to extremely displeased. Since the last update, my transactions where I send amounts do not appear in my "Latest transactions" list. Using the link to find the transaction on Blockstream info website results in an error. The wallet used to list all of your transactions while it was being confirmed. Now, you have no idea if you made one. This has happened twice now. And I'm going to look for a different wallet before a third time happens.

Holy moly, I setup a fresh wallet in the morning and by the afternoon the app will not load it. I have successfully recovered the wallet in another app using the seed phrase, and while I could maybe setup another wallet in the app I am just shocked at how much of a stressful failure it is to have a newly created wallet not load. I'm not sure what the app needed to get from another server that caused it to hangup, but I won't be using this app again.

Great when it works. However, be careful and always keep your keys. The jade has to be reset constantly and the app (both desktop and phone) don't always communicate. Especially when you have to update the firmware. The Bluetooth and the USB won't work and you'll have to reset everything, reinstall & use your keys. You need to be experienced, more than average, to use the jade and Green safely. I don't think it's safe to keep your BTC long term in cold storage with the jade and the apps.
